For sale in our Dallas Showroom is a wild 1923 Ford “Cobra Jet” T-Bucket. This T-Bucket was built with a 1970 Cleveland Cobra Jet engine! Everything has been rebuilt on this Cobra Jet, the build specs are as follows; balanced and coated, 10 to 10 crank, 8 to 1 compression, completely rebuilt heads with comp roller rockers, stainless steel valves and seats port and polished, heavy duty comp springs, push rod guide plates, Edelbrock air gap manifold, Edelbrock polished 650 carburetor, MSD high performance distributor and coil, Lunati hydraulic cam and is all backed up by a C-6 transmission with shift kit. The suspension was completed with a 9 inch Ford limited slip rear end with fab housing, Mustang II front end with coil overs and four wheel Wilwood disc brakes. The Cobra Jet was carried in to the custom leather interior and you are rolling in style with your Cragar custom wheels mounted on Mickey Thompson tires.

This 1923 Ford T-Bucket is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The T bucket was made out of necessity with the supply of Model T’s dwindling hot rodders had to do something. In 1957 their call was answered by Diablo Speed shop in Northern California. With only 3 built before closing the doors one was purchased by hotrod builder Buzz Pitzen. He completed the build and credited for the first fiberglass T bucket. This example has that classic look while the attention detail really sitting this build apart. The red paint is vibrant and slick with no pinstriping it can be left alone or used an open canvas, so your guy can do his thing. The frame was painted in the same red making the transition from the 2 almost seamless. The classic chromed front end came from speedway one of the most well-known brands in the business. The engine is a small block 350 with the tunnel ram which has a set of dual quads feeding this monster the fuel it needs. The B&M TH350 transmission easily handles the power from that small block shifting through the gears with no hesitation. Power is put to the ground courtesy of a Ford 9 inch turning those monster 33x22 tires that have been mounted on a 15” wheel giving it that true Hotrod look. The 4 link helps to keep the back wheels on the ground while giving this 23 T bucket a rather plush ride. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando of Orlando Florida is proud to present this classic Rat Rod. Mickey Rat is not like any other T-Bucket out there. This car was built and designed by Detroit Speedcraft and is a completely engineered vehicle system that performs (ride, drive, steering, braking, etc.) very similar to a regular car! This vehicle was hand-made using almost ALL new parts, (with the exception of the rebuilt 700R4 transmission, Rebuilt Chevy 10-bolt, S-10 4x4 Rear End and the 40' Ford front axle beam), and is tig (heli-arc) welded. Not many in the industry does that for any car, but Detroit Speedcraft. This particular car, the Fat Rat, was engineered for MAXIMUM interior space and handling. The chassis is a bit longer than a standard Detroit Speedcraft kit and the body is MUCH Larger! It is stretched 10 inches longer than a Henry Ford T, (49" vs 59"), and 5 1/2 inches wider (42" vs 47 1/2"). There is a "speed blister" on the driver's side AND the passenger side for MAXIMUM foot space and comfort. In this T-Bucket, you sit IN the car, not on top of the car and the steering column comes out of the firewall at a proper angle, so the car feels comfortable and natural to drive. The seats? Not boards and foam, but rather, 2010 Camaro buckets that were custom fabricated by Wise Guy's Seating out of Indianapolis, IN. They were stripped, narrowed 6 inches, re-padded and re-stitched in gray leather. And they are COMFORTABLE! The power train was a new GM crate motor that Detroit Speedcraft massaged with and Edelbrock Air-Gap manifold, a Holley carb and a Comp Cams Mid Thumper cam. The engine has a nice "lope" to it. It is a Chevrolet 700R4 with a reversed, manual valve body. It is like having a stick shift, without having a clutch. A roll bar was also added for additional safety. The car is in EXCELLENT condition! It also "rolls through" Bob Seger's music video for the song "Detroit Made"! This T-Bucket is powered by an exciting 327 CID V8 that came from a ’66 Chevy. This strong running engine is paired to a 350 Turbo transmission with a B&M shift kit that makes for a great cruiser. As the power is being transmitted through to the rear wheels it is linked up to a ’68 Nova rear end with a set of 3.08 gears. This T-bucket is said to have only 3 owners and was built back in the mid 80’s being well taken care of through the years. The rear shocks, and headers were recently replaced to keep this car riding and sounding great. The car comes with plenty of stopping power with the Willwood disk brakes as well. The exterior is a beautiful Navajo white that really sets it