1976 Ford Gran Torino

Engine: 429 4 Barrel
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 3539 ( undocumented )

This is the one! For sale in the Fort Lauderdale showroom is this extremely rare TV series, 1976 Ford Gran Torino. Not only is this remarkable Starsky & Hutch Gran Torino one of the 1,000 limited production editions built by Ford in the spring of 1976, of which only 300 or fewer are still known to be in existence, it was one of the two used by Spelling Goldberg Productions on the actual 1970s TV series. According to a hand written letter it was identified as Unit 129 and was used as a camera car on the TV series for the 77 through 79 seasons. Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul sat in and drove this car! The vehicle comes with documentation verifying its use on the TV series in a letter from Buddy Loesch, who worked in the TV show’s transportation department along with a cancelled check from Spelling Goldberg Productions with the car’s description on it listing it as “Unit 129.” The studio replaced the original 351 with a 429 4 bbl. The red bubble light, police radio, siren, wigwag headlights and telephone seen on the series are still present. No expense was spared in completeing the restoration. Costs exceeded $60,000 and took three years to complete bringing the car to show quality. The previous owner who completed the restoration advised that the car was once owned by the Hollywood Museum before being sold to a private owner and that the car had approximately 60,000 miles on it before its restoration and engine rebuild. The production company doing the remake movie Starsky & Hutch solicited to lease the car for use in the making of the movie but the request was declined as the production company could not guarantee they would not damage the car during filming. The car is in brilliant show quality condition, has been garage kept and covered and never driven in harsh weather conditions. Options include AM/FM/CD radio, spare tire, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior and radial tires. To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1976 Ford Gran Torino please visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1975 Ford F150

Engine: 400 V8
Transmission: C6 Automatic
Mileage: 3592 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is an awesome, frame off restored 1975 Ford F150 4X4. This 4-wheel drive Ford looks reminiscent of the old school Big Foot monster truck, with its big fat radial tires and lift kit. The green and white exterior paint provide a classic 70’s look, and the green actually has a hint of metallic flake that helps it sparkle in the sunlight. The cloth bench seat is out of a late model truck but fits in well with the rest of the stock interior. Looking at the gauge cluster you will see white faced gauges, which are normally black, this provides a sportier look to the overall interior. This 75’ Ford is powered by a 400 CID V8 engine with a new valve train with lifters, cam, valve springs, and timing chain. Headman headers flow to the full dual exhaust that dump out on each side, in front of the rear tires, and produce a truly awesome sound. A C6 automatic transmission has been employed to shift the power to transfer case, which in turn puts the power to all four corners when desired. The 33x12.50 mammoth radial tires are mounted to 15-inch Weld aluminum/alloy wheels, which fit this truck and this build style to a T. The odometer reads 3,592, which represents the mileage on the truck since the restoration was complete. Options for the 1975 Ford F150 4X4 include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, Seat Belts, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. 1973 Ford Mustang

Engine: 302 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 87070 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars is thrilled to offer this stunning 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible at its Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ! Representing the last year of the first generation, this 1973 Mustang rolled off the Dearborne assembly line mid-September 1972 and was sold by the Lucas Ford Dealership in Burlington, New Jersey. The original factory Eminger Invoice, Marti Report, along with the original build sheet go with the car and document its authenticity. These documents list the original factory options! Purchased with 83,327 actual miles from the original owner in 1994, the car underwent a minor restoration and has only accumulated about 3,500 miles since the purchase! The restoration was essentially a paint job, refresh of the engine bay, some interior components and replacement of the trunk floor and tail panel sheet metal utilizing all of the best OEM parts available! The body on this car is in excellent condition and you won’t find reproduction metal anywhere on this car except for the trunk floor. While it left the factory red, it was repainted Gold Glow which shimmers beautifully in the light and looks incredible as its cruises down the road! Also added was a front spoiler, side stripes, and the black “Tu-tone Hood Option,” complete with a NASA style scooped hood. Open that hood to reveal the numbers-matching 302 CID V8 engine as well as correct belts, hoses, starter solenoid, voltage regulator, yellow top coil, air cleaner, and factory decals! The original Motorcraft® two-barrel carburetor was rebuilt five years ago by Pony Carburetors and operates better than it did new! Take note of the authentic touches including paint marks, shock tower braces, head light buckets, and hood latch brackets that are painted factory “Slop Gray.” Even the hood latch and hinges are correct in their appearance! Head on over to the trunk space and you will find the correct splatter paint, the correct scissor jack and lug wrench, full-size spare tire and mounting hardware! This car even has the original convertible top boot cover with its original boot bag! Hop on inside to check out its original Black Deluxe interior and full console with clock! Put on some tunes and put the black power top down on those gorgeous days to get the complete experience! Note the correct date coded seat belts, a clean Ford dash pad, factory steering wheel and gorgeous vinyl upholstery with original “Comfort-weave” vinyl inserts that are no longer available! Rest your hand on the sporty shifter that operates the three-speed Cruise-O-Matic C4 transmission. No need to shift gears, this Mustang has got you covered! This car performs just as it looks, terrific! Just look at the photos and you will see a lot of work went into this car. This car is a survivor that will surely continue to increase in value as the years pass. Very few of these 45-year-old cars are running around in this condition! There no need to do anything else as it’s been done for you! The only thing you need to do is pick up the phone and call us today to secure this beauty! Additional features include Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, AM/FM with dash and door speakers and correct door speaker grills, duel exhaust with correct chrome tips and lower valance. 1972 Ford Ranchero

