Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this WICKED Pro-Street 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. More than $200,000 was invested in creating this stunning Pro Street 1967 Chevrolet Camaro that boasts searing performance and stands out as a multiple award-winning showpiece. The Camaro’s exterior finish is simply arresting: expertly prepared sheet metal coated in glass-like Burgundy Glasurit lacquer that still looks wet to the touch, and panel fit rivaling the priciest exotics. The quality is typical of builder East Coast Muscle Cars of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, who completed the build in 2005 and receives the car each year for a thorough refreshing. Beneath the lightweight hood is a fully built 434 CI small-block V-8 using a JE stroker kit, 15.25:1 compression, RaceCrafters fuel injection on a chromed sheet steel fabricated intake, MSD ignition and Hooker Super Competition headers to crank out 730 horsepower. Chromed, polished and painted to the same jewel-like, show-winning standards as the rest of the car, it delivers its horses through a 5,000 RPM stall converter and custom-built 350 Turbo automatic to a shortened Dana 60 third member with 5.13:1 gearing. The 25x7.5 Hoosier Pro Street radials in front and 33x22.5 Hoosier Quick Time drag tires in the custom rear tubs are fitted to 15-inch Billet Specialties wheels all around, and Aerospace Components 4-wheel disc brakes with 4-piston calipers and drilled and slotted rotors are at the ready for quick, sure stopping. Inside this brilliant creation is a clean and inviting interior balancing quarter-mile safety features with open-road conveniences. Gray Ultraleather Pontiac Fiero bucket seats and heavy-duty M&R 3-point racing harnesses flank a custom transmission tunnel holding a chromed Hurst Quarter Stick shifter. The stock Camaro dash has been modified to accommodate a full set of Auto Meter Phantom gauges, in front of which is a Billet Specialties half-wrap steering wheel on a polished tilt column. Behind the passengers, flame-embossed fender tubs anchor a custom aluminum trunk around custom decklid hinges, a clean Ultraleather decklid pad, and a polished and flame-branded fuel cell. A 10-point tig-welded Chromalloy roll cage built to 8.5-second specifications protects the entire affair. Fully documented with a photographic record and numerous magazine features and showered with awards, this incredible Pro Street Camaro is in a class of its own.

1967 Chevrolet Camaro

Engine: 468 CID V8
Transmission: Power Glide 2 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 10 ( since rebuilt )

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. This 67 Camaro is all business and meant for the strip but does have a clean title with an actual VIN. The car has been fitted with mostly fiberglass pieces which reduce weight but are also a little more forgiving than their steel counterparts. The blue paint is flashy and looks great while doing those nasty burnouts. Underneath that huge fiberglass cowl hood is a massive 468 big block. With a 4340-crank turning a set of Wiseco pistons this engine requires some serious fuel if you want it to run to its full potential. The Dart 360 heads are some of the best in the business while a set of ARP studs hold it all together. The Victor high rise intake is another great component especially with that monster Quick fuel 1050 feeds this monster the high-octane fuel it needs to run down the 660 ft. The built 176 power glide transmission is the go to in the drag world requiring only one shift during your run. The 5500-stall combined with the TCI trans brake these 67 hits hard off the line. The bolt 12 bolt rear end has a spool with a set of 5.13 gears and Mark Williams axles this car is as close to bullet proof as is it comes. Inside is all about weight reduction and safety. The cage is carted at 8.50 with the Kirkey seat being all aluminum and a 5-point harness keeping you in the right spot. The Grant quick release steering wheel will allow for a much easier entry into the car but more importantly a quicker exit time. Options on this 1967 Big Block Camaro include, Seat Belts, Vinyl Seat Cover, and Aluminum Wheels with Drag Radials. The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. So, we all know how the story goes, Ford produces the iconic pony car known as the Mustang and all the other automakers jumped on the band wagon to cash in on this phenomenon. This Camaro is looking clean & mean with its Blue paint job that looks great and is complimented by the blue interior. The paint job is very clean, no 5-footer paint quality here, it shows very well. The car has been refreshed with new paint, and a healthy drive train. Powering this iconic muscle car is a Chevy 327ci that has a nice lope sound to it. Couple to the 327ci V-8 is a 2-speed automatic transmission. The blue leather & vinyl interior is in great shape and the bucket seats are comfortable. The carpet, headliner, dash, & door panels are also in fantastic condition. 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS

