Now for sale in our showroom in Houston is this sweet 1964 Chevy Impala. This model needs no introduction and is one of the most recognizable cars in the classic car world. It also happens to be Gateway’s best-selling car. The Impala has been making memories with people since 1958, although it has gone through several generations over the years the car has made it’s claim as the most iconic street car for the modern man or woman.

This 64 is shown in its Ermine white paint color that shows very well and looks great even from a foot away. The paint quality is of a high grade and was well done. It is a slightly older restoration but has been very well kept since its frame off restoration. It was professionally repainted at Mikes Restoration, after it was brought down to bare metal. The body is straight & true with no dings, dents, or scratches to be seen. The body panel gaps are even and the doors open & close with ease as they should. The bumpers, exterior trim, emblems, lights, & glass are also in excellent condition. The car sits on some original looking wheels that have the chrome SS impala hub caps that show well. They are wrapped in skinny white wall American Classic tires that have plenty of life left in them. The owner does have the fender skirts as well that go with the car.

Looking into the interior you will see the highly sought after red leather interior which matches perfectly against the white exterior. The interior is beautiful and is in show quality condition. You won’t find anything to replace as it still looks like no one has even sat in the car. Two bucket seats up front with a large bench seat in the rear keeps the cabin roomie but lots of seating. Dash & center console show very well and all options work as they should.

Powering this sweet 64 down the road is it’s original 327 CiD V8 rated at 300HP purrs like a kitten and sounds great through the custom dual SS exhaust. The motor is paired to a 2-speed power glide automatic transmission and both the engine & trans have been rebuilt with less than 700 miles on them. The car runs very well and looks great too. It is completely rust free and is ready for its new owner.

1965 Chevrolet Impala SS

1965 Chevrolet Impala SS

Engine: 409 CID V8 400 HP
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 37,051 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer one of the rarest muscle cars we've ever had in our inventory - a 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS 409 convertible for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This beautiful red Super Sport has a white top and interior, so you just can't get a prettier car in this body style. The 409 engine is a 400 HP version built in Ontario, and it's fully documented by GM of Canada. How's this for rare? A mere 742 400 HP cars (both hardtops and convertibles) as opposed to 2,828 340 HP models were sold between the US and Canada. Of those 742 cars, only 25 were the high horsepower version built in Ontario. This drop top Impala has a tinted windshield, front retractable seat belts, padded dash, electric wipers, 409/400 engine, wide ratio manual 4 spd transmission, an AM radio (now has a correct factory AM-FM in its place), and 8.25 X 14 tires. The owner has had this beautiful Super Sport since 1991, and he's completely disassembled the car and restored it as correctly as possible. The engine block and accessories are correct for the year and have been fully rebuilt 3,000 miles ago or so. however, the transmission and rear axle are the ones this iconic Chevy were born with. Besides the 1961 409 cars, the 1965 models are the rarest, because by mid-year the 409 was replaced by the 396 CID big block. These cars are the end of a legendary run of GM muscle car engines that were only built for five model years and are arguably what started the muscle car era at Chevrolet for the non-Corvette models.Don't miss your chance to buy a car that rarely comes up for sale and when they do, few are as nice as this example. This 1965 Chevy Impala SS 409 convertible is for sale right now in our facility. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com. 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indy 500

1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indy 500

Engine: 454 CID V8
Transmission: TH350 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 68,012 ( undocumented )

