Our Detroit showroom is proud to offer this one-of-a-kind 1972 Plymouth Duster 340. This Duster was restored in the early 90’s using ALL NEW OLD STOCK PARTS. To include, the hood, both fenders, both doors, both bumpers, deck lid, tail panel, both quarter panels, complete exhaust system, radiator, all brake components and many more parts were all replaced using very hard to find NOS parts. The Duster is dressed in FE5 Rallye Red with a black vinyl top and black vinyl interior that feels just right. The engine block, transmission and all body numbers match. The original engine block was professionally rebuilt and balanced and has 1968 340 “x” heads with stainless steel valves. The cam is a Direct Connection “purple shaft” cam and it also comes equipped with Direct Connection race distributor with mechanical tach drive. Resting on top you’ll notice the Edelbrock “Six Pack” intake with Holley Carburetors that dress the engine bay quite nicely. Power is spun thru a 8 ¾ Sure Grip differential with a 3:23.1 gear. With roughly 5,000 miles on this restoration, this Mopar is one you can drive and enjoy as well as take to some local shows and earn a few trophies. This Duster is not your average molested Duster, this is the one worth collecting. Very low miles since it was done, around 3000 miles. This Scamp was originally purchased in Denver by a Chrysler employee, the 2nd owner purchased the car in 1996 and began the transformation. 1971 Plymouth Barracuda

1971 Plymouth Barracuda

Engine: 572 CID HEMI V8
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual
Mileage: 1,022 ( since rebuilt )

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this one-of-a-kind Hemi Orange 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda. Fresh out of a 3-year restoration, with parts accumulated as far back as the beginnings of its owner's planning stages 8 years ago, this car is a complete nut-and-bolt build. Under the hood is one beastly Elephant. Starting with a fresh Indy Cylinder Head-built 770HP 572 CID Hemi, built from a World Iron Hemi block with 4.5 x 4.5 bore and stroke, stuffed with top-of-the line Diamond 10.75:1 pistons atop forged Eagle 7.1/2.2 H-Beam rods, connected to a Forged Eagle crankshaft, and topped with a set of 426-S/R Aluminum Hemi Heads sporting 2.25 intake and 1.94 exhaust valves, this thing will wrinkle pavement. Chrome Moly retainers with 7-degree locks keep the valvetrain in check under the MP Roller Rocker Arms (1.57 and 1.52 intake-exhaust ratios, respectively). A Comp Cams .574/.551 cam with 242/248 duration and a 110-degree lobe center provides tons of torque through the powerband, and a very healthy lope. Indy Cylinder Head cast valve covers with custom "572" engraving fitted with Keith Black breathers, and a Mopar Performance dual-plane single 4bbl intake with an 850 CFM Mighty Demon Carb with mechanical secondaries sit atop the massive mill, while a Milodon 30930 8-quart deep sump oil pan complete with windage tray keeps the vital Brad Penn oil ready to flow foam-free throughout the crankcase. An MSD Pro Billet distributor and MSD coil send MSD 6AL-boosted spark to each cylinder through ICH Fire Core plug wires, ensuring complete and massive fuel ignition. A custom heavy duty hydraulic clutch grabs the billet steel flywheel, which is housed in a titanium bellhousing mated to a specially-built Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission, sending the twist out back via a special HD Dom steel driveshaft to the Strange Engineering-built Dana 60 rear end with 3.54:1 gears and limited slip differential. An LPW Racing aluminum differential cover (rear-end girdle) keeps things where they should be in the third member and helps maximize gear life and performance. Slip inside into the pilot seat, and you'll feel like you were back in 1971, only better! An all new interior, complete with new door panels, carpet, etc.; along with new leather seating all around (done by Legendary Leather), fills your nostrils with the scent of fine hides and "new car"...until you fire it up...but, we'll get to that part in a minute...Gaze at the new dash, filled with NOS gauges behind the vintage 'Cuda steering wheel on the adjustable steering column, and you'll note that this baby has only a tick over 1000 miles on it. Let your right hand slip down to the pistol grip shift knob atop the Hurst Competition Plus short-throw shifter, and you'll be itchin' to fire it up, with your anticipation going into overdrive about hearing this beast come to life. Go ahead, twist the key in the ignition, and IT'S ALIVE! The mighty Elephant roars to life, and quickly settles to a lopey burble. You'll practically feel the spent fossils exiting the exhaust ports into the custom TTI Ceramic-coated headers (coated both internally and externally), as the gigantic 2 1/8" primaries suck the gases from the engine into the full 3" stainless dual exhaust system, exiting from the "through the valance" exhaust tips out back. While you're anticipating the carnage you're going to wreak on the massive 295/50R15 BFG Radial TA tires (on new vintage 15"x10" 'Cuda wheels) out back, tune in your favorite station on the 'Cuda radio (a new Antique Auto Radio head unit), switch on the GEN IV Vintage A/C to max cool (because YOU are now "Max Cool" in this gnarly ride), depress the clutch and slip it into first of the five gears you're getting ready to grab, and BOOM - you're off! As you hit the asphalt, you'll feel how well the car handles, with its special rate springs and QA1 shocks at each corner. Adding to the improved driving feel from the shocks and springs, are the tubular control arms with all new bushings, sway bars, upper and lower ball joints, tie rods, pitman arm, and new steering gear box (by Firm Feel), all contributing to making this car drive with a smooth and tight feel. If you launch hard, you'll feel how well the fully-welded subframes and Caltracs traction bars keep the power down and the body straight. If you decide to explore the velocity limits of this mighty Hemi Orange 'Cuda, you'll be glad to know you have a full Wilwood 4-wheel disc brake system, complete with Hydra-boost, to haul you down quickly and fade-free. While the Vintage A/C keeps you cool, the massive HD Racing aluminum radiator and twin electric fans do their part to help the HD aluminum water pump moving cooler coolant through the mighty 572, making for a trouble-free drive. Its black-powder-coated serpentine pulley system keeps things tidy in the engine bay and provides greater precision in belt alignment and more uniform operation of pulley-driven accessories. Options on this '71 Hemi 'Cuda for sale include: AM/FM Stereo Radio, Air Conditioning, Custom Leather Interior, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel. 1970 Plymouth Duster