1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS

Engine: 250 CID I6
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 20,000 ( since rebuilt )

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible! This awesome car is finished in Butternut Yellow with black vinyl interior. A color found on about 12.5% of Camaro vehicles made this first model year. 1966 was when the Camaro came to life, appearing in dealerships in September of that year. It was a massive success for Chevrolet as we all know, utilizing their brand new F-body platform. Powering this classic is the entry level 230 CID I6 engine. The I6 was the least powerful of the engine options available, but it was definitely the smoothest and most efficient. If you are looking for a gorgeous weekend cruiser or something to take to a car show, but aren't obsessed with crazy hp figured and winning races, then this is probably the engine for you. This car was left as an I6 due to the fact that the engine and transmission are numbers matching and the owner wanted to preserve its originality. You will notice that this car has the RS appearance package too. This includes the hidden headlights, revised taillights with back-up lights under the rear bumper, RS badging, and exterior bright trim. There were tons of options in 1967 for the Camaro including 80 factory and 40 dealer options which could be had on 3 different trim levels. This one is outfitted with an AM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power steering and vinyl interior. Don't miss your chance to own this beautiful car. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more information. Financing and shipping options are available. Office hours are Monday through Saturday 9-5pm central time. The telephone number for our showroom is (832) 243-6220 or if you prefer, you can email us at houston@gatewayclassiccars.com.

1962 Chevrolet Corvette

1962 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 327 CID V8
Transmission: 4- Speed Manual
Mileage: 175 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this numbers-matching 1962 Chevrolet C-1 Corvette. The final year of the first generation Corvette, this car is adorned with options that would be found on the last of a decade-long body style, including: a wraparound windshield, solid rear axle, and convertible-only body style. The exposed headlamps and trunk lid did not re-appear for many decades. The Corvette line was born in 1953 as a concept entry into the New York Auto Show, known as the Motorama. The response was so great it prompted General Motors to begin limited production for the 1953 model year which launched a legend. This '62 Corvette for sale comes from the same pedigree, and is ready to show and go! Moving this beauty down the road is a classic 327 CID small-block Chevy V8 engine that had a rebuild roughly 500 miles ago. This car runs like a champ and is great for weekend cruises. Rated at 300 horsepower, this Corvette was built for even the most eager thrill seekers. The power plant is coupled with an optional four-speed manual transmission, which offers you the maximum adrenaline rush. Simply put, there is nothing quite like the feeling of motoring along the highways and byways of America in a true American legend. Top down, radio on, exhaust rumbling, and passersby giving you a double-take as you’re hustling her through the twisties. Nestled into a cockpit-inspired cabin with aviation-style instrumentation and wrap around bucket seats, one can truly feel why this car has become the living legend it is. The beige vinyl sport buckets straddle the shifter snugly, begging you to slip in and run through the gears! With an exterior that’s just as sharp as the interior, it’s hard to go wrong with this 1962 Corvette convertible for sale. The classic styling of this C-1 Corvette was a perfect example of the new trend in American styling. The Wineberry Red paint on this C-1 'Vette hugs every sexy curve of this old school cruiser. The raised front and rear fenders makes for a very muscular stance, low to the ground, and very aggressive. The quad headlights and the blacked-out anodized grill completed the concept that had, at that time, taken America by storm. Options on this 1962 Chevy Corvette for sale, include: AM radio, manual convertible top, hard top, seat belts, vinyl interior, and steel wheels with hub caps wrapped in whitewall radial tires. This 1962 C-1 Corvette for sale at our Houston location is an amazing opportunity to own and enjoy one of the true great American sports cars of all time. This car will get up and go. Can you imagine it in your garage? For more info on this nifty C-1 'Vette, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at "Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com".
