Now available in our DFW Showroom is this 1972 Ford Mustang. The 1972 Ford Mustangs changed very little from the 1971 models, except the Boss 351 did not return for a second year. Outside of red/white and blue color schemes, the only obvious difference was the Mustang name on the rear was now smaller and on the right side, instead of across the center. This 1972 Mustang began life as a Grande version, but has been converted over time. It is powered by a strong number’s matching 351 Cleveland with an FMX Auto transmission. The engine has been rebuilt, which the owner added a new intake and carburetor at this time. It has only approximately 2,500 miles since the rebuild. Other things updated by the owner include: Petronics electronic ignition installed with a new grab a track front suspension kit and steering kit. Also new is the following: -brake lines, rotors, calipers-on front, drum-lines, headliner, carpet, dash-pads, deluxe door panels, shock absorbers, classic air conditioning system, radiator, belt, hoses, chrome-front and rear bumpers, windshield trim, mustang badges, door weather stripping & trunk seal. With all that being done, this vehicle is ready to hit the road and take someone for an awesome cruise. Will that be you? 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible

1973 Ford Mustang Convertible

Engine: 302 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 91,166 ( undocumented )

This 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 73 Mustang is what many will consider the last year of the original Pony car. With the 67 to 72 cars reaching unheard of prices these 73’s are seeing a huge increase in demand. There longer front ends are beginning to catch on with some people preferring them over the earlier cars. This example has been through only 3 owners in the past 25+ years with each one maintaining the car and even keeping the receipts that have been passed on as well. The paint on the car is probably the first thing that catches your eye with it dark and deep red really pulling you in. The silver accents are a nice touch while the black rear and front chin spoiler are left in their natural flat black finish. The custom Mag wheels are a great addition and give the car a more modern feel. The black convertible top looks good when it is up but looks best tucked away and under the either white or black tonneau cover. Under the hood is the most popular engine to ever be put in a Mustang, the small block 302. This one was rebuilt about 8000 miles ago and still runs out great. The 3 speed manual transmission shifts thru the gears nicely with the clutch having a good feel and actually easier to use than most. The interior has been done in a sleek white vinyl with red accents bringing the outside in. If you have been wanting a fun Pony car that has that great modern look this 73 Mustang is the perfect car. Options on this car include AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Top, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Aluminum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or Email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

Engine: 5.0L SBF V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 450 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this 1970 Ford Mustang coupe for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This immaculate pony car has been customized from top to bottom starting with painting the classic lines a medium silver and accenting it with tastefully applied gloss black stripes. The black leather interior contrasts nicely with the silver/black body. The argent-colored wheels are from a late-model Mustang but they appear right at home on this awesome coupe. The bigger wheels and the lowered stance fill the wheelwells much better than Ford designers ever intended. Under the hood, a fully detailed compartment houses a 302 CID V8 featuring an aluminum intake, Holley carb., and headers into true dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. It sounds just like you'd expect it to! With air conditioning, the cooling system needed beefing up from stock, so a heavy-duty aluminum radiator now handles the task of keeping this '70 Mustang running at the right temperature. 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

