Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1948 Ford Sedan. 1948 was the last year of the 41 body style since the war had been over for a couple years with the new body style being released the next year. The frenched lights are one of the signature features that many people love about these classic pieces of steel. This beauty has kept those classic bodylines and added some nice modern touches making this 48 a great car to drive. The black paint is slick and shows nicely with the chrome trim breaks it up a little. Under the hood is a 305 that gets the car down the road with ease. The TH350 transmission shifts nicely and is quick to down shift with a push of the throttle. The Ford 9” rear end has a great gear set of 2.75 allowing for very comfortable highway driving. Ofcourse with these old cars stance can make or brake a car and with this 48 you can it all. The air ride allows for a nice low stance when parked at those car shows and when your ready to leave simply hit the switches and your back to the correct ride height. Open the door and the first thing you notice is those procar seats. With decent side bolster and covered in black leather they not only look good but are super comfortable. With the rear seat done to match this 48 is ready for you and a couple friends to take a cruise. Options on this 1948 Fiord Sedan include; AM Radio, AC, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Cruise Control, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. This 1948 Ford Sedan is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. 1948 Ford Super Deluxe

1948 Ford Super Deluxe

Engine: 393 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 20,000 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to announce this outstanding 1948 Ford Deluxe Convertible for sale in our Scottsdale Showroom. This high-end, complete rebuild has had some very respectable hands involved in its restoration, utilizing an array of top-notch components and it shows! This build began with a 1948 Ford Deluxe V-8 Convertible beautifully restored to its original condition with burgundy paint and a tan top. A photo album details the build step-by-step, highlighting each stage. Kugel Komponents provided their expertise by customizing the chassis to handle the torque of a supercharged engine and fabricating a state-of-the-art independent suspension with calibrated coil-over shocks front and rear. Mitech Racing Engines bored and stroked a Ford Windsor engine out to 393 Cubic inches. Topped by a BDS Supercharger and dual Holley carbs, this engine produced 520 HP and 468 ft./lbs. of torque when dyno’d. A Ford C4 transmission has been called upon to put this immense power to the pavement. The removable Carson top and windshield chop are the work of Gene Winfield. The fenders were sculpted to the body, the final preparations made and “Candy Brandywine” paint was applied by Hot Rods by Boyd Coddington. This was one of the very last cars to come out of his shop in La Habra, CA. Bills Auto Upholstery in Brea, CA provided the luxurious all-leather camel interior with heated power seats. Many modifications were performed, some of which include: Installation of a 3.90:1 Posi Independent Rear End, 20-gallon Rock Valley stainless steel fuel tank, rack and pinion power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes w/electric vacuum pump, power windows, A/C, custom-made “Dougs Headers”, Blaupunkt Satellite Stereo System, “Appleton” spotlights on drivers & Passenger sides and the list is almost endless! You will want to make a trip to our Scottsdale Showroom just to see this unique and prestigious 1948 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible for sale NOW at Gateway Classic Cars in Scottsdale, Arizona. 1950 Ford Woody

1950 Ford Woody

Engine: 351 Windsor V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 80,875 ( undocumented )

A great deal of time, money, and effort has gone into making this old Ford Woody the perfect cruiser! After the second (current) owner purchased the car back in February of 1988 it was driven for a few years before it underwent a restoration of the wood panels on the car in 1994. Taking over a year to complete by a professional, the woodwork has held up nicely and, to this day it still looks great! Under the hood sits a 351 cubic inch Windsor V8 with only 2,500 miles put on since the professional rebuild by a reputable racing shop. The front suspension was replaced with Mustang II components providing a much nicer ride and premium control. As you slide into the interior that was reupholstered back in 2005, you will feel as if you were transported to a different era. A time in history where it was deemed “okay” to make most of the panels out of wood! Fire up that big V8, drop the transmission into drive, and start to cruise! You can almost hear the “Endless Summer” album by The Beach Boys, playing from the aftermarket stereo. The ride quality is very comfortable and feels safe even at higher speeds. The rack and pinion steering is smooth and much more precise than stock, and the disc brakes will stop you quickly. Everywhere you go, this old Ford is sure to turn heads and be a crowd pleaser! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1950 Ford Woody in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Mileage: 26,478 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Philadelphia showroom is a beautiful 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Galaxie. A mid-year model crossover, the '59 Fords were quite the mixed bag of badging. At various shows you'll often find patrons arguing whether it's a Fairlane, Fairlane 500, Galaxie, or Galaxie 500. Truth be known, they were actually all one in the same. Taking on the bigger and boatier lines of the Thunderbird, the Galaxies truly took on big bodied form, superseding the Ford Fairlanes. Continuing the Fairlane's roll as Ford's full-sized sedan, they had various options in various trims. This particular Fairlane being a four-door, still has a sporty feel, while maintaining the room needed for a family. This particular '59 Ford for sale left the factory with a 200 horsepower 332 V8 engine. Backing the small block Ford is an automatic “Cruise-O-Matic” transmission. Built for easy cruising, this 1959 Ford for sale is eager to take a trip down to local show or drive in movie! The exterior is a factory, Geranium, it has had at least one repaint, but is believe to be the original color form the factory. The interior is bath in a beautiful Oxford white and really sets off the exterior color. With fins and chrome like the epitome of any late 50s cruiser, this Fairlane for sale has looks for days! The interior is no different, with silver and gray vinyl interior. With benches both front and back, this car has plenty of room for you and a group of your friends and family. It's a real "drive-in special."
