This very beautiful 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. From the outside, this Belvedere II has a survivor look of a car that has been basically maintained through its many years of life. The exterior paint shows some wear with a few touch ups here and there. These particular types of cars have gained in popularity in the last few years. A set of American Torque Thrust wheels have been added to dress up the Belvedere a bit, but if you want more of a sleeper look, then the stock steel wheels are in the trunk. The wheels have been colored match to the match the car and there is a set of “dog dish” hub caps to finish off the stock look. Inside the interior looks stock with only minimal wear here and there. No trailer Queen here, just a nice solid reliable driver that will bring loads of fun to the new driver. Get a little scratch in the paint job, no big deal, it happens! Now under the hood is a slightly different story. The original engine has been replaced with a Mopar 360 V8 crate engine. A quick turn of the key, the engine roars to life with a nice lopey idle. Options on this 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II include; AM/FM Radio (needs work), Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. To view this driver quality 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II, including an HD video, go to our website www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

1967 Plymouth Barracuda

Engine: 440 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 82,506 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer super nice 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. The second-generation Barracuda, now a 108 in wheelbase A-body, still shared many components with the Valiant but was stylishly redesigned with model-specific sheet metal, and a convertible and hardtop coupe joining the original fastback offering. In 1967, while the 225 cu in slant-6 was still the base engine, the V8 options ranged from the two- and four-barrel versions of the 273 cu in to a seldom-ordered 383 cu in "B" big-block, rated at 280 bhp which was only available only with the Formula S package. Now just imagine if a 440 V-8 were available in 1967? Why it would have ran circles around the other pony cars. With a little thought and work the 440 V-8 fit right in there. It even looks like its from the factory. Backing the rebuilt 440 is a new automatic transmission that only has about 500 miles on it. To bring this healthy big cubic inch 440 back down to a halt, disc brakes have been added to the front. All the work to this car has been done in the last 2-3 years by Snake Pit Customs of Indianapolis, Indiana. If you’re looking for a fun summer time cruiser, that can burn tires at the push of the pedal, then look no further. This Cuda will be sure to impress your friends! 1973 Plymouth Road Runner

1973 Plymouth Road Runner

Engine: 360
Transmission: 3-Speed Auto
Mileage: 34,828 ( undocumented )

We have a beautiful 1973 Plymouth Road Runner coated in a stunning Blue hue with black vinyl interior. It boasts a 360CI V8 backed by a three speed auto trans. This is a stunning vehicle that deserves to be taken out on the road or to a local car show. The 1973-74 models received completely new sheet metal and had more conventional squared-up front-end styling and changes to the rear that more closely resembled the four-door models than the 71-72s. In addition, the interior options included retaining power seats and windows as well as offering plusher carpeting and seat covers, moving the car to a slightly higher level of luxury. The restyling helped sales which were up 40% over the 1972 models. In testing 1/4 mile times were getting close to the 16s, top speeds had dropped to barely over 125 mph (201 km/h), and the car moved further away from "musclecar" status. The base engine for the 1973-74 models had dropped down to Chrysler's workaday 318 CID V8 but equipped with dual exhausts which bumped the power up to 170 hp (127 kW). After 1972, no 440 with four-speed manual cars were built. The code E68 400 cu in 260 hp engine was the biggest Plymouth offered with the 4-speed, which could also be had with the 340 (1973), and 360 (1974) engines. The 318 was equipped with a 3-speed manual transmission as standard (though very few were built), and the TorqueFlite as an option, though at least one 318 engine 1974 car was built with the 4-speed manual transmission equipped with a Hurst shifter. The 440 cu in engine, boasting 280 hp was still available for 1973 and 1974, but only mated to the 727 TorqueFlite automatic, with 3.55 sure-grip 8 3/4 rear axle gearing available. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1973 Plymouth Road Runner in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com.