1970 Plymouth Duster

Engine: 340 Four Barrel V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 30,380 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars Ft. Lauderdale showroom is proud to offer this one of one 1970 Moulin Rouge and Black Plymouth Duster. This Duster is the only one known to exist with this color combo. The Duster coupe provided the compact sized Plymouth Valiant with a sporty body style. The Valiant badge only appeared on the first model year Dusters. Built on the Valiant platform, they shared the same front end, but had a different design from the cowl back. Designed to compete with The Ford Maverick, the AMC Hornet, Nova, and oddly enough the VW Beetle. This beautifully restored 1970 Duster is a matching numbers masterpiece. And was featured in Mopar Magazines April 2005 edition. With all the factory markings reapplied to the finished restoration. Every grease pencil mark and paint splotch went back where the factory placed them. At the 2004 All Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle, this 1970 Duster occupied a place of honor in the invitational building along with other illustrious factory show cars. The Black vinyl interior looks as good as new and feels just as comfortable. One very rarely finds a muscle era Mopar with a contrasting color painted roof. Powered by the original 340 V8, mated to a four speed with the shifter placed before a black bench seat. A 3.55 Sure Grip rear end makes it easy to light up the F70-14 Polyglas tires on the 14” Ralleys. This one of a kind 1970 Plymouth Duster is an absolute blast to drive and will most likely get more attention that any vehicle it pulls up next to. Options on this magnificent 1970 Plymouth Duster include AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Rally Wheels. This 1970 Plymouth Duster is located in our FT. Lauderdale Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including a High Def video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1970 Plymouth Cuda Tribute

