For sale in our Houston showroom is a first model year, 2003 Chevrolet SSR. Chevrolet went with a retro design for the Super Sport Roadster. They styled the vehicle like a truck from the 1950s with an unmistakable rounded hood and bulging fenders. Its body-on-frame architecture comes courtesy of the GMT370 (TrailBlazer/Envoy XL) hydroformed-steel platform, which is shortened 13 inches yet retains its stock width and track. Related hardware includes a live axle out back, independent suspension up front, and four-wheel disc brakes. The steel body panels are all new and pay obvious homage to the highly sought late-’40s/ early-’50s Chevy pickup. Although, something a truck from the 1950s didn't offer is the beautifully engineered power folding metal top. With the touch of a button you can go from hard top to no top in just a few seconds. Another option that wasn't available in the 1950s is the LM4 Vortec V8 under the hood. The stock LM4 pushes out 300 horses and is an all-aluminum 5.3-liter Vortec. The exterior of this one is coated in a bright red while the interior offers black leather. With just 29,000 miles, this SSR still smells new.

This SSR is a combination of sorts; a modern classic sports car and stylish truck with a drop top. As unique as this car is, we feel as if it makes for a great investment.

If you crave power, smoothness, and dandy exhaust-pipe music, it’s hard to beat a GM Gen-III V-8. Chevy claims 0-60 times in the mid-seven-second range, confirmed by an informal stopwatch; top speed is electronically limited to 125 mph (also confirmed).

Options include: AC, power top, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, remote entry, AM/FM/CD, cruise control, anti-lock brakes, and passenger/driver airbag.

2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Engine: 5.7L V8
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
Mileage: 15,734 ( actual )

We have a great looking and driving 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 for sale here in our Milwaukee showroom. A successor to the ZR-1 made its debut in 2001 as the Z06, giving a nod to the high-performance Z06 version of the C2 Corvette of the 1960s. Instead of a heavy, double-overhead cam engine like in the ZR-1, the Z06 used a tuned version of the standard LS1 engine (designated the LS6), with a higher power output which initially produced 385 hp (287 kW). Although its total output was less than that of the previous late model ZR-1s, the Z06 was much lighter, and could out-perform the ZR-1 in every category except top speed. It also cost substantially less than the ZR-1. The Z06 had a total curb weight of 3,118 lb (1,414 kg). Chevrolet engineered several modifications for the Z06 to put the increased power to its best use, starting with the most structurally rigid body style?—?the hardtop or FRC (Fixed Roof Coupé). The new components added to the Z06 included: uprated FE4 suspension, larger wheels and tires, revised gearing ratios, and functional brake cooling ducts. The Z06 is 38 lb (17 kg) lighter than a standard C5 hardtop thanks to weight-saving measures such as a titanium exhaust, thinner glass, lighter wheels, non-EMT tires, reduced sound proofing, fixed rear radio aerial, and a lighter battery. Starting with the 2002 model year, power was increased to 405 hp (302 kW) due to a larger CFM air intake, stiffer valve springs, lighter sodium filled valves and more aggressive camshaft lift and timing. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. 2002 Chevrolet Camaro Berger

2002 Chevrolet Camaro Berger

Engine: LS1 500 HP
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
Mileage: 14,844 ( actual )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This is not your run of the mill Camaro SS though, in fact it is far from it. This is a Berger Camaro. Berger Camaro has been tuning Camaro's since the early days right along the side of Don Yenko selling COPO Camaros and including the radical ZL-1. The year is 2000 and Berger is at it again, this time he limited production of his very special cars to 104 units over a three year period ending in 2002, the last year for the Camaro. We have for sale an original owner 2002 Berger Camaro SS #69. The car has currently 14,844 miles. It is 1 of 43 produced in 2002 and is painted in a beautiful Navy Blue Metallic with painted White stripes and Ebony leather interior. Very few cars had painted stripes. Of the 4 known to have them, this car might be the only 2002. Originally purchased as a Phase 1 car from Berger with the following, 380hp/400tq package, cat back chambered exhaust, all new High Flow Air box Lid, progressive rate Eibach lowering springs, 17x9.5 five spoke Fikse FM5 wheels with special SS logo center caps, dimple front and rear brake rotors with red powder coated calipers, dual hood and deck lid stripes, black rear tail light panel, chrome "by Berger" rear panel emblem, Prescribed Power by Berger air box lid decal, numbered console plaque and key fobs, fitted car cover with Berger SS logo, horsepower and torque dash plaque, "Berger Prescribed Power" emblems, all new grill with SS emblem, white faced gauges with "by Berger" logo, Power antenna, car number on windshield and review mirror. The owner sent the car back to GMMG Inc, (modifying cars for Berger Chevrolet), and had it upgraded to a Phase 2X6 package, (of 2 cars known, this is the only 2002), that upped the horsepower from 380 to 500! This included LS6 heads, headers, 4.10:1 gears, camshaft and tune. While there, it also had a few other special modifications installed. Electric exhaust cutout, Hurst line lock and a small shift light in driver's window pillar. The car has been autographed, under hood, by many of the major contributors that made this project happen. They include Matt and Dale Berger, owners Berger Chevrolet, Scott Settlemire, GM Assistant Camaro Brand Manager, also known as "FbodFather", Matt Murphy, owner GMMC Inc. and Dennis Baker, previous Sales Manager and Camaro development at Berger Chevrolet. This contribution makes this Camaro truly one of a kind and very collectible. All original documents, as well as Phase 1 take off parts (cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds), original battery, air and oil filters. Here's a rare opportunity to own a very rare and powerful Camaro SS. It's in near new condition and ready for some serious fun. Open up the exhaust cutout and let all 500 ponies let loose. For more information on this 2002 Berger Chevrolet Camaro SS, call 618-271-3000 or stop by our St. Louis showroom. To view HD photos and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com

