Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989.
The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel.
Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016.

Engine: 221 CID V8Transmission: 3 Speed AutomaticMileage: 4700 ( undocumented )
This 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe is for sale at our Louisville KY. The 1966 Mustang was pretty much a rollover from the last series 65. Minor trim renditions and new grill were all that was done due to the huge success of the 66. This beauty has gone through a well-deserved restoration turning it into the pony we have today. The body still has the original panels something that is hard to find on these second year Stangs. The blue paint is clean with some flake thrown in to give it a little different look while popping in the sunlight. With the body taken care of it was time to decide the engine and as with the paint it was going to be a little different. The first series Windsor small block V8 221 which bored .030 over seemed to be a great choice. The power output is great for this slick cruising car getting it down the road just fine. Of course, being a cruising car, the suspension was redone as well improving the quality of the ride that much more. The manual three speed shifts nicely and helps to spread out the shifts with second gear having a ton of room. The true dual exhaust helps to give the car a great exhaust note while not being too loud. Open the door and the original black vinyl interior is in very good condition. The bucket seats are comfortable and seem to have plenty of life left in them. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a Mustang but looking for something that is a little different this 66 with its Windsor small block is an excellent candidate. Options on this 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe include; AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and a set Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1966 Ford Mustang can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

This very nice 1966 Ford K Code Mustang is for sale in our Indianapolis showroom of Gateway Classic Cars. If you are in the market for a true collectible piece, then this 1966 Ford K Code Mustang is for you. While the odometer of this original K Code Mustang shows 126100 miles, the actual condition of this car is much better than expected. This is mainly due to this High Horse Power Mustang being restored in 1996. Under the hood, the Hi-Po 289 V8 will quickly grab your attention. Ford kept it simple, no power steering, no power brakes and no AC. Since there are no power robbing accessories, this Mustang makes the most of the Hi-Po 289 V8. Equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission, this pony was designed to put all 271 horsepower to the ground. Some K code Mustang were equipped with automatics, but that would take all the fun out of driving this spirited pony. The manual 4-speed will simply make this K code car a blast to drive and easy to show off in front of your friends, if you choose to. The exterior is painted in a nice Antique Bronze and the interior is done up with black carpet, black vinyl seats, black door panels, and a black padded dash. Engine: 200 CID I-6Transmission: 3-Speed AutomaticMileage: 829 ( since rebuilt )
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is excited to present this stunning 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale. This Mustang has been very well maintained and has lots of recent upgrades. It is extremely difficult to find a Mustang in such beautiful condition. This pony car is the one you want to own. Take advantage of a rare specimen and become the driver of a pony car you can very proud to have ownership. Powered by a 200 CID I6 and mated to a C4 automatic transmission and an open rear end with 3:20 gear ratio. It’s got plenty of get up and go and even though the engine isn’t original, it is correct for the car. Painted in beautiful code T red with red vinyl interior this car will turn heads wherever you go. Can you think of any car that has caused such a commotion on launch? I can’t, but I can tell you that 54 years later the Mustang turns heads today just as much as it did back in 1964. Now doubt about it the Mustang today is the most popular classic car, bar none. It’s also one of the most practical classics, comfortable and reliable with a simple mechanical package and a ready supply of parts. In the early 1960s Ford needed a sporty car to combat new models from rival carmakers, and the quickest way to do it they decided was to tweak the Falcon underbody a little, throw in some Fairlane engines and transmissions, and top it off with a sexy new two-plus-two body. Production started in March 1964, the launch was at the New York World’s Fair in April; the rest is history. Options on this classic pony include: Hub Caps, Vinyl Interior, convertible top, AM/FM radio and bias ply tires. This 1966 Ford Mustang is for sale in our Houston Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a stunning 1966 Ford Mustang GT. This sharp GT coupe has been extremely well preserved and is in shocking condition. A Los Angeles 71 DSO car, it then made its way to Colorado, before coming to the St. Louis area in 2003. The vehicle is believed to have its original sheet metal all around as well as original interior. Optioned with Wimbledon white exterior, with red Pony interior, this GT is very well dressed. It wears a sharp new set of GT style wheels wrapped in healthy radial tires. Inside, the red pony upholstery is in surprisingly great shape. The carpet has been replaced, so it looks nice and fresh. Pop the hood and you’ll find a rebuilt 289 with a slightly larger cam than stock. It has power steering and manual disc brakes. Originally a C4 automatic, the transmission has been swapped out for a Tremec T-5 5 speed manual transmission. This transforms the car into a comfortable highway cruiser that will sip fuel when loafing down the highway. The 289 make a nice exhaust note coming through nickel plated headers and dual exhaust. And of course, nothing beats the looks of GT exhaust trumpets. Whether you’re an avid Mustang collector, or just looking for your first classic, a 66 Mustang is always a great choice. You can see this ’66 Mustang GT in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or email@example.com with inquiries.

