This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 67 Malibu is considered to be on of the best-looking cars of all times. It classic coke bottle styling is something that got everyone talking. While there were others who did it, some even before GM, they did it the best. Those sleek lines and multiple trim levels would out the fastback in the record books. This beautiful example is one of the cleanest ones I have seen. With a what is believed to be 53654 original miles on the car it was a great car to begin with. Not quite satisfied the decision was made to get the body laser straight and place the classic sleeper paint job look. The Nantucket Blue is classic to the Malibu, but the white painted top is something not often seen. With the paint job having a clear coat laid in top the shine on the car is guaranteed to draw a crowd. Underneath is clean as well, with no crazy patch jobs the pans look amazing. With front and rear sway bars added these 67 rides and drives like dream. Under the hood is a small block 350 which was bored .030 over making the total displacement of 355 CI’s. The double hump heads have been gone through and with all new valves, guides, and seats this small block is ready for the street. The L79 option came in either 325 or 350 horse power rating with this one having the 350 CAM. The additional work on the heads along with the added displacement this small block is estimated at 400HP. The Muncie M21 4 speed shifts out great with the clutch feeling just right. The rear end is a 10 bolt with a 3.08 gear set allowing for some decent highway driving. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a great 67 with plenty of power and that great sleeper look this 67 Malibu is the one for you. This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu options include, AM/FM/CD, Seat Belts, Power Steering, Cloth Interior, Hub Caps, and Radial Tires. For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom we have this great example of a 1976 Chevrolet Malibu Wagon. This story begins when the car was originally assembled in the Freemont California GM plant. Shipped out to Westlake Chevrolet Inc in Seattle where it was sold the first time. Today we are proud to feature this 2-owner wagon in our South Florida showroom. The second owner has it since 2015 in his possession and has gone through the mechanicals and refreshed pretty much everything. First let’s state here that this Malibu wagon runs fantastic. Powered by its rebuilds 350ci V8 with less than 20k miles on it since it was overhauled. The Chevy comes with following new parts: new aluminum core radiator, new A/C compressor (134), new battery, new fuel pump, new starter, new high output alternator, new water pump, new electronic ignition distributor, new 2-barrel carburetor, new power steering pump, new brakes all around, new rims and tires, new dual exhaust and more. The Malibu was repainted in its Buckskin color and features partial custom lace paint. She looks good all the way around. The interior of the car is mostly original and looks good for being 42 years old. Just the headliner has a couple of small tears and there is some discoloration caused by the sun. Other than that, you will feel very comfortable sitting in this beauty. Since this car was running on the west coast for almost its entire life the undercarriage is extremely nice. This wagon has not seen salt!!! Overall this is a very nice drive wagon that you could probably drive across country. With many options like: A/C, Power Brakes and Power Steering you will drive smooth down the highway. Perfect for the family to go on adventures and write new memories with this classic wagon. Let it ride!!! To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1976 Chevrolet Malibu, please visit gatewayclassiccars.com. Now for sale at our Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is this stunning 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS Convertible. Is there a better muscle car to drive? The ’65 convertible four speed is a car that is more rare than one might think. Less than 20,000 convertible Chevelles were made in total. Drop out the SS models equipped with four speeds and you’ve got quite a rare car. Almost 55 years later and there are very few of these machines left. Many of those on the road are in poor condition. The car was completely restored in 1995 by the second owner. The original 327 CID V8 was replaced in lieu of a beefier 10:1 350. The Super T-10 four-speed was left in place but was complemented with a new clutch. The interior was revamped with a Year One interior kit and Stewart Warner gauges. The most special change made was the awesome and unique liquid flame paint job. Since then the cooling system has been upgraded along with a few trim components. This car was put together to be driven rather than just looked at. It drives excellently. The engine is a 1969 350 SB bored 0.30-inch over, balanced, blueprinted, iron GM rods, Speed Pro flat top 10:1 pistons, Comp Cams CS-XE2684-10 hydraulic camshaft, Weiand four-barrel aluminum intake manifold, Holley Street Avenger 670-cfm carburetor, Accel HEI ignition, Hedman headers, Flowmaster dual 2 ½ inch exhaust and assembly by Gary Langseth. Rebuilt OE suspension with 11-inch clutch. 