Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this awesome 1941 Dodge Power Wagon WC-13 Half Ton Weapons Carrier. This truck has quite a lengthy history, as provided by its owner; who, since purchasing it in 1984, has repaired and/or rebuilt nearly everything on it. At the front axle, he installed NOS (New Old Stock) differential, new axles, new trunnion bearings, wheel bearings, and all related seals; as well as installing new front springs, spring bushings, and shackles and pins. For the rear axle, the differential was rebuilt with all new parts; installed Lock-Rite differential locker, new 3/4 ton axles, new wheel bearings and seals, new brakes (including drums, cylinders, and shoes). The transmission has been rebuilt with all new parts (gears, bearings, etc.,), along with rebuilding the shift tower. The transfer case received all new seals and bearings; and all drive shafts, yokes, and U-joints have been replaced with new parts. The engine was rebuilt with all new internal parts, balanced, and had the camshaft reground. The flywheel has been resurfaced, ring gear replaced, and a new clutch was installed. A new starter, generator, voltage regulator, distributor, fuel pump, carburetor, and water pump were also installed. A NOS radiator, a complete new wiring system (including switches and lights) were installed, along with new instruments. The fuel tank has been cleaned and relined. All brake and fuel lines and hoses have been replaced, as well. On the interior, the seats have been rebuilt over the original springs, and have been reupholstered using period-correct materials. New adjustable tracks for the driver's seat were installed, and a custom cab top was added. The body has been completely restored, including reinforcing and re-welding the body as needed to correct any prior evidence of rust. It has a new windshield frame and new glass, along with new rear view mirrors, and a new hood hinge and latches. It has two Optima 6 volt batteries installed in series (recently added). The truck has been treated to a new Pertronix electronic ignition, with a new distributor cap and rotor. The total build was completed by West Coast Customs fairly recently, with a Linex Custom paint job being the most recent addition. The truck is equipped with military-grade offroad tires, so you can be assured that you can get into (and out of) places that most vehicles wouldn't dare tread. Military buffs - add this one to your collection! 1937 Dodge Sedan

1937 Dodge Sedan

Engine: 6 Cyl inline
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual Floor Shift
Mileage: 99,515 ( actual )

Completely restored and ready for a Sunday cruise! This 1937 Dodge Sedan originally made for “Young business executives”, is brought back to its former glory and would make a perfect around town driver. Back in 1937 when the Dodge brothers released this stunning sedan, the world was going through big changes. Henry Ford had just initiated the 32 hour work week, Amelia Earhart disappeared over the Pacific Ocean, and the tragic event of the Hindenburg exploding mid-flight killing 36 people. It was truly a different time and when you get in this old Dodge, you can almost picture what it must have been like to live in such an era. Slide into the front seat of the car across the mohair interior and take hold of the larger than life steering wheel to compensate for the lack of power steering. Around the windows and across the dash you will find craftsmanship of what you may find with a fine watch. The wood grained style paired with the metal trim rings around the gauges is difficult to beat. Now it’s time to start it up; simply press the turn the key, press the clutch in, pull the choke out a bit, adjust your throttle, and press on the starter button near your accelerator. The inline six cylinder engine that came with the car some 90 years ago comes to life! Let it warm up and press in your choke again. Now you are ready to really start enjoying your cruise. Put the gear lever in first and release the clutch, and enjoy the smooth ride that comes with owning a Dodge. One of the biggest claims they made when the car was new that it will save you money on fuel on your commute. That may not necessarily be true anymore, but what it lacks in fuel economy it makes up for in excitement! If it feels as if it is getting a little stuffy in the cabin, reach to the center of the dash and turn the knob to tilt the windshield out giving you a refreshing breeze of outside air. This old Dodge is the perfect weekend cruiser and will be a huge homerun like one you would have seen out of Babe Ruth when this car was new. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1937 Dodge Sedan in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.

This recently restored classic only has 475 miles put on it since its engine was rebuilt, and she looks like she just came off the assembly line. 1946 Dodge Power Wagon

1946 Dodge Power Wagon

Engine: 230 CID I6
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 2,000 ( since rebuilt )

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind and super rare 1946 Dodge Power Wagon! The famous Dodge Power-Wagon was a civilian adaptation of a four-wheel drive, 3/4-ton military vehicle which Dodge built in great numbers during World War II. The civilian version, which was first offered in 1946, was rated as a one-ton but was capable of carrying a 3000 pound payload in off-highway service. Dodge engineered the Power-Wagon to be a self-propelled powerplant, and it was capable of a wide range of industrial and agricultural applications. A transmission power-take-off was available (present here) for driving various items of auxiliary equipment. Our example features a PTO driven winch that looks like it could pull a mountain! There is no better color combination than the Military Green and Black which really give an appeal you can only find on a Power Wagon. With only 2,000 miles on this fresh restoration, this 230cid I-6 can perform to its full potential no matter how you plan on using it. These Power Wagon’s are not something you usually see on the road but if you dare, this one is road ready and can be driven in a parade or to a local show. It may take you a little longer than expected, but this Power Wagon will get you their safely and plow thru anything in its way. The only way to get an idea of how big this truck is would be to come gaze at it in person at our Detroit showroom located at 15000 Commerce Dr N in Dearborn Michigan. You can check out over 125HD photos on GatewayClassicCars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff at 313-982-3100. Also, email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com for additional information.
