The year is 1959, Hawaii becomes the 50th US state, "The Twilight Zone" airs for the first time on October 2nd, on the CBS television network. And this gorgeous 1959 Lamborghini Orange El Camino rolls off the assembly line. Since then she has undergone a full frame off rotisserie restoration including: 3 stage paint, powder coated frame, brown leather interior that smells amazing, A/C, electric windows, all new glass, 348 Tri-Power V8, 2” 409 exhaust manifolds, 2 ¼” stainless steel exhaust, aluminum radiator, electric fan, B&M 700 R4 trans, Lokar flor shifter, Air Ride, Classic Instrument gauges, power steering, Willwood slotted disc brakes, and with only 1172 miles since the rebuild.
Introduced in the 1959 model year in response to the success of the Ford Ranchero pickup, its first run lasted only two years. Production resumed for the 1964–1977 model years based on the Chevelle platform, and continued for the 1978–1987 model years based on the GM G-body platform. Among the performance engines offered were a 283 CID Turbo-Jet V8 with two or four-barrel carburetion, several Turbo-Thrust 348 CID V8s with four-barrel or triple two-barrel carburetors producing 335 HP, 250 HP and 290 HP 283-cube Ramjet Fuel Injection V8s. 1959 is still arguably the best looking El Camino ever built.

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is the custom classic 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. 1960 was the 2nd year of El Camino and production was sadly put to a stop until 1964. The El Camino then came back with a vengeance and was in production from ’64 – ’87. The custom machine is powered by a 350 CID V8 that’s paired to a Turbo 350 Automatic transmission. The car has recently had an all new dual exhaust system added to give the car a nice aggressive sound. Peeking into the engine bay you’ll see it features a fair number of chromed components to give it some flare. This El Camino is said to be just a 3-owner car and has been a southern car through the years. The car is sitting on a nice set of custom wheels that are in good condition. With drilled and slotted front disk brakes and rear drums this car doesn’t have an issue coming to a halt. Walking around the car you will find some nicely done white pin striping to accent the curves of the car. All the chrome trim is in good condition and shows well. The bed is lined in white paneling to flow with the pin striping as well as the interior. The interior has been completely restored and has been nicely done. The seats, and door panels have been custom made in a blue and white color combination. One great benefit to the car is the cold blowing A/C to keep you cool on the hot summer days. Introduced in 1957, mechanical fuel injection was offered on Corvettes as a higher horsepower variant of the standard cars. In 1959 this meant your choice of a 250 Horsepower or 290 Horsepower 283 CID V8 with no carburetor to be found. 745 buyers chose the $484.20 option to get the 290 HP Fuelie. This particular example is beautifully optioned in Crown Sapphire with white coves and Turquoise interior. She wears the appropriate hub caps with knock offs wrapped in wide white wall tires. The chrome trim on this particular car is in great shape and makes for a dazzling piece of eye candy. Inside you'll find more chrome and stainless trim to accent the black upholstery. This awesome 1959 Corvette has the Crown Sapphire paint that only 888 Corvette’s left the factory with. Driving enthusiasts will be delighted to see that behind the 290 HP v8 is a proper 4 speed manual transmission. Speaking of the drive train, the engine has been completely rebuilt, and perhaps even more importantly, the fuel injection system has been rebuilt by an expert that specializes in these systems. The car runs beautifully and is a delight to pilot down the road. Being a Fuelie, and therefore quite rare, this is a true collector's piece. For sale in our Louisville showroom is a 1959 Chevrolet Corvette. This beautiful 1959 Corvette is the stuff legends are made of. All date codes are correct as this 1959 Chevrolet decodes as being built in the 1st week of 1958, 283 V8, Borg Warner 4-speed, 3:70 limited slip rear end with radio delete. This Corvette has received Top Flight award from the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS). This award was created by NCRS in 1974 to recognize cars that have been preserved or restored to the highest level of achievement through the NCRS Flight Judging Process. In other word only the best of the best can achieve this award. To attain this highest of high awards, this 1959 Corvette has gone through a complete restoration. Every surface has been stripped clean, refurbished and then repainted. All the gaskets, seals, bearings and the wiring has been replaced. The numbers matching 283 CID V8 engine with dual carburetors (rated at 270 HP) has been completely rebuilt. The matching Borg Warner manual 4-speed transmission and 3:70 geared rear end have also been completely rebuilt. A quick peek under the hood is just not enough. With the attention to detail, this gorgeous Corvette looks just like it would have in 1959, right down to the radio delete option. That’s right, this is a no frills American Sports car and in 1959 it was all about speed. The interior is all new with the original instrumentation (gauges) being rebuilt with new faces, hands and lenses. All the glass is new and it has been date coded to match the build date as well. Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this beautiful blue 1959 Chevrolet 310. This light blue beauty is in good condition and would be great for a daily driver. This truck is powered by a stout 383 Stroker that was recently rebuilt and runs great. This powerplant is paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission and is a blast to drive. This truck was rebuilt by “Wild Man Customs” and has over $14,000 worth of receipts showing the amount of restoration work. The truck has received all new hoses, plugs, gaskets, fuel pump, and wiring system to keep it up to snuff. The front end was swapped out for more modern suspension improving the drivability. The front runner was swapped to include power steering to make turns a breeze. The list goes on to include new bushing kit, overflow tank, and even a Summit racing exhaust system to make a very aggressive sounding truck. Walking around the truck you will find the light blue paint is in great condition with only a few minor blemishes being this is a driver’s vehicle and is meant to be on the road and not trailered down it. The white accented spare time mount keeps this truck looking classical along with the matching white wheels. Moving to the interior you will find it has been nicely restored with a white cab, dash and steering wheel. The seat and dash pad have been left in black to keep from overwhelming the inside with white. We offer this 1958 Chevrolet Brookwood Station Wagon for sale in our Atlanta Showroom. Ok everyone, just look at the photos and soak in this International award-winning vehicle. It is a show stopper and we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to represent a vehicle of this quality. Let’s start with the awards. Atlanta World of Wheels international car show-Best in class and top ten, WOW ISCA Chattanooga- first place custom wagon and display, Eckler’s Classic Chevy Winter National-First Place Modified Platinum Certificate 991 out of 1000, Detroit World of Wheels ISCA First place custom wagon, Clevland ISCA Autorama-First place custom wagon and 50th anniversary appreciation, Year One Bash-Top twenty, ISCA regional Custom Wagon Class Champion and ISCA International Custom Wagon for 2008, Good Guy Show-Memory lane award. When this Brookwood was born, original equipment included power steering, power brakes, tinted windows, standard AM/FM radio and added Sears and Roebuck wide whitewall tires. This car has numerous NOS parts inside and out as well as deluxe hub caps, cigarette ash trays, dome light, ignition switch, taillamps, under dash lights, under hood lights. It was an incredible challenge getting these parts for a single year car. The original 348ci engine was rebuilt by Gabriel’s Racing engines in Athens GA and now features an Edelbrock intake with the 1400 performance carburetor. The oil bath filter was modified to dry type and is concealed in the original housing. The 150-amp alternator is a Cadillac NorthStar and the oil filter has been modified to spin on type. For a better fit Grady re-bent the stock aluminized exhaust system and eliminated the crossover pipe. The exhaust manifold was high-temp powered coated in cast iron grey color. To add more safety features to the car, Grady installed new 500 series CPP steering box, KYB gas shocks, front and rear, anti-sway bars front and rear, a new TH700R transmission, Air Lift air bags in the rear and new coil springs front and rear. The frame up restoration included all new bushings, mounts, upper and lower A-arms and ball joints, idler arm and tie rod ends. In factory colors, the Rio Red and Artic white paint pared with the California one piece bumpers finish off the front and rear end and body of this amazing wagon. The rear suspension was completely rebuilt with all new bushings plus new bearings and seals in the differential. A new stainless fuel tank sending unit, fuel lines and brake lines were also installed. All glass has been changed out, including the nearly unobtainable tinted rear hatch window, plus all new rubber gaskets, weather stripping, bumpers and seals were replaced throughout the car. Professionally installed power disc brakes and stock rears were included during a Vintage Air install and rebuilt original Harrison radiator. Once this nine-month restoration was complete the interior was recreated with material matching as close to the original as possible, cruise control was added, Secret Audio by Custom Sound installed, Power Windows with hidden switches, original door handles, LED taillights, three point seat belts, restored bumper jacks sound deadener throughout the entire body. This wonder wagon is simply an International award-winning vehicle which would be at the cream of the crop of any collection. Options include: AM/FM/CD radio, Power Windows, AC, Hub Caps, Performance Tires, Power Brakes, Radial Tires, White Wall Tires, Vinyl and Cloth interior, Seat Belts, Cruise Control, and Battery Cut off Switch.
