We are proud to offer for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars Showroom in Saint Louis this extremely eye-catching first generation 1966 Ford Mustang coupe. This car represents the last year of the first-generation Mustang before the 1967 to 1973 models that kept getting bigger, but not necessarily more powerful. The 1966 Ford Mustang is the right place to be for those who are enthused by the classic Ford and want to collect, recapture, and drive that original spirit of Lee Iacocca's vision. This particular 1966 Ford Mustang is amazingly eye-catching with its perfectly painted and magnificently shinning poppy red exterior and contrasting cream colored interior. The polished chrome 17 X 8 Cragers make this Mustang a living dream riding down the street, and turning corners like it was made on the eighth day for days just like this. If that were not enough, this beautiful ride has also been restored with all the easy to drive features, including Automatic Transmission, Borgeson Power Steering, Power Disc Brake Conversion (front disc/rear drum) with Slotted Rotors, new Bushings up front, and Racing Wheels. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer a stunning 1966 Ford Mustang GT in our Saint Louis Showroom. This sharp GT coupe has been extremely well preserved and is in shocking condition. A Los Angeles 71 DSO car, it then made its way to Colorado, before coming to the St. Louis area in 2003. The vehicle is believed to have its original sheet metal all around as well as original interior. Optioned with Wimbledon white exterior, with red Pony interior, this GT is very well dressed. It wears a sharp new set of GT style wheels wrapped in healthy radial tires. Inside, the red pony upholstery is in surprisingly great shape. The carpet has been replaced, so it looks nice and fresh. Pop the hood and you’ll find a rebuilt 289 with a slightly larger cam than stock. It has power steering and manual disc brakes. Originally a C4 automatic, the transmission has been swapped out for a Tremec T-5 5 speed manual transmission. This transforms the car into a comfortable highway cruiser that will sip fuel when loafing down the highway. The 289 make a nice exhaust note coming through nickel plated headers and dual exhaust. And of course, nothing beats the looks of GT exhaust trumpets. Whether you’re an avid Mustang collector, or just looking for your first classic, a 66 Mustang is always a great choice. You can see this ’66 Mustang GT in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or firstname.lastname@example.org with inquiries.

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. To see all the HD pictures and video please go to http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/1966/shelby/mustang-S1019.html. Engine: 221 CID V8Transmission: 3 Speed ManualMileage: 4,700 ( undocumented )
This 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe is for sale at our Louisville KY. The 1966 Mustang was pretty much a rollover from the last series 65. Minor trim renditions and new grill were all that was done due to the huge success of the 66. This beauty has gone through a well-deserved restoration turning it into the pony we have today. The body still has the original panels something that is hard to find on these second year Stangs. The blue paint is clean with some flake thrown in to give it a little different look while popping in the sunlight. With the body taken care of it was time to decide the engine and as with the paint it was going to be a little different. The first series Windsor small block V8 221 which bored .030 over seemed to be a great choice. The power output is great for this slick cruising car getting it down the road just fine. Of course, being a cruising car, the suspension was redone as well improving the quality of the ride that much more. The manual three speed shifts nicely and helps to spread out the shifts with second gear having a ton of room. The true dual exhaust helps to give the car a great exhaust note while not being too loud. Open the door and the original black vinyl interior is in very good condition. The bucket seats are comfortable and seem to have plenty of life left in them. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a Mustang but looking for something that is a little different this 66 with its Windsor small block is an excellent candidate. Options on this 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe include; AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and a set Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1966 Ford Mustang can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

This very nice 1966 Ford K Code Mustang is for sale in our Indianapolis showroom of Gateway Classic Cars. If you are in the market for a true collectible piece, then this 1966 Ford K Code Mustang is for you. While the odometer of this original K Code Mustang shows 126100 miles, the actual condition of this car is much better than expected. This is mainly due to this High Horse Power Mustang being restored in 1996. Under the hood, the Hi-Po 289 V8 will quickly grab your attention. Ford kept it simple, no power steering, no power brakes and no AC. Since there are no power robbing accessories, this Mustang makes the most of the Hi-Po 289 V8. Equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission, this pony was designed to put all 271 horsepower to the ground. Some K code Mustang were equipped with automatics, but that would take all the fun out of driving this spirited pony. The manual 4-speed will simply make this K code car a blast to drive and easy to show off in front of your friends, if you choose to. The exterior is painted in a nice Antique Bronze and the interior is done up with black carpet, black vinyl seats, black door panels, and a black padded dash. The paint on this 1966 Mustang is in excellent condition and exudes youthfulness and energy like the Mustang itself. The vinyl top on this car is stunning and contrasts with the ORIGINAL Springtime Yellow paint beautifully! The chrome accents and trim inside and out sparkle, the carpet and seats in this car present very well also. This ultra low miles 1966 Mustang has less than 17,000 miles since it was built… over 50 years ago. That’s right, this 1966 Mustang has seen less than 17,000 miles total in it’s life. Engine: 352 CID V8Transmission: AutomaticMileage: 345 ( since rebuilt )
This 1960 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 1960 Thunderbird was the last year for what is now known as the Square birds. A rather distinctly different car than original baby birds as the second-generation cars are much bigger and can seat 4 adults comfortably. This beautiful red example has gone through a pain staking restoration with the finished Bird being one the best I have seen. Lugged out of a junk yard 15 years ago this was a solid bird to begin with. The red paint was laid down nice and smooth with the result looking like glass. The trim and chrome on the car are exceptionally clean and remind you why these birds are classic late 50’s. Those classic wire knock offs are the perfect fit on this 60 Bird. Under the hood you will find a very clean engine bay that is as clean as they come. The period corrects 352 with its true to form yellow valve covers really putting their exclamation point under the hood. The Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed is a smooth shifting transmission that handles all the power of the 352 with ease. Inside this plush 4-seater a fresh interior has been done in red and white vinyl making for a great contrast. The middle console that flows into the back separating the buckets is one of the coolest features to come in a factory car. If you have been wanting to get yourself into a square bird that is flashy and luxurious this one must be on your list. Options on this 1960 Bird include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Knock Off Wheels wrapped in Bias PLY White Wall Tires.