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this awesome 1953 Ford F100. This ‘53 Ford F100 is the one you have been waiting for. Too often you see cars and trucks that have been personalized past the point of no return. Fortunately, that is not the case with this truck. Looking at this beautiful fire engine red truck is like an artist looking at an open idea. You can leave it the way it is and have loads of fun, or modify it to your liking. The overall stock look is very appealing with the bright red paint and black running boards. The simplistic chrome “dog dish” hub caps and painted steel wheels takes you down memory lane. There is just enough chrome displayed to add to the look, but not take away from the nostalgic feel. You don’t run into these 1953 Ford F100’s in this type of shape often. The simple basic feel carries right over into the light brown vinyl bench seat interior. This truck makes you want to hop in, drive to a huge open field, and sip a tall glass of lemonade. With only a few knobs and switches on the inside, the bright chrome gauge cluster captures your eyes showing speedometer, oil pressure, volts, water temp, and fuel. Powering this classic F100 is a Ford 289 “Y” block mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. Adding to the vintage package is the fact that it is “three on the tree.” It doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to a pure throwback classic. If it’s too tame for you, let your imagination run wild. The best thing about this 1953 Ford F100 is the fact you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Options include Spare Tire, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, and a Wood Slat truck bed. Don’t miss your opportunity to take a trip down memory lane. There is still plenty of country roads out there to explore and car shows to pull up to. Thank you for your interest in this unique 1927 Ford T-Bucket Roadster. This classic Ford is turn key and ready to fly down the street. This 1927 T-Bucket is very fun to drive and always turns heads. The Ford Model T was extremely popular and helped to put America on the road and the millions that were sold meant there was no shortage of small roadster bodies available for customization ever since the 1920’s. In the 1950’s the T-Bucket was named by Norm Grabowski and appeared in the show 77 Sunset Strip. An Icon was established that continues to live on amongst hot-rodders today. Titled as a 1927 Ford, this T-Bucket really stands out in the crowd with its black paint and hotrod blue flames. The brown vinyl interior and wood grain dash really add the finishing touch to this T-Bucket. This T-Bucket is a thrill to drive with a classic 350 Cubic Inch V8 that is fed by 2 Holley 4bbl carburetor and even has a new Holley Red fuel pump. Power is delivered to a 3-speed automatic transmission running back to a Jag rear end. This T-Bucket is finished very well including all disc brakes and Big Ol Mickey Thompson tires. Available now in our DFW Showroom is this impressive 1967 Ford Galaxie! Period advertisements boasted that the Ford Galaxie 500 was quieter than a Rolls-Royce, which was their way of boasting about how well the engineers had done in isolating the new frame from the new body. The reasons for this were practical enough, it was the first year since 1956 that the Ford and Mercury full-sized cars again shared their essential architecture, basic frame and basic body structures (with variations), in a bid to increase profitability. The 1967 version of the Galaxie was reskinned, which produced new two-door hardtop/fastback rooflines. The LTD variant now shared the two-door roofline, but the rear side glass shape was altered for a more formal appearance, and technically speaking, LTD became a series of its own this year. This Ford Galaxie underwent a full restoration in 2008, at this time the motor was rebuilt along with the transmission too. The black and red interior, including matching dash, really stands out. Especially with the word “Galaxie” stitched on both the passenger and driver side bench seat and “Ford” in the backseat. It is also equipped with a set of Boston-acoustic speakers. Which can really help you hear the tunes as you’re flying around in this vehicle, windows down and wind in your hair. What is it that’s creating that wind? No folks, that’s not just a 390 decal on the side, that’s what this bad boy comes with, a rebuilt 390CID-315HP 4BBL, with a 4-speed manual transmission. No question, it was made to get you where you’re going in a hurry. Finally, all this is riding around on a quality set of American Racing Wheels. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
