Engine: 496 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 500 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this mean 1950 Buick Riviera. Between the custom slammed look, and the massive powerplant, this beast is sure to be the center of attention at your local car show! Under and through the hood of this beauty is a big and healthy 496 CID big block crate motor thats paired with a Weiand Mega Blower. This powertrain combination provides this heavy car with the power and performance of a modern muscle car. Sending the power to the 9" Ford rear end is a turbo 400 automatic transmission that shifts firmly through the gears with no problems handling the almost 800 horsepower this engine generates. The meat that sends the power to the ground are Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires in 29x185x15LT. When it comes time to slow this big classic to a stop, the driver will appreciate the disc brakes up front. Moving inward, the interior of this slick ride is very plush and comfortable. The driver will immediately notice the multi-color leather seats, dash, and headliner that are all in very good condition. Adding to the comfort of this ride are power seats, power windows, power locks, power steering, and power brakes. In the summer months, the driver will appreciate the removable hard top to allow for plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Overall, the interior of the car is in really good shape. Moving outward, the exterior of the car has a super mean vibe to it thanks to the canvas covered soft top along with some shaving of the body here and there. The PPG "Vanilla Shake" paint is in good condition with extremely minimal imperfections. Overall, the car is an extremely nice driver quality car with minimal imperfections. 1960 Buick LeSabre

1960 Buick LeSabre

Engine: V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 51,551 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa Is excited to be able to offer this sleek 1960 Buick LeSabre. This beautiful machine has only 51,551 miles on it and is ready to hit route 66 for a cross country cruise. The 1960 LeSabre received a major facelift, the new body design sharing only the roof and trunk lid with the 1959 model. The new Buick now sported a concave grille and horizontal headlights centered by Buick's then-new "Tri-Shield" logo, which is still in use today. Reintroduced to Electras and other Buicks for 1960 were the chrome "VentiPort" portholes first introduced in 1940 and last seen in 1957. LeSabre and Invicta models had three portholes while Electras and Electra 225s were "four-holers". Inside, a revised instrument panel featured a "Mirromatic" speedometer for which the lens could be adjusted to better visibility to suit the driver. A new two-spoke steering wheel with horn bars was introduced, replacing the time-honored horn ring then still common to most automobiles. The 250- and 300-horsepower 364-cubic-inch V8s were continued from 1959, but a new no-cost option was a 235-horsepower lower-compression two-barrel version of the 364 with a lower compression ratio to permit use of regular-grade gasoline instead of the premium fuel required with all other Buick engines. This Buick two door hard top is in fantastic shape inside and out. The crazy stylish red, black, and white interior is completely redone to feel fresh and in like new condition. Silver paint that shines in the sun with chrome all over the body makes this car very sharp and turns heads anywhere that it goes. The real fun is with the 3 on the tree manual transmission. This car starts right up and runs like a dream. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1960 Buick LeSabre two door hardtop, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. 1987 Buick Regal Grand National

Engine: 3.8L V6 F OHV
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 51,758 ( actual )

For sale in our Houston showroom is a gorgeous 1987 Buick Regal Grand National. By the late 1980s, the muscle car era was done. The gas crisis caused the end of high horsepower V8s and the few domestic muscle cars that remained were so strangled with emissions equipment, that the horsepower ratings were embarrassing. Even the Corvettes of the late 1980s barely squeaked over 200 horsepower. GM made a step in the right direction with their revolutionary Turbocharged V6 Grand National. This 3.8 Liter gem, with the help of its turbocharger churns out 245 horsepower and a massive 355 lb ft of torque. With its 4-speed automatic transmission, his torque monster could rocket the 3500 pound GN to 60 miles per hour in less than 6 seconds and on to finish a 1/4 mile in about 14 seconds. Finished in a sinister gloss black exterior paint, and with gray and black two-tone interior, the GN is a sharp looking beast as well. This one is showing less than 51,800 miles on the odometer and looks great. This car has cold air conditioning and a working heater, power steering and brakes, power windows, power locks, AM/FM radio with a CD player, horn, seat belts, courtesy lights, power seats and even a spare tire. Whether you're a Buick fan, a muscle car historian, or simply a fan of performance cars, a Grand Nation makes a great addition to any collection. Don’t miss your chance to get behind the wheel of this one. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more information. Financing and shipping options are available.
