HIGH VALUE VEHICLES

1968 Dodge Charger R T

1968 Dodge Charger R T

Engine: 528 Hemi
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 29410 ( undocumented )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1968 Dodge Charger R/T. This beautiful Charger started life out as a 440 4-speed car and is still equipped with the original 4-speed and Dana rear end. Power comes from a fire breathing Ray Barton 528 Hemi crate engine producing 650 horsepower! The Hemi is equipped with aluminum heads and intake with a single four-barrel carburetor feeding fuel. The engine is also fitted with a March Serpentine belt system and a 3-inch TTI exhaust system. This giant Hemi sits a little taller than the old 440. To clear the hood, some serious custom work was performed to the original steel hood. There are around 130-man hours in the hood alone! The builder started with a stock steel hood, relocated the recessed areas further out for the Duster scoop to fit between them. What a magnificent job! If you've ever restored a black car, you know how much time and patience it takes to get it right. The underside is also painted in a high gloss black and looks just as good as the top side. 17-inch Boyd Coddington aluminum wheels finish off the look. An adjustable coil over suspension and Alterkation K frame with rack and pinion steering give this Charger the perfect stance. Slowing down this 650-horsepower beast is a set of Wilwood disc brakes on all four corners. Power is transferred from the original 4-speed and back to the original Dana 60 rear housing 3.54:1 rear gears. The interior has a very stock appearance to it; however, it was also fully restored like the rest of the car including all the gauges, seats, carpet and headliner. There is also controls for a new Classic Auto A/C unit. The build was a total rotisserie and was completed in 2011. Since its completion, the car has been shown nationally and received a 1st place at the Mopar Nationals in 2011 with a score of 995 of 1000 points, 2012 Gold Muscle Car Nationals with a 997 out of 1000, 2013 Magnificent 7 Winner, 2013 Gold at the Muscle Car Nationals in Chicago, 2013 1st at the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville, KY, 2013 Best of Show at Mopar Happening in Belvedere, IL, 2014 Gold at Muscle Car Nationals in Chicago, 2015 1st place at World of Wheels Chicago. The build has certainly proven itself with the mentioned awards. There are 300 miles since the completion. The proud new owner will receive a detailed photo album of the restoration and the original Broadcast Sheet proving this is an original R/T 440 4-speed car. 1969 Chevrolet Camaro

1969 Chevrolet Camaro

Engine: 6.2L LS3 V8
Transmission: 7-Speed Seq
Mileage: 499 ( undocumented )

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this beastly 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible PRO-MOD! Beastly for this car is NO UNDERSTATEMENT as looking through the photos and watching the video, will show exactly why. If you’re not a fan of photos, and video simply continue reading. This “body-off” pro-mod is powered by a Kenne Bell supercharged Turn Key LS3 said to put out over 1,000HP. The heads are Dart PR01’s and makes this car a true monster for the road. This car flies through the powerband with the Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. The power is put to the ground through the 12-bolt Detroit Speed rear end. With this much power the key is to keep it cool, so the car is fitted with a Be Cool dual core radiator. This car gets plenty of traction through the massive rear tires that are Michelin Pilot Sport 335/30 ZR20 which some tubbing mods had to be made for a nice fit. The front tires are also Michelin Pilot Sport but sized at 255/35 ZR19. The COR Forged wheels look great on this beauty and are on great condition. The drilled and slotted disk brakes are fitted with a nice set of yellow accented BAER 6P calipers and provides more than enough stopping power. The brakes get their stopping power from the very nice HydraTech brake booster. If the overall appearance simply isn’t enough to turn someone’s head, the Hooker headers attached to the Magna-Flow dual exhaust system is surely going to make people start rubber-necking. The car also features adjustable coil-over shocks to provide a smooth ride, not that it matters when your ripping through the powerband. The exterior of the car is a clean black and is in good condition. All the body lines on this car are almost perfectly straight and shows how well this car was restored and how much attention to detail was applied. If you’re a fan of American Muscle this car is worth seeing in person. Moving inward would will see a fully custom interior. The custom stitched dash and door panels are in great condition and match the Recaro seats very well. The car features a very comfortable MOMO steering wheel, along with a set of Carbon Fiber Ultra-Lite gauges to make you aware of everything going on. This car is absolutely a beauty both inside and out and needs a new owner to let it scream down the pavement again. 1970 Volkswagen Beetle

