Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S-Code. The 1967 Mustang Fastback has gone down as one of the must iconic cars of its era. The sweeping lines and big block engines available only make these cars more desirable and the reason they still bring premium money today. This example left the factory, as verified by the Mart report, with a 390 under the hood also known as an s-code. Taken done and built form the ground up the car is now packing a bored and stroked 390 with a total displacement of 445 cubic inches now giving this car a whole new level of power. Taken from a 69 T-Bird the motor now only has 500 miles on it since it was installed. The built c6 transmission handles all that power nicely shifting through all 3 gears without hesitation. The Ford 9-inch rear end has a 3.25 gear set making the car a pleasure to drive on the back roads and good enough to cruise down the highway. With the posi traction allowing for both rear wheels to lay down rubber at will. With the Grab-a-trac suspension gone through and rebuilt the car handles as if it was racing down the road in 1967. The upgraded Wilwood disc brakes bring this Pony to screeching holt just in case you right foot becomes a little too heavy. The paint on the car is slick and been taken back its original red with the base coat clear coat giving it an even deeper look. The ram air hood lets everyone know that this isn’t your average pony especially with the rumbling from that stroked out big block under the hood. A look inside shows that the original style parchment interior has been used giving the car that factory look. The magnum 500 wheels finish the car off nicely and were one the best wheels to leave the factory. If you have been wanting a great S-Code but a with a little more oomph this red rocket should do the trick. Options on this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S code include, AC, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Magnum 500 Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. 1968 Ford Mustang

1968 Ford Mustang

Engine: 302 CID V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 12,000 ( since rebuilt )

This awesome 1968 Ford Mustang is available at our Louisville KY showroom. The Terlingua Racing Team was named after a small community in Texas that Carrol Shelby and some close friends bought so they would have a place to go and blow off steam. Eventually Neale would draw up a logo that was placed on Shelby’s first ever GT350r right before its first race. As history has it that car would go on to win that first race and the emblem found its own place in the record books. This example is a great replica of what you would have seen racing in the SCCA Tran Am series of the day. The yellow paint is probably nicer than any of those race cars as it calls out for your attention. The stickers on the car are all classic 60’s and even has Shelby listed as social director which he actually was in Terlingua. Under the hood is a very healthy 302 that has a ton of power with a great exhaust note. Hit the button for the remote cutouts and that sweet exhaust note becomes a nasty growl. The C4 transmission handles the power nicely transferring to the 8 inch rear-end. Open the doors and a black vinyl interior is very inviting. The bucket seats are comfortable while giving you that old school feel. You will see something that never came in the original race cars and that is AC. Yes, you get the look and feel of an old school SCCA race car with the comfort of AC does it really get any better than that. If you have been wanting to get into a car that has the nostalgia racer look with some modern comfort thrown in this is the Pony for you. Options on this 1968 Ford Mustang include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires. 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350

1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350

Engine: 289 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 16,500 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1967 Ford Mustang! This 1967 Mustang for sale is looking sharp all dressed up in her red paint with white racing stripes. Adding to the red of this car is red vinyl and carpet in the interior and under the hood is where your friend will start seeing red as nestled in the narrow valley between the shock towers is a Ford 390 Cubic inch FE Big block power plant! Now I could have used the term “engine” or maybe “Mill” perhaps, but Power plant works best with 390 FE Ford. Sitting on top of this torque monster is a Holley® 4 barrel Carburetor to keep the energy fed to the thirst FE and giving you the instant throttle response that we all love. Backing this combo is the hardy C6 3 speed automatic transmission to give you tire shredding launches and still keep the rpms low on the interstate. This S code 1967 Mustang for sale was well equipped with it left the factory 51 Years ago, some of the options that stand out are Air conditioning and power steering! This classic pony car was one of the first to usher in the small car, big engine idea that helped a lot of us fall in love with cars. This little ’67 Mustang for sale has one more added bonus, the owner states that it has an incredible low, 56,786 miles on it! If I had purchased this car in 1967, I would have added that number to the odometer before heading home with the car. If you have always wanted one of these original sleepers, now is your chance, do not pass it by as “S” Code 1967’s don’t pop up for sale everyday.Options for this 1967 Mustang for sale include: Air Condition ( currently not blowing cold ) AM/FM Cd player, Power steering, Vinyl interior and American Racing® 5 spoke rims. 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible

1968 Ford Mustang Convertible

Engine: 289 CID V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 63,984 ( undocumented )

This good looking 1968 Ford Mustang convertible is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. The 1967 model year Mustang was the first redesign of the original model. Ford's designers began drawing up a larger version even as the original was achieving sales success, and while "Iacocca later complained about the Mustang's growth, he did oversee the redesign for 1967. The major mechanical feature was to allow the installation of a big-block V8 engine. The overall size, interior and cargo space were increased. Exterior trim changes included concave taillights, side scoop (1967 model) and chrome (1968 model) side ornamentation, square rear-view mirrors, and usual yearly wheel and gas cap changes. This convertible comes with the venerable 289 CID V8 engine with a C4 3-speed automatic transmission. The car may have been repainted at some time, but the original color is Lime Gold (Code I) and the current owner has had the car for over 15 years. The exterior has been finished with a nice set of factory rally wheels. It gives this a convertible just a little bit sportier look. The interior is Ivy Gold vinyl (Code 2G) and looks to be in very good shape. The black convertible top is in good condition and with a little care will last for years to come. If you’re looking for a nice week end cruiser for some top down fun in the fun, call before this little gem is scooped by another Mustang fanatic. Options for this 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible include; Power convertible Top, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Raised White Letter Radial tires.
