Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this numbers matching 1979 Chevrolet C10 “Big 10” Pickup. The Big 10 was the powerhouse of this 3rd generation pickup. Also known as a heavy half ton, these trucks were identified by the #4 as the fourth digit of the Vin number.
This Big 10 is powered by a 7.4L 454 BBC V8. With roughly 10,000 miles on the engine since the rebuild, there is plenty of life left in this pickup. Paired up to a Turbo 400 transmission this truck is a blast to drive. This is a great driver, and even a shop truck if you’re in need of a cool classic to promote your own business. Giving a nice stance is a 4” drop on the front with a 3” drop in the rear.
For a nice rugged look is the upcoming and desirable patina paint work. This truck was originally yellow and has merely been smoothed, and clear coated preserving the classic look. To allow the air flow to the large engine is a functional ’68 Camaro SS cowl that has been molded to fit the original hood.
The truck has some pretty high options for its era to include tilt wheel, power brakes, power steering, dual tank, and tan cloth interior. Sitting inside the truck you will see that it’s been left in original condition and has been well maintained through the years. This truck is a great collector’s item and cool to take to any local car show.

Engine: 350 CID V8 SBCTransmission: 5-Speed ManualMileage: 4,277 ( undocumented )
Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is delighted to present this 1982 Chevrolet C-10 for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This is a documented Arizona truck that the owner purchased back in 2004 and had totally redone to its current condition today, which is arguably better than when it was originally sold! The truck was sand-blasted and professionally repainted in its dark silver color with black on the hood scoop. It has all new chrome and LED lights have been installed along with new mirrors and windows. The powertrain on this truck has been vastly improved; this Chevy has a 350 CID Crate Motor tied to a 5-speed Tremek manual transmission that has recently been fitted with a new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing. Inside the regular cab, it is clear that no expense has been spared: new panels were installed, the seats have been re-wrapped, a new radio and speakers were fitted and all windows have been tinted. The center console with cupholders and storage space makes this truck feel a lot newer than it is and the fully functioning AC will keep you cool while you cruise around town in this hot ride. This is the best example of an early 80’s C-10 I have ever set my eyes on and it is an absolute joy to drive. The mounted tach on the hood keeps you firmly in ‘race mode’ whether you’re hauling wood for your neighbor or hitting the country roads for a Sunday blast. Options on this classic pickup include: Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels and Red-Striped Radial Tires. The bed is lined with a black tonneau cover that looks right at home with this excellent build. You will have a lot of fun in this truck and it is built to last: there are only 10,000 miles on the new motor and that leaves plenty of life for its new owner to enjoy. The Chevrolet C-10 was the quintessential work horse of its day and was capable of taking on any job that was thrown at it and were used and abused over the many years. This makes survivors like this 1972 well sought after and desired by many who remember the good times of cruising around in their old Chevy pickup. This C-10 has been well kept over the years and was even repainted just a few years back to bring new life into this old classic. The small block Chevy 350 CID V8 has plenty of power left in it and breathes easy with a free flowing exhaust system. The turbo-350 automatic transmission also is in great shape providing smooth shifts throughout all speeds. This truck also has some creature comforts equipped including power brakes and power steering making those longer drives bearable and less strenuous. Climb inside and check out the plastic covered bench that has kept the interior in good shape and clean. The wood grained steering wheel looks nice against the stock dash and gauge cluster that all works well. As you cruise around in this old pickup though it is sometimes easy to forget that you are driving a truck that is 46 years old, the steering is responsive, the power brakes are strong, and the independent front suspension offers a smooth ride. This classic Chevrolet would be an excellent summer cruiser that could still be used as fair weather pickup truck and has a spray in bed liner to protect it from whatever you throw in it. For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a Sky Blue over White 1974 Chevrolet Cheyenne C10. The paint has been resprayed and the carpets have been replaced, everything else on the truck is believed to be original to the truck from the day it rolled off the assembly line. The Sky Blue and White exterior paint was professionally applied, we do not know exactly when, but it does look fantastic, and shines beautifully. The blue cloth bench seat has little to no wear, it has been very well kept over the years. The wood grain trim on the door panels and dash also looks almost new and accents the theme