In 1958 Chevrolet built the Apache Pickup, in 2012 the design was re-imagined with styling cues from the Cameo pickups and this truck was born. For sale in our Nashville, TN show room is this show stopping custom that has graced the floor of car shows from coast to coast. There isn’t a piece of sheet metal on this truck that hasn’t been tweaked, massaged, or cut to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Based off of ideas from the notes of and conversations with GM’s Chuck Jordan. To say that this truck is one of a kind is an understatement, this truck is more accurately described as irreplaceable. The subtle touches like custom interior and consoles are to be appreciated, but it’s the major touches that grabbed your attention and don’t let go. Custom wood work completed with exotic African hardwoods, shaved nosed, and decked, completely fabricated and redesigned bed sides, and a beautiful candy burgundy paint job. This truck is beautiful, well thought out, and expertly executed. Under the hood is a crate 383 stroker, with all the high polish and chrome you’d expect for a truck of this caliber. Behind that is a stout turbo 350 and a this is connected to a locking ford 9 inch rear end. Inside the truck you have a full digital dash, fully adjustable power seats wrapped in leather, and a brand new stereo system. With over 3000 man hours into this build, it is truly a work of art and craftsmanship with a final fit and finish that would make Bill Hines proud. For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this bulletproof 1970 Land Rover IIA. Let’s start off saying that this truck was part of the Guinness World Record Classic Car Parade in 2017, when over 2,400 classic cars took off for a parade. To make sure that there would be no issues with the Land Rover, the whole engine was completely rebuilt. Any engine part that was needed was ordered directly from the United Kingdom. Everyone knows how it goes when you start rebuilding the engine – exactly…By end of the year the whole Land Rover received an overhauling. Here are just a few items that are new: - New gas, oil and water pumps as air and water hoses - New differential pinion seals - New high torque British starter - New engine and transmission mounts - New carburetor with adapter - New brake system - New clutch and disc - New wiper motor, wiper switch, wiper cable and washer pump - New front bumper - And, and, and… The Land Rover starts right up and drives amazingly for being almost 50 years old. There is really no terrain that can stop it. This is a perfect truck to take out for fishing or camping trips. You probably can be 100% sure that there is not another early 70’s Land Rover at the lake or camping ground. Especially not one that is in this beautiful condition. For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this fun and exciting 1983 Landrover IIIA. This rugged design and attention getting vehicle came from Columbia, South America with 2 owners in its lifetime. It can be driven on main roads, back roads, dirt roads, and pretty much all roads, but with 4x4 as an option it’s primarily made for off road fun and getting down and dirty. Powered by it’s original 4 cylinder 2.5L engine and 4-speed manual transmission, this Landrover still has all it’s original panels and brush guards. The clutch is brand new and works great. Big meaty off-road tires give this one an aggressive look including the big spare on the hood. The front is equipped with a steel bar surrounding the grille, and the rear has an old school tow hitch if you want to pull something light weight. There is no power steering or power brakes, so this machine will need someone that knows how to handle it. The 4-wheel drive works great, and can be put in either low or high gears Options included are cloth interior with seatbelts, 4-wheel drive, tow hitch, steel wheels, and Biasl tires.
