Up for sale in our Detroit Showroom is a menacing 1972 Chevrolet Nomad SS Tribute with enough power to rip the pavement up from underneath it. This SS 454 Tribute wagon is dressed in Victory Red with Polar White SS stripes going down the Cowl Induction hood. All factory style 454 SS badges and stripes are in the proper locations and the Rally wheels are painted to match the Victory Red paint. Powering this wagon is a 468cid Big Block Chevy with oval port 761 cylinder head castings. This is a complete Roller Motor with Hydraulic Roller Cam, Roller Lifters, Forged Internals and Roller Rocker Arms. The air intake is a Team G Single Plane with a 850 Demon Double-Pump Carburetor which is needed to force the right amount of fuel and air into this monstrous Nomad. The big power adder comes courtesy a Procharger D1S-C Supercharger with intercooler and custom powder-coated piping. The transmission is a completely rebuilt TH400 with a B&M 2400 Stall Converter. To make sure this Nomad can translate power to pavement, lots of suspension work has been done to make this Nomad handle like a sports car. The front suspension has B.R.E. Tubular front upper and lower A-Arms and 1” Progressive rate lowering springs. The rear suspension is also sporting B.R.E. tubular upper and lower control arms which allow you to point this Nomad straight and achieve that direction. Lakewood Ladder bars have been powder coated Victory Red and the 12 Bolt GM rear end has a nice looking Trick Flow differential support cover. The interior on this Nomad is just as impressive as the extensive restoration work that has been done. The race style two tone seats up front make sure you and your passenger are planted while shredding some rubber. This interior takes “business up front and party in the back” to a whole new level. This is the ultimate grocery getter and puts enough power down to make anybody question if their sports car is even worth it. If you have ANY questions on this Nomad, call us at 313.982.3100. Email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com or visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com to view a professional photo set on this gorgeous Nomad.

The Chevrolet C-10 was the quintessential work horse of its day and was capable of taking on any job that was thrown at it and were used and abused over the many years. This makes survivors like this 1972 well sought after and desired by many who remember the good times of cruising around in their old Chevy pickup. This C-10 has been well kept over the years and was even repainted just a few years back to bring new life into this old classic. The small block Chevy 350 CID V8 has plenty of power left in it and breathes easy with a free flowing exhaust system. The turbo-350 automatic transmission also is in great shape providing smooth shifts throughout all speeds. This truck also has some creature comforts equipped including power brakes and power steering making those longer drives bearable and less strenuous. Climb inside and check out the plastic covered bench that has kept the interior in good shape and clean. The wood grained steering wheel looks nice against the stock dash and gauge cluster that all works well. As you cruise around in this old pickup though it is sometimes easy to forget that you are driving a truck that is 46 years old, the steering is responsive, the power brakes are strong, and the independent front suspension offers a smooth ride. This classic Chevrolet would be an excellent summer cruiser that could still be used as fair weather pickup truck and has a spray in bed liner to protect it from whatever you throw in it. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this beautiful 1972 Chevrolet C-10 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. This cool 1972 Chevrolet C20 Camper Special is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 1972 C/K line of pickups would be the end of a 12-year Second gen run. Starting off in 1967 they introduced a sleeker more modern looking truck nicknamed the Action Line. The trucks sold extremely well and really helped Chevy to tap into that truck market. This 72 C20 is not just your average C/20. Bought from the original owner in 1973 this truck has been well maintained and driven only 50642 miles its entire life. With the metal of the body bed and cab in great condition the decision was made to put a fresh respray on her. The original Yellow and white scheme was done with under the hood left alone to save those classic hand written GM markings. Of course, you can’t have a new shiny paint job and then open the door to a year-old interior so much like the outside they used the same pattern/material and re did the interior bringing the old tired out cab back to like. It really turned out amazing with the paint being slick and the interior extremely comfortable. Under the hood is the original Big Block that is displacing a monstrous CID. It has all the low-end power that you need to pull that 5th wheel down the road. The secondary battery spot is a great find and is typically used when camper is in the back. If you have been wanting a great truck that runs and drives this car is it. Options on this 1972 C20 Camper special include AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes. Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and a set of Radial tires with Hub Caps covering those steel wheels. This 1972 Chevrolet C20 Camper Special is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. This Chevelle is equipped with a 350 CID V8 crate engine with just about 1,000 miles that provides a broad powerband and provides power at all speeds. Paired to that monster under the hood is the 3 speed automatic transmission that shifts smooth throughout the gears. This one is featured in a classic Malibu Blue paint that matches very well against Black vinyl interior and makes for one stunning automobile. The amount of craftsmanship put into this car is unparalleled and the beauty of the car really makes it stand out amongst the crowd. Up for sale in our Detroit showroom is this highly collectable 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS. The El Camino concept was created in 1959 in response to the popular Ford Ranchero and had a successful but brief 2 year run returning as the second generation model in 1964. This third generation El Camino SS is equipped with a numbers matching 454cid engine that you can catch a glimpse of when the cowl induction hood allows more air flow into the engine bay. Backing up this big block is a 400 Turbo transmission delivering power to a highway friendly 3.23 rear end gear ratio. It is becoming more unusual to see El Caminos on the road than ever before and they are prized by collectors for not only the great look but functionality of having a full pickup bed and the driving habits of a car. This example is one of the nicest you are sure to come across and features a very high quality paint job finished in Mulsanne Blue Metallic with Black SS stripes on the hood. The factory rally wheels have been treated during the rotisserie restoration and look absolutely stunning. On the inside you will notice an original interior with the addition of a modern stereo to bring this El Camino into the future. The black vinyl buckets look great in contrast to the Mulsanne Blue. Options on this El Camino include power steering, power brakes, AM/FM CD stereo, SS Steering wheel, horseshoe shifter and Air Conditioning. Engine: 327 V8Transmission: 4-Speed ManualMileage: 73,010 ( undocumented )
For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1957 Chevrolet 210 Hardtop. This sweet little 210 is powered by a 327 small block Chevy and backed by a manual 4-speed transmission. Power is sent to a stock '57 rear end housing a set of 3.36:1 rear gears allowing for fun around town yet still very highway worthy. The paint is base coat clear coat Quasar Blue Metallic, is roughly 2-3 years old, is still looking great and right at home on this '57 210. Inside you'll find a stock appearing interior with correct 210 seats. Most restorations seem to lean towards Bel Air interiors regardless if they’re Bel Airs or not. The 210 looks just as good and is in an Ivory and Charcoal color scheme that goes quite well with the Quasar Blue Metallic. Miles are showing 73,010 and are believed to be original. Modern upgrades include an aluminum radiator to help dissipate heat and keep the engine running cool. Adding to the aluminum radiator is an electric cooling fan. These electric fans are very good to have during any summer parade or stuck in traffic where the clutch fan isn't spinning fast enough to keep things cool. Brakes are original style drums and are brand new. An Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold helps breath cool air into the heads and an Edelbrock carburetor supplies the fuel. Edelbrock has sure made a name for themselves over the years and this easy to use carburetor solidifies their great reputation. Other notable restoration items include a new windshield, new side glass and rubber gaskets for the doors, windshield and trunk. 1957 Chevy's are as American as Apple Pie and probably one of the most recognizable cars ever built. This one has the looks and that great V8 rumble. Don’t miss out on this classic ’57! For more information on this 1957 Chevrolet 210 Hardtop, call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000.