1970 Volkswagen Beetle

Engine: 1835 CC
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 11525 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to offer a super cool 1970 Volkswagen Beetle. This little Beetle has come a long way since rolling off the assembly line in 1970. Gone is the original flat four which would’ve had something in the neighborhood of 57 horsepower. In it’s place is a freshly built Willy’s Racing Engines Dual Port 1,825cc. This screaming air cooler has twin34 Weber carbs, as well as a custom exhaust which allows it to really breathe. The result is about 200 horsepower and one of the fastest Beetles around. The car will attract a crowd everywhere it goes. It wears bright lime green and black two tone paint, and sports a unique roof “snorkel” which scoops air into the oil cooler. The transmission has been upgraded to a “Freeway Flyer” 4 speed and even the interior has been fully updated. As if it needed another way to gather attention, it’s party trick is the tilt forward fiberglass front end. What a great way to get into the classic car hobby. This Beetle could be the star of your next cruise night, and for a fraction of the price of a restored muscle car. The really fun part is, with the light weight, and the increased horsepower, you might even surprise a few muscle cars off the line! You can see this sweet little ’70 Beet in our Chicago showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 708-444-4488 or chicago@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

1964 Volkswagen Beetle

1964 Volkswagen Beetle

Engine: 4 Cylinder OHV
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 7758 ( undocumented )

Thank you for your interest in this sharp looking 1964 Volkswagen Beetle located at our Tampa location. This imported baby blue Beetle has been restored and is ready to tackle the streets. This might be the most stylish Beetle that Gateway Classic Cars has ever had the honor of listing for sale. The 1600cc engine and 4 speed manual transmission combination has been used for many years in the Beetles and there is a reason why, this car is still to this day running and driving strong. This car was imported from Spain about 2 years ago and has been repainted to a unique baby blue that turns heads everywhere it goes. Although the paint was freshly done, all the panels are still original. The real style comes from the chrome wheels and lowered suspension. The interior is wrapped in beige cloth that flows with the exterior paint for the overall desired look. This Beetle does have many features that include A/C, AM/FM radio, seat belts, and cloth interior. 1964 models could be identified by a widened light housing on the engine lid over the rear license plate, however the standard model continued to use the old teardrop style to the end of the 1965 model run. The VW Beetle has been very successful from the beginning of its existence. Perfect for any collection, this little blue Beetle is sure to sell fast. This 1964 VW Beetle is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1955 Volkswagen Beetle

1955 Volkswagen Beetle

Engine: 4 Cylinder OHV
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 6991 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1955 Volkswagen Beetle. Volkswagen Beetle’s are one of the most recognized cars in the world, and this 1955 VW Beetle will be recognized more than most. When purchasing a classic car, it always helps when the vehicle has had a long-term owner. History is everything when it comes to dealing with these cars. This “Bug” was a one owner vehicle for 30 years, which means it comes with extensive knowledge. In 2014, it was fully restored with the original body being placed on a 1975 pan. The car shows no rust, which Volkswagens were notorious for. Along with the new restoration, Teal paint was applied. Inside you’ll find newer grey cloth interior accented by green LED interior lights. This isn’t your typical ‘55 VW Beetle “Oval.” Roll the windows down, crank up the sound system, and you can be the life of the party. The system omits a booming 600 watts that will make the average “Shore Blvd” seem like the happening spot. If it gets too hot, turn on the frigid A/C and cool off. When it comes to customizing a vehicle, stance places a big role. What type of persona do you want the car to present? Judging by the stance put forth by the IRS suspension, this car oozes coolness. This car will not only be a local legend, it already has appeared in several magazine articles. With only 20,000 miles since being restored 5 years ago, there is a long life ahead of this car. You can jump on the highway and take a cross country trip in this car, especially with the highway gears it has in it which came out of a Super Beetle. Don’t worry about stopping either. This 55 Beetle is sporting disc brakes all the way around. Options include A/C, AM/FM CD Radio, Power Windows, Seat Belts, 17’’ Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Spare Tire. This 1955 Volkswagen Beetle is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information, please call our knowledgeable staff at (813)645-6200 or email us at Tampa@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Tampa Showroom, located at 351 30th Street NE, Ruskin, FL 33570. Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
