1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS

1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS

Engine: 396 CID V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 112 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This Camaro SS is truly a special car. It is powered by its original and freshly rebuilt 396CID V8 big block featuring the legendary “272” 4-bolt main engine block with forged crankshaft, dimple rods, hi-dome pistons, and GM camshaft. This incredible powerhouse is backed by its original and super smooth shifting Muncie M-20 4-speed manual transmission and its original 12-bolt posi-traction rear-end with 3:73 rear differential. That’s right, this Camaro is numbers matching all the way thru! This Camaro is a very rare find and has barely been broken in with only just over 100 miles on its nut and bolt restoration! The car comes in an eye catching and vibrant rallye green with appropriate and original white pin striping. The car has aggressive and classic 5-spoke Rally rims which are iconic on any older muscle car. The interior of the car seems as if it has been untouched by the hands of time. The vinyl and carpet are incredibly clean, and the rest of the interior matches the same cleanliness. This X-22 coded car was fully restored in February 2017 and was treated to a full rotisserie, frame-off restoration. The previous owner had the car inspected and verified by a Chevrolet Big Block appraiser/inspector that the stampings were original to the block and the front pad broach markings verified that it is original to the car. This car is much more than just a muscle car, it is a work of art and timeless American automotive history. Other options on this stunning 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for sale include: AM radio, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, vinyl interior, and bias ply tires. 1966 Chevrolet Corvette

1966 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: LS3 6.2L V8
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual
Mileage: 1,390 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this stunning 1966 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. Between the modern powertrain and the classic styling, this car is definitely a show stopper. Under the "Stinger" hood of this beast is a Chevrolet LS3 that would have been found in a more modern C5 Vette. Upon starting the engine, everyone around can hear the deep, burbly sounds of the side pipes. This swap not only provides much more power and drivability to the car, but it also makes servicing much easier considering that all of the parts needed for the engine are still mass produced by companies for GM. As for the engine itself, it runs very strong and brings as much power to the car as a big block would have back in the day (hence the big block hood). Sending that modern power to the rear end is a five speed manual transmission that shifts firmly through the gears with an extremely short shifter throw. This car having a modern powertrain, of course it has disc brakes all around that provide a good initial bite along with firm stopping power thanks to a wilwood master cylinder. Moving outward, the exterior of the car is finished in a traditional light blue metalic that looks very nice and correct for the era of car. Finishing the stinger hood is a white stripe. Overall the paint is in very good condition and shows well. Supporting each corner of this beauty are chrome alloy wheels wrapped in low profile performance tires with good life left in them likely sourced from a C5. The white soft top is also in very good condition and moves freely as it should. Upon entering the cabin, the driver will be greeted by a light blue interior to match the exterior. Overall, the interior is in very good condition and accents the excellent work performed on the powertrain and suspension. The vinyl seats provide plenty of comfort while still maintaining decent support for cornering. In the summer months, the driver will appreciate the convertible soft top that lets in plenty of sunshine and fresh air.