1970 Plymouth Cuda Tribute

Engine: 426 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 100,283 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer this heavy hitter, a 1970 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda tribute located at our showroom in West Deptford, NJ! Shedding its Valiant roots, the Plymouth Barracuda entered the scene with a brand-new look in 1970. Featuring a radical restyling on the new E-Body platform, this car was ready to do battle against GM and Ford pony car contenders in performance and style. The challenging task of fitting Chrysler’s 426 Hemi engine into the previous A-Body Barracudas was one of the main reasons a redesign of the car was necessary. The Hemi fit like a glove in the new E-Body thanks to the larger cowl structure and all was set to rock the muscle car world. This incredible Hemi ‘Cuda tribute continues the legend from the powerplant to the paint! Nothing was left untouched during the extensive restoration by Clark Classic Restorations in Greenville, NC. While it started life as a 318 Barracuda, this car underwent an unparalleled transformation into the performance machine you see now. Utilizing original sheet metal, the body was mounted on a rotisserie where the real work began. A gorgeous coat of Lemon Twist Yellow paint was applied along with the sporty hockey-stripe bodyside stripes that accentuate the performance aspect of the Plymouth ‘Cuda. The heart and soul of the car, the fully-built 426 CID V8 Hemi crate engine rumbles with authority through Mandrel® bent exhaust and ceramic long tube headers. Linked to the powerplant is a Mancini Racing® 727 automatic transmission that shifts beautifully thanks to an iconic pistol grip slap-stik shifter. Press on the gas to feel that familiar launch found only with a Big Block Mopar! That’s a Mancini Racing® Dana 60 9 ¾ rear with 3.54 gears! Additional performance features include Heavy Duty Dutchman® 35 spline Axle, light weight driveshaft and 1350 Spicer® U joints, Heidts® Front End, Hemi K Member, Correct Hemi Leaf Springs, Powermaster® Starter and Alternator, Adjustable Koni® shocks, Track Style Front and Rear Brake Linings, Power Front Disc Brakes with slotted drilled rotors and so much more! Stroll to the inside of this gorgeous ride to reveal a crisp white leather interior that looks just as it did when it left the factory thanks to Legendary Auto Interiors®. Take a seat in the comfortable buckets and blast that AM/FM Radio with 8 Track and MP3 input rebuilt by Ward’s Classic Radio Repair®! Cruise with the matching white automatic convertible top down on those sunny days and relax knowing you are driving the coolest car of them all! Wrap your hands around the custom wood steering wheel and take note of the clean gauges including a fully-functioning clock. From the unique slotted courtesy lights to the seat belts redone by Ssnake-Oyl® of Texas, the interior on this ‘Cuda is off the hook! Simply stated, this ‘Cuda is awesomeness in physical form. Just look at that Shaker Hood, a standard option with those who checked off the Hemi box when they sat with their Chrysler-Plymouth Dealer. This hood did more than just shake when the Hemi unleashed its fury, it allowed cooler, denser air to enter those twin carbs! The pièce de résistance is the set of 15x8 rallye wheels that convey the message that this car means business. The 1970 Hemi ‘Cuda produced some of the most frightening quarter-mile times ever back in the day and it remains one of the most revered muscle cars ever made. Here’s your chance to own one! This build was highly documented and was done right as anyone can see. With only 284 miles on the build, this car is ready to run! Give us a call today to make this beauty yours! To view this 1970 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda Tribute in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. 1970 Plymouth Cuda

1970 Plymouth Cuda

Engine: 440 CID V8 Six Pack
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 14,950 ( actual )

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1970 Plymouth ‘Cuda 440 6 pack and by 6 pack I don’t mean Budlight®. This 70 ‘Cuda for sale has everything going for it, it is a numbers matching car, it is the right color, has a 440 CID V8 and a 4 speed manual transmission which is controlled by a Hurst® pistol grip shifter, it has just under gone a rotisserie restoration and it has less than 15,000 miles on it total only about 300 since complete rebuild. Ok that is the summation, now let’s get to the specifics. Covered in Hemi Orange this 1970 Barracuda for sale looks better than it did sitting on the lot before the first car salesman had a chance to dust off the tires. Looking through the open door and the high-backed bucket seat and Hurst® pistol grip shifter are a dead giveaway to the power lurking under the hood. Once you open the hood the secret is out for anyone who glances as the oval air cleaner is indicative of the 3 two-barrel Holley® carburetors that can’t hide underneath as it is clearly labeled 440 SIX PK. Backing all this muscle is a Dana® 60 rear axle that is more than up to the task of planting all this potential power to the pavement. This ’70 Cuda for sale was purchased by the current owner with less than 15,000 original miles on it. If I had been the original buyer, I would have put that many miles on it on the way home and most if not all of those miles would have been in front of Mustangs and Camaros! If you are looking for a car that will bring the “oooh’s “and “AAAAAhhh’s” at your local car shows, is fun to drive and almost certainly be worth more in 5 years than it is today then stop looking and start dialing. Options for this 1970 Cuda SIX pack for sale include: AM radio, Seat belts, Vinyl interior, Posi traction, Rally rims and Bias ply tires.
