Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this gorgeous 1964 Chevelle Malibu. The Chevelle was intended to compete with the Fairlane and was supposed to reflect a car similar in size to the Classic Tri-Five of the decade prior. They would go down as being some of the most memorable cars of our time. The Malibu continued its reign as the leading seller of the Chevelle and would continue to do so throughout the Chevelle’s life, because it boasted the highest number of model options with the 4-door sport sedan, 2-door sport coupe, convertible, 4-door sedan, and 2-seat station wagon. One could get anything from a base model 300 coupe with a 230 CI inline 6 with a 3 on the tree, to a 4-door wagon with a 327 and a 4-speed manual, to a fire-breathing 375 HP 396 CID V8 in the SS model. If you wanted it, chances are it could be found in a Chevelle. This beautiful edition of a 1964 Malibu Chevelle is equipped with a period and date code correct 230 CI Inline 6 and the “3 on the tree” 3 speed manual transmission. The car was resprayed back to its original Ember Red factory paint “code 922” in 2009. The red vinyl interior really matches well with the exterior and really gives this car that 60’s nostalgia. This car has been in a couple of movies and music videos and is just the right amount of cool with that cruiser drivetrain. Options on this beautiful 1964 Chevelle Malibu include: Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior,Seatbelts, Rally Wheels and white wall radial tires. 1964 Chevrolet C10

Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: 3-speed automatic
Mileage: 1,000 ( since rebuilt )

This awesome 1964 Chevrolet C10 is now for sale in our Houston, TX showroom. The C/K series was introduced in 1960 as Chevrolet's full size pick up line. The C denoted 2-wheel drive models, while the K referred to 4-wheel drive models. An instant success, the line would remain in production for over 40 years; but the vintage models like this '64 are guaranteed to pull at the heartstrings. This long bed has gone through a ton of work in order to get it to where you see today. The body on this beauty is straight with the dark maroon paint showing nicely. The combination of the ruby red paint and the silver trim work shows nicely with the long strip down the side giving the bed some depth when looking at it from the side. The new wood bed was laid down with the chrome slats complimenting the exterior theme. Inside you will notice the interior that looks like it came out of a 2014 not a 1964. The leather seats are powered with a custom center console to separate them. All of those cup holders will come in handy when you're watching the next movie on the flip out screen. The Pioneer unit flips out, revealing a touch-screen for easy operation. Under the hood is a small block 350 CID V8 that was rebuilt in 2015 with less than 1k miles on it since. It is dressed out with chrome valve covers with the rest painted to match the truck. If you have been wanting to get a cool custom truck that has all the comfort of a new truck, then this '64 is the one for you. Other nice custom touches to the truck include under carriage LED accent lighting, a red tinted back windshield, power seats, billet steering wheel, vinyl bed cover, custom embroidered seats, remote engine start, & much more. 1964 Chevrolet Corvair

1964 Chevrolet Corvair

Engine: 6 Cylinder 110hp
Transmission: 2 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 95,145 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible! The Corvair was born out of the need for a fuel-efficient, mid-sized car in GM’s lineup to enter a new class of cars that consisted of the Nash Rambler and imports from Europe, such as Volkswagen, Renault, and Fiat. The Corvair was released to much fanfare in 1960. For 1964 significant engineering changes occurred, while the model lineup and styling remained relatively unchanged. The engine displacement was increased from 145 to 164 cu in by an increase in stroke. The base engine power increased from 80 to 95 hp, and the high performance engine increased from 95 to 110 hp. 1964 saw an improvement in the car's swing axle rear suspension with the addition of a transverse leaf spring along with softer rear coil springs designed to diminish rear roll stiffness and foster more neutral handling. Spring rates could now be softer at both ends of the car compared to previous models. The heavy duty suspension was no longer optional, although all models now had a front anti-roll bar as standard. Brakes were improved with finned rear drums This example is black on black with a very nice red interior. The top is in great shape and the car is clean and complete! This 1964 Corvair Monza Convertible for sale is located in our Indianapolis Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including a High Def video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1966 Chevrolet Impala

1966 Chevrolet Impala

Engine: 327 Small Block
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 87,244 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this beautiful 1966 Impala 2-door. The exterior is finished in a beautiful red and the interior is done in custom red/pearl which matches amazingly. Under the hood you will find a revuilt 283 CID V8 engine. The power is delivered to the wheels via a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The distributor, coil, cap and rotor have recently been changed. 1966 represented the second model year for the fourth generation Impala. Redesigned in 1965, the Impala set an all-time industry annual sales record of more than 1 million units in the United States. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the "X" frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body that featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension. The Impala would be the #2-selling convertible in the US in 1966, with 38,000 sold; it was beaten only by the Mustang. It was the final generation of Impala before they started being robbed of power from the new emissions control systems brought in in the early 70’s. Anyone looking at the pictures and video of this beautiful machine can clearly see why it’s a great buy. The design is timeless. Don’t wait until it’s gone to inquire. Don’t miss your chance to get behind the wheel of this one. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more information. Financing and shipping options are available.