apart from the others. The engine has been coated to match the body. The car also features some custom pin striping and wood trim to make it worthy of a local car show. Moving to the interior you will find it is very classical in appearance with a green and brown combo. These are wrapped around some chrome 16 inch wheels. Also chrome, this T Bucket has headers on both sides leading to side pipes. This T Bucket is boasting a powerful 383 Stroker motor mated to a semi-automatic 3-speed racing transmission. Both of these components came from a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro racecar. The engine was rebuilt just 175 miles ago! This is backed by a 10 bolt rear end. There are some new parts on this T Bucket including brake calipers, the entire interior, a rebuilt gear box, and a battery that is less than a year old. This T Bucket has power brakes as well! This Bucket has a gorgeous red paint job with a very clean red and black interior. The entire interior of this Ford was just redone. An HEI distributor supplies all the sparking duties while chromed headers that lead into side pipes route the exhaust gases and supply the attitude in the way of decibels. Backing this mighty mouse is the work horse, turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission providing firm shift and years and years of tire shredding fun. We have a beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang here in our Milwaukee showroom. It is coated in a beautiful White paint with blue interior. It features a 289ci V8 with air conditioning, power windows, power locks, Power mirrors etc… This is an awesome car that runs great and looks fantastic! Several changes to the Mustang occurred at the start of the "normal" 1965 model year in August 1964, about four months after its introduction. These cars are known as "late 65's". The engine lineup was changed, with a 200 cu in (3.3 L) "T-code" engine that produced 120 hp (89 kW; 122 PS). Production of the Fairlane's "F-code" 260 cu in (4.3 L) engine ceased when the 1964 model year ended. It was replaced with a new 200 hp (150 kW) "C-code" 289 cu in (4.7 L) engine with a two-barrel carburetor as the base V8. An "A-code" 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) four-barrel carbureted version was next in line, followed by the unchanged "Hi-Po" "K-code" 271 hp (202 kW; 275 PS) 289. The DC electrical generator was replaced by a new AC alternator on all Fords (a way to distinguish a 1964 from a 1965 is to see if the alternator light on the dash says "GEN" or "ALT"). The Mustang GT version was introduced as the "GT Equipment Package" and included a V8 engine (most often the 225 hp (168 kW; 228 PS) 289), grille-mounted fog lamps, rocker panel stripes, and disc brakes. In the interior the GT option added a different instrument panel that included a speedometer, fuel gauge, temp. gauge, oil pressure gauge and ammeter in five round dials (the gauges were not marked with numbers, however.) A four-barrel carbureted engine was now available with any body style. Additionally, reverse lights were an option added to the car from August 1964 production. The Mustang was originally available as either a hardtop or convertible, but during the car's early design phases a fastback model was strongly considered. In 1965, the Shelby Mustang was born, it was available only in newly introduced fastback body version with its swept-back rear glass and distinctive ventilation louvers. The standard interior features of the 1965 Mustang included adjustable driver and passenger bucket seats, an AM radio, and a floor mounted shifter in a variety of color options. Ford added additional interior options during the 1965 model year. The Interior Decor Group was popularly known as "Pony Interior" due to the addition of embossed running ponies on the seat fronts, and also included integral armrests, woodgrain appliqué accents, and a round gauge cluster that would replace the standard Falcon instrumentation. Also available were sun visors, a (mechanical) remote-operated mirror, a floor console, and a bench seat. Ford later offered an under-dash air-conditioning unit, and discontinued the vinyl with cloth insert seat option, offered only in early 1965 models. One option designed strictly for fun was the Rally-Pac. Introduced in 1963 after Ford's success at that year's Monte Carlo Rally and available on other Ford and Mercury compacts and intermediates, the Rally-Pac was a combination clock and tachometer mounted to the steering column. It was available as a factory ordered item for US$69.30. Installed by a dealer, the Rally-Pac cost US$75.95.A 14" rim option was available for Rally-pac and GT350R vehicles widening front and rear track to 57.5". Reproductions are presently available from any number of Mustang restoration parts sources. A compass, rear seat belts, A/C, and back-up lights were also optional.
