Over $300,000 invested into this one-off custom Bel-Air and is absolutely jaw-dropping from every angle. Winning many awards from the Good Guys Columbus Builders Choice award to the NSRA Louisville Top 25 Pro Pick, this 1956 is well deserving candidate for all the attention it receives. As you approach it from a distance, it looks like just a very well done 1956 Bel-Air. However, as you get closer the subtle modifications start to jump out at you. The grill was kicked out for a more stream-lined look, hood humps from a ’57 Chevrolet were used to make the hood cowl, Porsche headlight lenses set back 1”, custom one-piece stainless roof moldings, removed vent windows from doors, and custom rear bumper notched for the twin exhaust are just a few of the cool and unique twists to this elegant Bel-Air. If you have the privilege of getting the chance to touch it, open the door using the slim Jaguar door handles and slide into the completely custom interior done by Paul Atkins using only the highest quality of materials. As you look out over the smoothed-out dash, you will be amazed at how clean and simple everything was kept in this build. Even the radio was hidden behind a door to keep any clutter out of sight. Despite the clean appearances, this car is fully functional and is a treat to drive! The 5.7L LS1 sitting under the hood comes to life with ease and a low rumble projects out the back. Slide it down into drive and the 4L60E automatic transmission does the work from there! The 350 horsepower is plenty to get this moving in a hurry and the Wilwood disc brakes bring it back to zero just as quick. As you arrive at your destination, get out, and look back at your ride; it is hard not to stop and stare. The ride height was dialed in to perfection and sits nicely on the Billet Specialty wheels. There were no corners cut on this build and is the ultimate choice for someone looking at a car that can be shown or enjoyed. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street “Indy Cylinder Head built the Dart”. It has a Hemi -- 605 cubic inches monster engine! That was reflected on the dyno sheets that Indy supplied with the engine: 836.8 horsepower and 752 lb.-ft of torque. The Hemi was teamed with an equally stout J.W. Performance Transmission–built 727 with a 4,200-stall converter and a narrowed rear end equipped with Strange axles and a Detroit Locker that are up to the task of taming all that Hemi power. Outside, what was left of the original Dart’s body structure was plenty enough to build from, once the floors and quarters were replaced with new steel. AAR Fiberglass’ bolt-on hood, bumper, front fender, doors, and decklid reproductions -- plus a ’68 Super Stock–style hood scoop -- were fitted and installed before the two-stage Sikkens Viper Red enamel went on. Inside, it’s a combination of race-car safety hardware and high-end cruiser, with leather covering the SCAT racing seats, dash and door panels, and custom carpets on the floors. As for a sound system, the Hemi’s custom-fabbed exhaust system is for that purpose. Engine: There’s big, there’s huge—and then there’s this Indy Cylinder Head–built Street Legend Hemi. Displacing 605 inches, it features Indy’s aluminum 41/2-inch bore block, with a forged Callies crankshaft and Eagle H-beam rods, forged 10.75:1 compression Wiseco pistons, and a Comp Cams solid-roller camshaft. A pair of Indy’s 426-1RA heads, ported Indy intake with a 1050-cfm Holley Dominator, MSD ignition, and a custom-built exhaust system finalize the overgrown air pump. Transmission: J.W. Performance Transmission-built 727 with a reverse–manual valvebody, 9-inch/4,200 stall convertor with a trans brake, B&M shifter, and a Gear Vendors overdrive. Rear: Narrowed 9-inch is filled with a 4.56-geared Detroit Locker differential and Strange axles. Suspension: (Front) Art Morrison’s Super Strut, (Rear) X-link with Strange coilovers and ladder bars. Brakes: Four-wheel discs with Wilwoods in front and Strange Engineering rotors and calipers in the rear. Wheels/Tires: Welds and Mickey Thompsons (Front) 15x4½-inch wheels on 26x7.50x15 M/T Sportsman tires, (Rear) 15x14-inch Double Beadlock wheels on M/T’s 32x17.50x15 ET Streets. Paint/Body: Original unibody had its floors and trunk replaced before it was fitted to the round-tube frame. AAR Fiberglass provided the hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and bumpers, and Rick Perry (aided by Don Reese and Ron Sheed) got it all ready for the Sikkens two-stage Viper Red enamel. Interior: Fernando Torres custom-stitched the SCAT Sportsman race bucket seats, door panels, and dash pad in tan leather with matching suede inserts. Steering wheel is a repro Tuff one on a Flaming River tilter, and tan/brown carpets cover the floors. This is one serious bad boy, gas sucking, tire evaporating machine! This amazing 2001 Chrysler Prowler just rolled into our Fort Lauderdale showroom. Prowlers are becoming very collectible, especially this kind. Only 1,278 blue Mulholland Edition left the factory and this is one of them. Only 2 owners called this Prowler their own and you will immediately see that it has always been babied. There are only three words to describe this Prowler, clean, clean and clean. The paint is in excellent condition and this Chrysler only has 26800 miles on the clock. A super clean charcoal grey interior invites you to take a seat and that is where the real fun begins. The Prowler is powered by it’s all aluminum V6 engine that will get you to 62 mph in just 5.9 seconds. A modern hot rod and multiple show winner. The custom LED light kit on all four wheels, under the hood and undercarriage will let this one stand out from the crowd. This 1962 Chrysler 300H Tribute is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Chrysler 300H was a very low production vehicle made by Chrysler in 1962. Part of the ongoing Letter series cars that started back in back in 56 showcasing the company’s top of the line luxury components with the biggest and most powerful engines under the hood. This extremely detailed tribute was built to showcase just how extremely nice these cars were. The red paint is slick and clean with the basecoat clear coat application allowing for much deeper look. The chrome on the car is in excellent condition while giving it that luxury look. The Hubcaps are real deal H hubcaps and look extremely nice on the car. Under the hood is what is believed to be the original 383. The dual 4 set up not only looks great but runs like nothing else. The AFB carbs have been tuned and dialed in allowing the 383 to reach its full potential. The 727 is still considered one of the most durable transmission’s to ever leave Detroit. This one with it’s push button controls just adds to the transmission’s allure. Inside is where the H really comes to life. The front to back center console was something only offered in the H. The bucket seats have been covered with some of the best and softest leather around. The fawn color is subtle and keeps the attention on that stunning red paint job. For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a drop dead gorgeous 1962 Chrysler 300 Sport convertible. Painted in arrest me red over a red and black interior, a white power soft top and white wall tires. Power comes from a healthy 383 V8 big block and power transferred to the rear wheels via push button transmission. Power equipment includes an AM/FM radio, Power steering, Power brakes, Power seats, Power windows and a Power top. The restoration was completed in the early 2000s but still looks very fresh. During the restoration, seat belts were installed and an electric cooling fan with a three way switch located in the glove box. The current seller is believed to be the 3rd owner and has owned the car since 2001. The 383 big block was rebuilt during the restoration and was also fitted with a four barrel carburetor in place of the original 2 barrel. In 1963 only 1,535 non letter 300 series convertibles were produced. Yes, it’s rare and yes, it’s beautiful!
