This GT-500 is 1 of only 5 that were ever created. Backed up with a MARTI report, this Shelby GT-500 has a dealer installed 427 side oiler. This rare Mustang had a complete rotisserie restoration completed on it and is as good as the day it drove off of the showroom floor! All of the stampings down to the Kelsey Hayes rims and steering wheel are correct for the era and is truly amazing to see a piece of automotive history preserved as well as this one has. The 427 side oiler has always been one of the most sought after of Ford engines for their high performance and racing pedigree. The Shelby GT-500 was the most powerful Mustang created in 1967 and was created in very limited quantities overall. This engine configuration from the factory was expected to make over 450 horsepower and the numbers were typically under rated. The look of the late sixties Mustang fastbacks are timeless. The swooping lines and sharp edges are unforgettable. This iconic American muscle car is not just a pretty face though. The car runs and drives very well and feels like endless amounts of power. As you drive along it is hard not to get caught up in the nostalgia while gripping the wood grain steering wheel and are looking into the faces of each Shelby gauge then looking to your right and seeing Carroll Shelby’s signature on the glove box is the icing on the cake! This piece of history is well documented and in superb shape. No matter if you plan on using at just a show piece or to drive occasionally you are surely to be the only one in your group with the same car. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-500 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. 1966 Ford Mustang

1966 Ford Mustang

Engine: 221 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 4700 ( undocumented )

This 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe is for sale at our Louisville KY. The 1966 Mustang was pretty much a rollover from the last series 65. Minor trim renditions and new grill were all that was done due to the huge success of the 66. This beauty has gone through a well-deserved restoration turning it into the pony we have today. The body still has the original panels something that is hard to find on these second year Stangs. The blue paint is clean with some flake thrown in to give it a little different look while popping in the sunlight. With the body taken care of it was time to decide the engine and as with the paint it was going to be a little different. The first series Windsor small block V8 221 which bored .030 over seemed to be a great choice. The power output is great for this slick cruising car getting it down the road just fine. Of course, being a cruising car, the suspension was redone as well improving the quality of the ride that much more. The manual three speed shifts nicely and helps to spread out the shifts with second gear having a ton of room. The true dual exhaust helps to give the car a great exhaust note while not being too loud. Open the door and the original black vinyl interior is in very good condition. The bucket seats are comfortable and seem to have plenty of life left in them. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a Mustang but looking for something that is a little different this 66 with its Windsor small block is an excellent candidate. Options on this 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe include; AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and a set Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1966 Ford Mustang can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350

1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350

Engine: 289 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 16500 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. 1966 Ford Mustang Sprint

1966 Ford Mustang Sprint

Engine: 200 CID I-6
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 829 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is excited to present this stunning 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale. This Mustang has been very well maintained and has lots of recent upgrades. It is extremely difficult to find a Mustang in such beautiful condition. This pony car is the one you want to own. Take advantage of a rare specimen and become the driver of a pony car you can very proud to have ownership. Powered by a 200 CID I6 and mated to a C4 automatic transmission and an open rear end with 3:20 gear ratio. It’s got plenty of get up and go and even though the engine isn’t original, it is correct for the car. Painted in beautiful code T red with red vinyl interior this car will turn heads wherever you go. Can you think of any car that has caused such a commotion on launch? I can’t, but I can tell you that 54 years later the Mustang turns heads today just as much as it did back in 1964. Now doubt about it the Mustang today is the most popular classic car, bar none. It’s also one of the most practical classics, comfortable and reliable with a simple mechanical package and a ready supply of parts. In the early 1960s Ford needed a sporty car to combat new models from rival carmakers, and the quickest way to do it they decided was to tweak the Falcon underbody a little, throw in some Fairlane engines and transmissions, and top it off with a sexy new two-plus-two body. Production started in March 1964, the launch was at the New York World’s Fair in April; the rest is history. Options on this classic pony include: Hub Caps, Vinyl Interior, convertible top, AM/FM radio and bias ply tires. This 1966 Ford Mustang is for sale in our Houston Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback

Engine: 390 V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 23919 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this fantastic 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback. This story begins on September 5, 1967 when the Fastback left the Ford plant in Metuchen, New Jersey. We are looking here at an original S-Code 390ci 4-barrel carburetor V8 big block 68 Mustang Fastback with a 4 speed manual transmission. It was also ordered with the GT Equipment Group. Now you get the idea of what this Fastback is all about and we are thrilled to have it here with us in our South Florida showroom. The Fastback shows very well and drives even better. The blue exterior is just beautiful and it comes with a clean and loaded interior. First thing you will see is the nice center console when you open the door. Just continue looking around and you will also find an overhead console and a nice brushed aluminum dash and much more. There are no cracks in the dash, seats or anywhere else. Powered by a 390ci V8 engine this pony moves forward. In combination with the 4 speed manual transmission it’s just a blast to drive the Fastback. The disc brakes on all 4 wheels will get you to a stop as fast as you will take off in this Mustang. No reason to be worried to get sweaty stains on the nice and clean wooden steering wheel, the A/C is blowing cold. Another very comfortable option is of course the power steering. Folks, this is the real deal here. Everybody wants one and don’t wait too long on this one. Grab the phone and give us a call. You will get more attention with this car than Enzo in his Ferrari. 1965 Ford Mustang

1965 Ford Mustang

Engine: 298 V6
Transmission: 4-Speed Auto
Mileage: 32999 ( undocumented )

We have a beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang here in our Milwaukee showroom. It is coated in a beautiful White paint with blue interior. It features a 289ci V8 with air conditioning, power windows, power locks, Power mirrors etc… This is an awesome car that runs great and looks fantastic! Several changes to the Mustang occurred at the start of the "normal" 1965 model year in August 1964, about four months after its introduction. These cars are known as "late 65's". The engine lineup was changed, with a 200 cu in (3.3 L) "T-code" engine that produced 120 hp (89 kW; 122 PS). Production of the Fairlane's "F-code" 260 cu in (4.3 L) engine ceased when the 1964 model year ended. It was replaced with a new 200 hp (150 kW) "C-code" 289 cu in (4.7 L) engine with a two-barrel carburetor as the base V8. An "A-code" 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) four-barrel carbureted version was next in line, followed by the unchanged "Hi-Po" "K-code" 271 hp (202 kW; 275 PS) 289. The DC electrical generator was replaced by a new AC alternator on all Fords (a way to distinguish a 1964 from a 1965 is to see if the alternator light on the dash says "GEN" or "ALT"). The Mustang GT version was introduced as the "GT Equipment Package" and included a V8 engine (most often the 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) 289), grille-mounted fog lamps, rocker panel stripes, and disc brakes. In the interior the GT option added a different instrument panel that included a speedometer, fuel gauge, temp. gauge, oil pressure gauge and ammeter in five round dials (the gauges were not marked with numbers, however.) A four-barrel carbureted engine was now available with any body style. Additionally, reverse lights were an option added to the car from August 1964 production. The Mustang was originally available as either a hardtop or convertible, but during the car's early design phases a fastback model was strongly considered. In 1965, the Shelby Mustang was born, it was available only in newly introduced fastback body version with its swept-back rear glass and distinctive ventilation louvers. The standard interior features of the 1965 Mustang included adjustable driver and passenger bucket seats, an AM radio, and a floor mounted shifter in a variety of color options. Ford added additional interior options during the 1965 model year. The Interior Decor Group was popularly known as "Pony Interior" due to the addition of embossed running ponies on the seat fronts, and also included integral armrests, woodgrain appliqué accents, and a round gauge cluster that would replace the standard Falcon instrumentation. Also available were sun visors, a (mechanical) remote-operated mirror, a floor console, and a bench seat. Ford later offered an under-dash air-conditioning unit, and discontinued the vinyl with cloth insert seat option, offered only in early 1965 models. One option designed strictly for fun was the Rally-Pac. Introduced in 1963 after Ford's success at that year's Monte Carlo Rally and available on other Ford and Mercury compacts and intermediates, the Rally-Pac was a combination clock and tachometer mounted to the steering column. It was available as a factory ordered item for US$69.30. Installed by a dealer, the Rally-Pac cost US$75.95.A 14" rim option was available for Rally-pac and GT350R vehicles widening front and rear track to 57.5". Reproductions are presently available from any number of Mustang restoration parts sources. A compass, rear seat belts, A/C, and back-up lights were also optional. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1965 Ford Mustang in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.