12 bolt rear end with 3:73 posi differential. The wheels are Billet Specialty 17x7, 4.75-inch. Inside you will find a Hurt shifter, Chevrolet walnut three-spoke steering wheel, Custom Auto Sound AM/FM stereo. Lee’s Custom Collision did the Ember Red multi-stage urethane paint job and the flames done by Auto Art’s Charles Armstrong in Prescott, AZ. Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this beautiful 1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS (Tribute) convertible. The color combination is absolutely gorgeous with the Sienna Blue exterior and matching blue interior. 1964 was the first year for the first generation of a car that went on to become one of the most loved American classics of all time. The Malibu was basically the top of the line Chevelle and came in a number of body styles. You could get a four-door sedan, two-door sport coupe hardtop, convertible or a two-seat station wagon. This being the convertible, it is the most desirable of all. The interiors were more lavish than the basic cars. In 1964 the top performance option was a 300hp 327 CID V8 engine. This one has a 350 CID V8 with even more power. It is bolted to the 4-speed manual transmission to give you the best driver focused experience. You really feel connected to the car in this one. The Malibu used to be considered an awesome rear drive American muscle car. But if you go to the Chevrolet dealership in 2018 you will see the nameplate on a front drive economy car. Sometimes we questions the moves that GM make. But, don’t go and buy the new and boring one, buy this one! Features include seat belts, 4-speed, Posi-Traction and rally wheels. Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this gorgeous 1964 Chevelle Malibu. The Chevelle was intended to compete with the Fairlane and was supposed to reflect a car similar in size to the Classic Tri-Five of the decade prior. They would go down as being some of the most memorable cars of our time. The Malibu continued its reign as the leading seller of the Chevelle and would continue to do so throughout the Chevelle’s life, because it boasted the highest number of model options with the 4-door sport sedan, 2-door sport coupe, convertible, 4-door sedan, and 2-seat station wagon. One could get anything from a base model 300 coupe with a 230 CI inline 6 with a 3 on the tree, to a 4-door wagon with a 327 and a 4-speed manual, to a fire-breathing 375 HP 396 CID V8 in the SS model. If you wanted it, chances are it could be found in a Chevelle. This beautiful edition of a 1964 Malibu Chevelle is equipped with a period and date code correct 230 CI Inline 6 and the “3 on the tree” 3 speed manual transmission. The car was resprayed back to its original Ember Red factory paint “code 922” in 2009. The red vinyl interior really matches well with the exterior and really gives this car that 60’s nostalgia. This car has been in a couple of movies and music videos and is just the right amount of cool with that cruiser drivetrain. For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a low mile 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Sports Coupe. This 61’ Bel Air has been in the same family since it was bought new in 1961. It was parked in 1967 with 32,000 miles on the odometer. Over the next 18 years the car was driven just 4,000 miles, and in 1985 it was purchased by the current owner, the grandson of the original buyer. In the mid-80’s the Bel Air received a refreshed coat of paint on the bottom half of the car of the original Sea Mist Turquoise. Other than the respray, the car is original and maintains the survivor status. The vinyl interior features light and dark shades of green. The vinyl upholstery is original and not perfect but does show well considering its age of almost 60 years. The dash is no nonsense and to the point, it matches the color of the upholstery nicely. The original inline 6-cylinder engine still powers this old Bel Air and is mated to the original 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The odometer reads 39,423, which represents the actual mileage on the car! Options for this 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Sports Coupe include: Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, Hub Caps, and White Wall Radial Tires. This 61’ Bel Air would be a perfect candidate for a Pro Touring setup with a fuel injected V8 and modern transmission, or it would be just fine for someone to enjoy as it is and appreciate the survivor qualities it brings to the show. To view this 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Sports Coupe in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis Showroom.
