1968 Ford Mustang GT 350 Tribute

Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 1156 ( since rebuilt )

Tributes and clones are a great way to get into a dream car for a smaller price, and this 1968 Shelby GT350 fastback tribute certainly does it right. No expense was spared with this frame off restoration with every nut and bolt either being replaced or refurbished. Kleve Restorations out of Lakewood Colorado sprayed the very clean Ford performance white with Guardsman blue stripes to keep with the Shelby heritage. Every chrome piece is new, plus all of the stainless trim has been professionally restored. It has a long list of authentic parts, a strong running 347 cubic inch V8. Also the right look to make everyone at the local show do double-take when it rolls in. The engine is not original, it was built by Tristar Engines. Helping it pump out 418 horsepower is a set of Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, Howard’s roller camshaft, and ceramic coated headers are just some of the top shelf performance part included in the build. When paired with the Tremec 5-Speed T5 Z spec transmission you can cruise down the highway at 1,600 rpm while traveling 65 mph. Anyone lucky enough to sit behind the steering wheel will appreciate the great level of detail that went into this car! Once glance at the dash and you’ll notice reproduction Mustang gauges featuring an 8,000 rpm tachometer as weel as a 160 mph speedometer. Making sure you are in total control of everything electrical is the new painless wiring harness complete with modern fuses. 17” Eleanor styled wheels help round out the entire package nicely. 1969 Ford Bronco

1969 Ford Bronco

Engine: 302 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 5845 ( undocumented )

This beautifully restored 1969 Ford Bronco, finish in its original color (Royal Maroon single stage paint), is in our Dallas showroom and ready for sale. Built as a direct competitor to the International Scout, the original Ford Bronco was initially offered in three cab types: a wagon, a pickup, and an open model with cut-out filler panels instead of doors, to come off something as a big CJ-5. This example is the open model with cut-out filler panels and is definitely an eye catcher. Believed to be the original standard 3-speed with 302 engine. During restoration, additions included a Comp 268 cam kit, including lifters, valve springs, retainers, keepers, timing gear/chain set, new water pump, and Melling high volume oil pump. Also added were a Edelbrock 600 cfm 4 barrel carb, an aluminum intake, new Hedman headers, along with a matching dual exhaust system. The differentials are 3.50 ratio with the rear being a 9” traction locking hubs, front Dana 30. New brake shoes, shocks, and steering stabilizers. This vehicle has its original seats and they are in very nice condition. During restoration, there was extensive metal replacement work performed (floor pans, rocker panels, hood) in the typical rust areas for these vehicles. This Bronco’s hardtop has been finished in black bed liner, has new soft top doors, and a new 4-point roll bar. All new gauges and new am/fm/cd/Bluetooth radio. For sale in our Nashville Tennessee showroom is a loud and proud 1970 Ford Mustang. This 1970 Ford Mustang for sale is all that is American, with the ready to rumble exhaust and long lines that stretch from front to back this car is meant for car shows and cruise ins. Powering this mighty machine is a 351C V8, what is the “C” mean? Well it’s a Cleveland built engine and in the motor world that means more power and a heftier build. Backing this Powerplant is a 4-speed manual transmission.Keep in mind the this is a Numbers Matching car "as stated by the owner" and it will not be going down in value. This will give you the opportunity to drop a gear and show these late model cars what true muscle is! The exterior of this road monster is draped in a Grabber Blue which is notorious with the Ford Mustangs, hence beast mode! You do not see a Ford Focus in Grabber Blue because the Mustang would most likely stop and eat it for lunch if it saw it. The interior of this 1970 Ford Mustang for sale is a soft and plush white Vinyl interior that gives both driver and passenger that same creature comforts. Close your eyes and imagine a stout V8 firing up, with the lope of the cam and the build of the exhaust system giving it that rowdy “ potato potato potato sound that gives the feeling that you are running 100MPH at a standstill…… Sounds amazing to me. 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429

1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429

Engine: 429 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 24101 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars Philadelphia is thrilled to offer this extraordinary piece of American automotive history, a two-owner 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 with just over 24,100 actual miles! This legendary car was built for one reason and one reason only… win races. The battle for waged upon the speedways of the NASCAR circuit with the top dogs, Chrysler and Ford fighting for dominance each weekend. Chrysler’s introduction of the 426 Hemi engine in 1964 rocked the racing world and prompted Ford to come up with a necessary response. The answer, the Boss 429, a mythical powerplant designed to run longer and stronger than the famed Hemi. In accordance to NASCAR’s rule requiring manufacturers to release a limited number of legal street versions to the public, Ford chose the Mustang to be the recipient of this mighty power. The Boss 429 was derived from the 385 series engines, bored out and stroked to 429 cubic inches and topped with aluminum semi-hemispherical cylinder heads designed to move a lot of air. The impressive engine’s size required extensive modifications to the Mustang body and Ford contracted Kar Kraft® to carry out the task. Basic sportsroof Mustangs were sent to Brighton, MI where they underwent front-end modifications to accommodate the 429. Once in place, they made several other changes to the car include repositioning of the battery to the trunk, ¾” rear sway bar, manually controlled hood scoop and a 3.91 ratio rear axle with a limited slip differential! Production began in 1968 and oversaw 859 Boss 9s completed, two of which were Mercury Cougars. This is one of those revered vehicles in true survivor form! Wearing its original Candy Apple Red paint, this Boss is truly a rare find! Purchased new at Don Rice Ford in Bedford, PA in May 1969, this Boss retains 99% of the original components found on it including Autolite® belts! All factory chalk marks are still present and visible! How often do you come upon unique details like that?! It’s all there including the floor mounted shift lever, flawless high back vinyl bucket seats, deluxe seat belts, color keyed racing mirrors and handsome woodgrain paneling! Turn the key to hear the sweet rumble of the 429 that conveys the message that the Boss means business. This car has been meticulously maintained by its current owner for over forty years. This Mustang is a true time capsule that continues to tell the incredible story of performance innovation and preserves American automobile history. The opportunity to own a piece of history is now here and it calls for someone to be the next keeper of legends, is it you? Additional features include Original Bill of Sale and an Elite Marti Report by Marti Auto Works®, AM/FM Radio with Cassette, Power Steering, Power Brakes and Seat Belts. 1968 Ford Torino GT