Engine: 429 CID V8
Transmission: C4
Mileage: 63607 ( undocumented )

This 1972 Ford Ranchero is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Ranchero was made by Ford from 1957 to 1979 as a coupe utility. Based off a 2-door station wagon platform where the cab and bed were integrated in one seamless piece. 1967 is when the Ranchero, like many vehicles of that era, got its first true taste of Muscle. The available FE Big Block 390 allowed for an amazing 315 HP from the factory. The 390 would be so successful Ford would start offering it’s revolutionary 428 CJ engine in mid-68 placing an exclamation point on performance. Then in 1970 they would blow them all away with 429 Super Cobra Jet engines. This 1972 has taken that same concept while taking this 63000 original mile Ranchero and turning it into the monster you see now. Originally a California car it was brought here, and the work began. The body was in decent condition, so the owner decided a paint job was in order. The House of Color Tangelo Orange looks great and guaranteed to grab anyone’s attention. The black graphics running across the side help to break it up while giving the car a sporty look. The hood with its simulated ram air scoop lets people know that this is not your average Ranchero. Pop that hood and that 429 is staring right back at you. The big 4-barrel carb feeds this big block just the right amount of gas. The recently rebuilt C4 transmission handles all that power while shifting through all 3 speeds effortlessly. Going down the road this Ranchero has a great feel with the steering and suspension gone through as well. Of course, you want to be able to stop this 72 and with the recently done brake job you should not have any worries. Inside the cab you will find a recently redone interior with the tan complimenting the exterior nicely. The bench seat is comfortable making those longer trips much more enjoyable. If you have been wanting to get a UTE that has a different look and plenty of power under the hood this 1972 Ranchero is a great choice. Options on this 1972 Ford Ranchero include; Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cloth/Vinyl Interior and Set of Custom Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1972 Ford Ranchero can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

1929 Ford Coupe

Engine: 383 Stroker
Transmission: 350 Automatic
Mileage: 25703 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this 1929 Ford Coupe. Do you want to be ordinary or extraordinary? If your answer is extraordinary, then you have chosen the right “Hot Rod.” When you think of a “Hot Rod” or “Muscle Car”, the first cars that come to mind are Camaro’s, Mustang’s, Cuda’s, etc. This is none of the above and yet, it’s still one super cool “Hot Rod.” It is a tie for first place when it comes to what catches your attention initially, but one thing is for certain and two things are for sure, your answer will either be the bright yellow paint, or the sound of the mean 383 stroker motor. Whichever one you choose, you won’t be wrong. The yellow paint is bright enough to make you feel like your looking at the sun, which is offset by a beautiful strategically placed flat back hood and black capped roof. The real show stopper of the exterior is the exposed chromed-out engine displaying chrome long tube headers. Just when you thought you thought you had the color combination figured out, another twist appears. Take a look inside and you will find burgundy bucket seats. Talk about extraordinary! Don’t worry about being squished in this coupe either, there’s plenty of room to fit four comfortably. Three’s company, four is a crowd, so load up your friends and family and enjoy cruising this “Sweet” ride. The 350 turbo automatic transmission will allow you to keep a hand free at all times to wave at the onlookers as they acknowledge your ‘29 Ford Coupe. Options include AM/FM Radio, Hub Caps, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, and Radial Tires. It’s nice to be part of the in-crowd, but it is even better when you are the cause of the crowd.
