This 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Chevelle was a mid-size full frame car produced from the beginning of the muscle car craze in 1964 all the way through 1978. The 72 model is what many consider to be the last of the true Chevelle’s maintaining those same body lines of that classic second-generation cars. This 1972 has gone through a complete restoration with all major components gone through and either replaced or rebuilt. With approximately 4000 miles since the build was complete this Muscle car needs nothing except a new home. The 355 was built using some high-performance parts. The cam, as you can hear in the video, gives the car not only more power but a good lope at idle. The Edelbrock carb feeds just the right amount fuel with the exhaust being handled through the original style manifolds. The dual exhaust exits back at the factory location and gives the car that great rumble. The TH350 shifts out nicely with smooth yet firm upshifts this Chevelle is a blast to drive. Inside the bucket seats are correct to the car in excellent shape along with the rest of the interior. The console mounted horseshoe shifter is a sought-after addition and really gives the car that classic muscle car feel. The vintage heat and air has all been ran through the stock controls and works as it should. If you have been wanting a great iconic Muscle car at a fair price this 72 is right down your alley. Options on this 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu include, AC. AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires mounted on Aluminum Alloy Wheels. For more details on this 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu, please call our Louisville Showroom at 812-294-1555, or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com.
