For sale in our Chicago showroom is this beautiful 1956 Chevrolet 210. As the icon for hot-rodders everywhere, the body on these “tri-five” Chevys is as American as apple pie. This beautiful red classic is packed with a small block Chevy V8 engine displacing a healthy 5.7l paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission. The current owner has been privileged to enjoy this beauty for roughly 12 years in its current configuration. A fresh battery was just installed to give a new owner a long, trouble-free life getting this big V8 turning.
Pop open that wide door and slide into the black vinyl bench seat with your steady by your side, and prepare to find adventure! A set of aftermarket gauges line the dash to keep tabs on the vitals of the engine, and a fire extinguisher is nestled next to the B&M shifter in the off chance that something should go awry from the norm. The trunk is fully finished, but leaved plenty of room to pack for a road trip getaway for a long weekend, or a trip down Route 66. Fire the ignition and find yourself greeted with the hot-rodding anthem from the tail pipes.
With a great color combination, a healthy engine and transmission, and style for days, this ’56 Chevrolet 210 is a great all-around classic. Options include: AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Vinyl Interior, and Alloy Wheels. For more information, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1957 Chevrolet 3100 pickup. This former military vehicle is real piece of American history. Originally a US Army truck and previously owned by the city of Fitzgerald Georgia as a municipal vehicle. For 1957, many visual changes were made: The former egg-crate grille was changed to a more open-mouthed design, with eight bars holding an open trapezoid in the center, and a pair of wind splits appeared on the hood. Dished steering wheel, safety door locks and strikers, and a more rigidly mounted rear axle (using threaded spring shackles instead of the center-draw-bolt type used previously) were among the other improvements. This 57’ Chevy has been through thorough restoration around 2013. The exterior of the truck is in great condition and shows very well in Army Green. The body is straight & true, the body panel gaps are even. The bumpers, trim & glass are also in great condition and really pull the look of the truck together sitting on those steel wheels. This truck is powered by a 235 CID Inline 6 Cylinder that mates with a 4 Speed Manual transmission. The exterior and interior shows very well. To put it simply this truck has been well maintained and would make a great addition to any collection or the start of yours. Options include Hub Caps, Radial Tires, Vinyl Interior and the Numbers are Matching. Don’t miss your chance to own one of the most iconic trucks Chevrolet has ever produced and genuine piece of America. This is the one you want to own. Engine: 350 CID V8Transmission: M21 4 Speed ManualMileage: 69,065 ( undocumented )
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this awesome 1956 Chevrolet Delray. Most will say that the Tri-Five Chevrolet is as American as it gets. Brought into production for the launch of Chevrolet’s ground breaking new engine, the small block, no one had any idea the importance of these cars. The small block would live on for decades and is even still widely used today. This 56 has used a much more modern Small block as its power plant. Increasing displacement to 350 Cubic inches the engine can produce a lot lower end power without losing any of the top end punch that they’re known for. Decked out with chrome valve covers this small block looks as good as it sounds. With a nice lopey idle the cam lets everyone know that this isn’t just a run of the mill small block. With other chrome accents under the hood the engine bay has just enough shine to show it off but not so much that you won’t want to drive it. The 4 speed Muncie transmission controlled by the Hurst shifter makes driving this beauty a blast. The black paint is slick and shows off how nice the body is while the chrome breaks it up just enough. The inside is where this one off really comes into its own. The seats are covered in genuine leather not vinyl and boy does it make a difference. The black and cream go nicely together especially against the painted black interior. With additional touches of chrome throughout the interior compliments the exterior perfectly. If you have wanted an extremely cool car that is just a little different but not completely over the top look no further. Options on this 1956 Chevrolet Delray include; Power Steering, Tilt, Leather Interior, and Aluminum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1956 Chevrolet Delray is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Under the hood you will notice an Edlebrock aluminum intake manifold and a Holley 4bbl carburetor that provides plenty of air and fuel to get every bit of horsepower you can out of the engine. The polished aluminum radiator with 2 electric fans keep the engine cool in this Texas heat. This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette L82 Pace Car is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1978 was the 25th anniversary of the Corvette and GM wanted to capitalize on this prestigious event with a special edition Corvette. After speaking with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, GM was able to obtain the rights to be the pace car for the race. The decision was made to have the car painted black and silver a classic color combination. They had 2 versions with base model having the L48 which consisted of close 75% of the cars. This beauty is one of the more coveted L82 models which was switched out for something that is a little more powerful. The new engine is still a small block, but the displacement has been increased to a total of 454 CI. The balanced and blueprint engine is putting out over twice as much as the original L82 giving this pace car the power it deserves. A blueprint cast iron block was used which allows for a much longer stroke with the forged connecting rods being 6.00. The 950CFM carb feeds just the right amount of fuel and with the engine having a 10:1 compression pump gas works just fine. The TH350 transmission was rebuilt and seems to handle the power extremely well transferring the power to the rear wheels with ease. The custom exhaust really lets everyone know that this is not your normal small block. The interior is clean and original to the car with the weather stripping replaced as well as the T Tops. The exterior of the car looks great with the remaining stickers still in their original box. To top everything off the car is even sold with the original window sticker showing the original 14410.21 sticker price equivalent to almost 54500 dollars in today’s money. If you have been wanting one of these Iconic Pace Cars but the performance wasn’t quite there for you this beauty has that problem squared away. Options on this 1978 Chevrolet Pace Car include, AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Seat Belts, T-Tops, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Aluminum Wheels, and Leather Interior.