1968 Ford Torino GT

Engine: 302ci
Transmission: 3 Speed Auto
Mileage: 79196 ( undocumented )

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1968 Ford Torino GT. This SportsRoof 302 Torino has a 3-speed automatic transmission and an original feel. In 1968 Ford Motor Company introduced its intermediate line with a new body and new styling. Along with the new body and styling came a new subseries in the Fairlane line, the Torino. Styling was all new for the 1968 Fairlane/Torino, and it was drastically changed from the 1967 models. The new intermediate had grown in size and weight, and a new fastback model was added. The front fascia featured a full width recessed grille, with horizontal quad headlights placed at the outer edges. Horizontal dividing bars were featured in the grille depending on the model. Parking lights were placed at the outer edge of the front fenders and wrapped around the corner to also act as side marker lights (a new requirement in 1968). The body sides were smooth with one horizontal body crease running just below the beltline from front to back. The taillights were rectangular in shape and vertically situated in the rear panel above rear bumper. Reverse lights were located in the middle of the taillights, and small side marker lights were located on the rear edge of the quarter panel. Fastback models, which Ford called "SportsRoof," featured a slightly concaved rear taillight panel unique to that body style. The new SportsRoof body style featured a gently sloped long roof line that extended to the edge of the trunk lid. This new fastback body style gave the Fairlane and the Torino excellent aerodynamics that would later prove to be advantageous on the race track. Options include: AC, Hub caps, radial tires, seat belts, and vinyl interior. This To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. 1965 Ford Mustang

1965 Ford Mustang

Engine: 298 V6
Transmission: 4-Speed Auto
Mileage: 32999 ( undocumented )

We have a beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang here in our Milwaukee showroom. It is coated in a beautiful White paint with blue interior. It features a 289ci V8 with air conditioning, power windows, power locks, Power mirrors etc… This is an awesome car that runs great and looks fantastic! Several changes to the Mustang occurred at the start of the "normal" 1965 model year in August 1964, about four months after its introduction. These cars are known as "late 65's". The engine lineup was changed, with a 200 cu in (3.3 L) "T-code" engine that produced 120 hp (89 kW; 122 PS). Production of the Fairlane's "F-code" 260 cu in (4.3 L) engine ceased when the 1964 model year ended. It was replaced with a new 200 hp (150 kW) "C-code" 289 cu in (4.7 L) engine with a two-barrel carburetor as the base V8. An "A-code" 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) four-barrel carbureted version was next in line, followed by the unchanged "Hi-Po" "K-code" 271 hp (202 kW; 275 PS) 289. The DC electrical generator was replaced by a new AC alternator on all Fords (a way to distinguish a 1964 from a 1965 is to see if the alternator light on the dash says "GEN" or "ALT"). The Mustang GT version was introduced as the "GT Equipment Package" and included a V8 engine (most often the 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) 289), grille-mounted fog lamps, rocker panel stripes, and disc brakes. In the interior the GT option added a different instrument panel that included a speedometer, fuel gauge, temp. gauge, oil pressure gauge and ammeter in five round dials (the gauges were not marked with numbers, however.) A four-barrel carbureted engine was now available with any body style. Additionally, reverse lights were an option added to the car from August 1964 production. The Mustang was originally available as either a hardtop or convertible, but during the car's early design phases a fastback model was strongly considered. In 1965, the Shelby Mustang was born, it was available only in newly introduced fastback body version with its swept-back rear glass and distinctive ventilation louvers. The standard interior features of the 1965 Mustang included adjustable driver and passenger bucket seats, an AM radio, and a floor mounted shifter in a variety of color options. Ford added additional interior options during the 1965 model year. The Interior Decor Group was popularly known as "Pony Interior" due to the addition of embossed running ponies on the seat fronts, and also included integral armrests, woodgrain appliqué accents, and a round gauge cluster that would replace the standard Falcon instrumentation. Also available were sun visors, a (mechanical) remote-operated mirror, a floor console, and a bench seat. Ford later offered an under-dash air-conditioning unit, and discontinued the vinyl with cloth insert seat option, offered only in early 1965 models. One option designed strictly for fun was the Rally-Pac. Introduced in 1963 after Ford's success at that year's Monte Carlo Rally and available on other Ford and Mercury compacts and intermediates, the Rally-Pac was a combination clock and tachometer mounted to the steering column. It was available as a factory ordered item for US$69.30. Installed by a dealer, the Rally-Pac cost US$75.95.A 14" rim option was available for Rally-pac and GT350R vehicles widening front and rear track to 57.5". Reproductions are presently available from any number of Mustang restoration parts sources. A compass, rear seat belts, A/C, and back-up lights were also optional. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1965 Ford Mustang in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com.