2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS

2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS

Engine: 5.7L V8 LS1
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 9,781 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to present this awesome 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible. The Chevrolet Camaro was released to the public in 1967 to battle the car that started the whole Pony Car craze. 35 Years later and almost 4.9 million cars sold Chevrolet made the decision to cut the Camaro out of the line-up. They would however have a great sendoff car in the 2002 Camaro SS. This example is dressed in Bright Red with a Black Convertible. Nearly 50,000 Camaro’s were produced and this SS is one of 1,443. It has lived a very pampered life which you can tell by just as nice the paint is. Typically, red paint is not the kindest to the ageing process but this one with about 9,800 miles still looks amazing. The black cloth top looks great while in the up position, but everyone knows the real fun happens when that top goes down. The ebony leather interior against the red exterior absolutely sits this car off. Tying it all together is a set of 10 spoke 5-star aluminum wheels. The soft compound tires will give you the best possible traction especially once they get warmed up. Under that air induction hood lies the one that started the whole LS craze. This original numbers matching LS has been pampered with the majority of tis time spent on nice days simply cruising with the top down. Backed up by the 4-Speed Automatic transmission, this is a driver’s car. With additions like an SLP airbox and exhaust headers this red rocket will get you moving with ease. The exhaust is guaranteed to gather the attention of your neighbor’s when you fire this thing up in the garage. With these new age classics gaining traction in the collector market don’t miss out and be regretting this 10 years down the road. Options on this 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS include, AM/FM/CD, Power Windows, Power Locks, Tilt, Leather Interior, Power Brakes, Power Steering, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. This 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS is for sale in our Detroit Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff at 313.982.3100. Engine: LS1 5.7L V8 OHV
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 93,810 ( actual )

Now available in our Dallas/Ft. Worth Showroom is this 2002 4th generation 35th anniversary addition Camaro. The fourth-generation Camaro debuted in 1993 on an updated F-body platform. It retained the same characteristics since its introduction in 1967: a coupé body style with 2+2 seating (with an optional T-top roof) or convertible (reintroduced in 1994), rear-wheel drive, pushrod 6-cylinder and V8 engines. The SS versions (1998-2002) received slightly improved exhaust and intake systems, bigger wheels and tires, a slightly revised suspension for improved handling and grip while retaining ride comfort, an arc-shaped rear wing for downforce, and different gearing ratios for faster acceleration, over the Z28 models. Chevrolet offered a 35th anniversary edition for the 2002 model year and that’s exactly what we have here. Motoring this 2002 around is a 5.7-liter LS1 engine controlled by a 6-speed manual. The owner has recently replaced the clutch on this vehicle and replaced the convertible top too. Other options included in this vehicle are: Power seats, Power windows, Power mirrors, Power brakes, Anti-Lock brakes, Power locks, Cd-player/Am/Fm Radio, A/C, Cruise Control, Anti-theft system, & Leather Interior. 1978 Chevrolet Corvette

1978 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 355 V8 Supercharged
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 14,634 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is excited to welcome this Pro Street 1978 Chevrolet Corvette to our showroom. Pro street cars are not always built with drivability in mind. The owner of this car however built it so that it feels very comfortable on the highway. This Corvette started life as a 1978 Corvette Pace Car. There are very few traces of that car remaining today. The outside is finished in Meadow Green Metallic. The interior is Black and in excellent condition. The engine is a 355 CI V8 with a 671 BDS Blower and Hilbourne Fuel injection. The engine was built by Lorenzos Fast Flow Cylinders and was putting out over 600 HP before the fuel injection was added. A Turbo 400 automatic transmission with reverse manual valve body, trans brake and line lock transfers the power to a 9 in Ford rear with 4:33 gears and a nodular center section. A wildwood 4 wheel disc setup brings this beast to a stop and adjustable rear shocks and 90/10 racing shocks upfront keep the rubber on the road. The car is equipped with power steering and a tilt and telescopic steering wheel. The ignition is electronic MSD and everything is controlled by a Fast Systems computer. The rear wing is an aluminum custom fabrication that helps to keep the tires hooked to the asphalt. The wheelie bars look great, and they are not welded on, so they can be removed for a more discreet look. To view this 1978 Corvette in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video shot with the owner putting this car through it’s paces, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ.