This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette L82 Pace Car is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1978 was the 25th anniversary of the Corvette and GM wanted to capitalize on this prestigious event with a special edition Corvette. After speaking with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, GM was able to obtain the rights to be the pace car for the race. The decision was made to have the car painted black and silver a classic color combination. They had 2 versions with base model having the L48 which consisted of close 75% of the cars. This beauty is one of the more coveted L82 models which was switched out for something that is a little more powerful. The new engine is still a small block, but the displacement has been increased to a total of 454 CI. The balanced and blueprint engine is putting out over twice as much as the original L82 giving this pace car the power it deserves. A blueprint cast iron block was used which allows for a much longer stroke with the forged connecting rods being 6.00. The 950CFM carb feeds just the right amount of fuel and with the engine having a 10:1 compression pump gas works just fine. The TH350 transmission was rebuilt and seems to handle the power extremely well transferring the power to the rear wheels with ease. The custom exhaust really lets everyone know that this is not your normal small block. The interior is clean and original to the car with the weather stripping replaced as well as the T Tops. The exterior of the car looks great with the remaining stickers still in their original box. To top everything off the car is even sold with the original window sticker showing the original 14410.21 sticker price equivalent to almost 54500 dollars in today’s money. If you have been wanting one of these Iconic Pace Cars but the performance wasn’t quite there for you this beauty has that problem squared away. Options on this 1978 Chevrolet Pace Car include, AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Seat Belts, T-Tops, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Aluminum Wheels, and Leather Interior. 1970 Chevrolet Malibu

Engine: 454 cid V-8 Big Block
Transmission: 3 Speed Auto
Mileage: 57,885 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is thrilled to offer this big, bad 1970 Chevrolet Malibu Chevelle for sale right now in our showroom. This frame-off restoration was preformed by Lengendary Motor Company LTD and is extremely well done. This Chevelle is equipped with a seam-splitting 454 CID V8 360-hp ,that will make you feel like you’ve experienced a small earthquake every time you touch the gas pedal. Paired with a Turbo 400 transmission this Chevelle is guaranteed to give you more smiles than miles per gallon! This 1970 Chevelle presents itself as it was the day she was born and per the consigner, has only been driven 253-miles since the 2009 restoration. If you’re a die-hard looking for one of the nicest Malibus around – you’ve found it!! She’s as nice underneath – as she is on top - with it’s Red paintjob with black stripes and black vinyl interior – she’s very well done! To add to the excitement, she is optioned with a/c, tilt wheel, power windows, and am/fm stereo. This is a very solid build that will certainly turn heads with the way it looks and sits wherever you go, and if they don’t look at you when you turn the corner – then the roar of an unrestrained big-block V8 will get the attention. While the Chevelle brand is synonymous with muscle car enthusiasts and there are plenty of examples at most car shows, this one right here in our Atlanta showroom really is something special and you know that the first person who sees it will want it in their garage. Don’t be beaten to this one-of-a-kind 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle for sale right now in our facility. Chevrolet engineers made this production Performance LS3 6.2L Crate Engine to deliver a stunning 495 horsepower and 473 lb.-ft. of torque. This car is the dream mix of bad to the bone appearance with modern fuel injection modern technology. A major benefit of EFI systems is the greatly improved cold and hot starting performance. This follows from the ability of the system to calculate the optimum air/fuel mixture for starting as well as from the superior atomization that results from injection of the fuel as compared to fuel delivery from a carburetor. If you take a peak under the car you will notice that this car could be literally eaten off of. The HEDTS suspension for the front and rear are all new and set up to be a comfortable driver with coil over shocks. This Camaro SS is set up with a Ford 9” rear end and has amazing stopping power with its adjustable master cylinder and Corvette style disc brakes. This car rumbles with its duel exhaust in idle and has a pure performance feel when accelerating. The style of this car comes from the exterior with its beautiful dark red paint, white hockey stick stripes, and white SS badges. The aggressive stance comes from its deep dish offset 18” in the front and 20” in the rear custom wheel setup. Matching the white accents on the exterior, the interior has comfy white leather bucket seats. The modern feel follows to the inside of the car with its custom sound system and Bluetooth paring abilities. This car is a dream to drive with tons of extras like power steering, power brakes, power windows and locks, and even a tilt steering wheel. Whether you are a collector who wants to put mirrors on the ground and win trophies at shows across the nation or even someone who wants something to enjoy the drivability and put some miles on this beautiful machine, this ’69 SS is perfect for all hobbyists.