Engine: 351 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 9,371 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1. This 1970 Mach 1 for sale in covered in iconic Grabber orange with black rally stripe and looks like it just drove out of the showroom for the first time. With the speed of sound being around 761 miles per hour and this speed being designated Mach1, Ford produced Mustangs with this title to let you know just how fast it was. Sitting between the front shock towers is the small block Ford that a lot of big blocks chased back then. The 351 Windsor and sitting on top of this power plant is an Edlebrock® performer 351-w intake with one of Vic’s own Carburetors. This of course provides plenty of power to blister the poor rear tires on this incredible pony car. Bolted to the back of this Engine is a 4-speed manual transmission giving the driver more control of just how long the rear tires last and of course how much smoke he put in the face of the Challenger behind him. The rear axle housing is Fords finest, a 9 inch that houses a 3.50 gear set. Maybe this should be a Mach2? With all this go, there must be enough whoa to go around so, power disc on every corner provide all you will need. Open the driver’s door and slide in to the control seat, let your left foot get used to the throw on the clutch, while your right finds the limit of the loud pedal. While getting used to the controls, take a look around at the like new high-backed bucket seats, center console, dash, carpet and head liner and try to remember that it is 2018 and not 1971. While sitting behind the wheel just try to not run through the gears and imagine the wild ride you could give this car, heck you would make Ken Block want to watch your you tube video. Heck I’ll watch it, I am a sucker for a fastback Mustang and this one is as good as it gets! Options for this 1970 Mustang Mach 1 for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, Power steering and Brakes, Seat belts Posi Traction and Radial tires. Just in time for the summer cruising season, this yellow drop-top is sure to turn a few heads as you roll past. The Mustang is an American classic, and they have been sought after and revered since their introduction in 1964 ½. The fourth generation Mustangs were built from 1971-1973 model years, with 1973 being the last year of the “pony car” era. In that time the car has benefitted from new floor pans, a new hood, and repaint, as well as interior upgrades and regular engine maintenance. The original carburetor, intake and AM 8-track audio unit, as well as, rear seat interior trim panels are all available as a part of the sale. The factory air conditioning system is currently inoperable and would need properly diagnosed to determine what’s wrong. Power comes from the tried and true 351 C V8, mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. Engine: 302
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 72,284 ( undocumented )

You are looking at a 1970 Ford Mustang that found its way to our Ft Lauderdale showroom and we are thrilled to have the car. This is a great 1970 Mustang convertible. The second owner bought the car 20 years ago and this pony was his pride. He spent around $90000 to restore and maintain his baby. It received a full restoration 15 years ago and still looks great. The original 302ci V8 engine was bored to 331ci and was rebuild by Bill Mitchel Racing with less than 12,000 miles added since. This powerful engine is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission, and with its new suspension by Steeda Autosports, this car drives fantastic. It is equipped with a 9-inch posi rear end and a gear ratio of 3:55. The exterior presents itself in the famous Ford grabber blue paint with the Boss 302 theme decals. A clean black interior is a perfect match. The car has the original body panels and she lines up beautiful. Original born with an F-Code 302ci V8, this isn’t a real Boss but you will be the boss when you drive this muscle car down the road. Be ready to smile because people will take out their phones to take pictures of you in the car. A great sound system is installed but is there better music to listen to than a V8 muscle car symphony? This isn’t just a muscle car, this is also a comfortable classic with many options to drive. All in one the Ford is ready for a new owner who will take good care of her. Let it ride!!! Engine: 351C CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 38,789 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Nashville Tennessee showroom is a loud and proud 1970 Ford Mustang. This 1970 Ford Mustang for sale is all that is American, with the ready to rumble exhaust and long lines that stretch from front to back this car is meant for car shows and cruise ins. Powering this mighty machine is a 351C V8, what is the “C” mean? Well it’s a Cleveland built engine and in the motor world that means more power and a heftier build. Backing this Powerplant is a 4-speed manual transmission.Keep in mind the this is a Numbers Matching car "as stated by the owner" and it will not be going down in value. This will give you the opportunity to drop a gear and show these late model cars what true muscle is! The exterior of this road monster is draped in a Grabber Blue which is notorious with the Ford Mustangs, hence beast mode! You do not see a Ford Focus in Grabber Blue because the Mustang would most likely stop and eat it for lunch if it saw it. The interior of this 1970 Ford Mustang for sale is a soft and plush white Vinyl interior that gives both driver and passenger that same creature comforts. Close your eyes and imagine a stout V8 firing up, with the lope of the cam and the build of the exhaust system giving it that rowdy “ potato potato potato sound that gives the feeling that you are running 100MPH at a standstill…… Sounds amazing to me. 1999 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT

1999 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT

Engine: 4.6L V8 F DOHC 32V
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual with Overdrive
Mileage: 82,163 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this custom painted 1999 Ford Mustang Cobra convertible. This sharp Cobra started its life in Florida and has spent most of its time here out of the cold elements. Code-named "Terminator" by the SVT development crew led by John Coletti, numerous improvements were made to the powertrain and driveline to handle the power increase from the previous model's set-up. A cast-iron block was used, with stronger internals including forged Zolner pistons and Manley H-beam connecting rods that were modified with a wrist pin oiling hole by the SVT engineers. These upgrades were critical in order to support the 8 psi (0.55 bar) of boost delivered from the stock Eaton M-112 roots-type supercharger. Other improvements included the use of a lightweight aluminum flywheel connected to a Tremec T-56 six-speed transmission, 3.55:1 rear axle ratio, and stronger 31-spline halfshafts with revised upper and lower control arms. This white with white ghost flame custom painted Cobra has a clean history report and only about 81k actual miles. The white and tan look at been popular for years and will continue to be a sleek look on any muscle car. Options on this Cobra include; A/C, AM/FM radio, Cd Player, Automatic Convertible top, power seats and windows, power brakes and steering, power locks and mirrors, traction control, leather interior, and so much more. 1963 Ford Fairlane Drag Wagon

1963 Ford Fairlane Drag Wagon

Engine: 427 CID V8 425HP
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 67,561 ( undocumented )

Now available in our DFW-Showroom is this stunning 1963 Ford Fairlane. The Ford Fairlane is an automobile model that was sold between 1955 and 1970 by Ford in North America. The name is derived from Henry Ford's estate, Fair Lane, near Dearborn, Michigan. This 1963 Ford Fairlane wagon has been a drag racer in the Pacific Northwest for many years. We have seen many Thunderbolt clones, but never one based on a wagon, and this one is even better because it has real history. It has a modernized engine, yet the exterior retains older paint and graphics. Fantastic! The car sits right and the staggered steel wheels with long Moroso studs, which cannot be beat. The rear suspension and wide 11.5? Mickeys are nicely tucked underneath and don’t really hint at their increased capability. The red interior offers a nice contrast and doesn’t dig the Sun sweep tachometer on the dash and the roll-bar that extends back into the cargo area. The stock bench and steering wheel look great! The engine is the best part of the car and sets it apart from the small blocks we typically seen in wannabe T-bolts and Fairlane drivers. It combines a 390 block with a 428 SCJ crank to displace 423 cubic inches. It apparently wears twin 600 CFM carbs under a proper looking airbox and T-bolt headlight duct system. The transmission is a built C6. If you’re ready to stand out in a crowd or simply haul “butt” away from them, this is the vehicle for you! To view this in 1963 Ford Fairlane, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

1965 Ford Mustang

1965 Ford Mustang

Engine: 302 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 2,694 ( since rebuilt )

With just under 2,700 miles on a fresh rebuild this tastefully modified 1965 Mustang is ready to hit the road and cruise! Setting this Mustang apart from rest of the crowd is a custom Shelby style front end and hood, American Racing Torque Thrust wheels, and lowered stance that really set off the performance feel. Giving it the lowered stance and helping it to out corner its stock counterpart is a set of TCP adjustable coil overs upfront and newer lower leaf springs in the rear. Also helping it to corner is the Flaming River power rack and pinion cradle that was a huge improvement from the factory equipment. The remanufactured 302 cubic inch V8 sitting under the hood has been tuned up to give it that extra power it needed. Modifications include the Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and 4-barrell carburetor, a mild cam giving it a healthy choppy idle, and a set of Hedman long-tube headers flowing through a full Flowmaster exhaust system. Backing up that small block Ford engine is a built up C4 automatic transmission that shifts crisply between gears. Helping to add to the reliability of this Mustang, it was completely rewired using an American Autowire Mustang harness and an aluminum radiator was installed along with an electric fan to keep it cool. This Mustang has been well sorted out and has a great deal of classy touches throughout. If you are looking for a turn key classic Mustang that can be shown and still driven without worry this is an excellent choice! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1965 Ford Mustang in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com.