very well. A white vinyl bed cover has been installed and provides a great finishing touch to the sky blue and white color combination. This Cheyenne 10 features a small tool box at the bottom of the truck bed where you keep your valuables under lock and key. The odometer reads 57,370, which is believed to be the original mileage on the truck. Options for this 1974 Chevrolet C10 include: AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Air Conditioning (inoperable), Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires, Crager Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. Chevrolet's third generation C/K Series ran from 1973 to 1987 and sported an all new design. Officially known as the "Rounded-Line" generation, the third generation looked like nothing else on the road at the time of its debut. The rounded lines included rounded cab roof, sloped rounded doors, rounded windshield corners, rounded front fenders, and rounded bed corners which made possible the rounded taillights. The rounded design was incorporated in an effort to improve aerodynamics and to improve fuel efficiency. Also known as the "Square Body" design, oddly enough, although not an official nickname since it did not originate from General Motors. This 74’ C10 would make for a great shop truck for a local business, or a nice cruiser for a collector who has always wanted a 3rd generation Chevrolet pickup. Engine: 383 StrokerTransmission: TH350 3 Speed AutomaticMileage: 997 ( since rebuilt )
This one off custom built 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 57 Chevy is hands down the most Iconic American ever made. The flowing fins are its classic signature mark and what most people think of when you say 57. They have even been able to stay relevant in the car world for over 60 years. This one off 57 can be simplified in word CLEAN. From the welded and smooth frame underneath to the two-tone paint job up top there is just no better to word to describe it. The car was taking down to bare metal with the only patch being a small one on the floor pan. The body was treated to 2 coats of epoxy primer then a high-build primer that was block sanded with a coat of urethane primer on top of that. The 3 coats of silver were then applied giving the car that great two tone look it has now. Protected by a total of 6 coats of clear giving it a mirror like finish. The billet specialty wheels really set the car off while helping to exaggerate its stance. Under the hood is more top-notch craftsmanship with the core support being the first thing you notice. Hoses have been routed through the fenders giving the engine bay a very clean look. The 383 stroker has been dressed up with a set of custom valve covers and matching breather. The power from that 383 is transferred via a TH350 transmission which shifts out just as it should. The 10 bolt posi rear-end has been filled with a set of 4.11 gears giving this 57-great acceleration. Inside you are surrounded by a custom red interior that has an original feel. Once you get in the vehicle it becomes evident that there have been some custom touches that really put this beauty over the top. The custom dash has been finished off with a set of custom gauges that really set the interior off. With the AC tied into the original controls and vents molded into the dash this must be one of the coolest interiors. If you have been looking for an extremely clean 57 that is a mix of new and old styling look no further. Options on this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air include, AC. AM/FM Radio, Tilt Wheel, Leather Interior and Aluminum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. After speaking with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, GM was able to obtain the rights to be the pace car for the race. The decision was made to have the car painted black and silver a classic color combination. They had 2 versions with base model having the L48 which consisted of close 75% of the cars. This beauty is one of the more coveted L82 models which was switched out for something that is a little more powerful. The new engine is still a small block, but the displacement has been increased to a total of 454 CI. The balanced and blueprint engine is putting out over twice as much as the original L82 giving this pace car the power it deserves. A blueprint cast iron block was used which allows for a much longer stroke with the forged connecting rods being 6.00. The 950CFM carb feeds just the right amount of fuel and with the engine having a 10:1 compression pump gas works just fine. The TH350 transmission was rebuilt and seems to handle the power extremely well transferring the power to the rear wheels with ease. The custom exhaust really lets everyone know that this is not your normal small block. The interior is clean and original to the car with the weather stripping replaced as well as the T Tops. The exterior of the car looks great with the remaining stickers still in their original box. To top everything off the car is even sold with the original window sticker showing the original 14410.21 sticker price equivalent to almost 54500 dollars in today’s money. If you have been wanting one of these Iconic Pace Cars but the performance wasn’t quite there for you this beauty has that problem squared away.
