All original and numbers matching! This well kept coupe looks like it just stepped right out of the showroom as it did 90 years ago. The gray exterior paint was redone over 8 years ago and still looks very nice with minimal blemishes. The stock all-steel body has not been hacked up and is riding along smoothly on a set of steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps and wrapped in Coker radial wide white wall tires for extra stability. As you slide on into the interior you can feel the springy bench seat adjust to your weight. Settle in and put the key in the ignition and turn it not to start it, but to unlock the steering column. Flip the switch into the “on” position, push in the clutch, pull the choke while giving it a couple pumps of the accelerator, and hit the button resulting in an almost instantaneous start followed by a smooth purr. The 3-speed standard gear box connected to the flathead V8 makes for a fun and unique driving experience. It is not a high powered hot rod, but it is still just as fun to cruise down the main drag and turn some heads! This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1932 Ford 3 window Deuce Coupe. This hot rod was very carefully built to be as accurate as possible to a hot rod from back int he good ole days, 1957 specifically. Going with the 1957 hot rod theme, the car is powered by a period correct Corvette 283. The stout 283 is backed by a 1939 Ford 3 speed manual transmission and a 1940 Ford rear end housing 4.10 gears. The frame is an original 1932 as is the metal gas tank and radiator shell. The body is from Outlaw and features an original firewall appearance. Topping the 283 is an original 1947 Cadillac air cleaner. The exhaust has been Jet Coated in black from the manifolds all the way back to the exhaust tips. The build looks as if the car was sent to us from the past via a time machine. Painted in a high gloss black with the red frame exposed and matched by the red steel wheels with chrome beauty rings and white wall tires(radials). The exposed engine bay also adds to the vintage hot rod theme. Don't be confused with builds of today. This one is no frills and all thrills. No A/C or power steering, this is a hot rod! It is also a proven show winner. It took Street Rodder Top 10 at Goodguys and received the Magnum Axle/ Real Hot Rod award from Goodguys. There's no question that the intended vintage hot rod theme was executed with precision. License plates shown on the car are not included. Engine: 383 StrokerTransmission: 350 AutomaticMileage: 25703 ( undocumented )
Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this 1929 Ford Coupe. Do you want to be ordinary or extraordinary? If your answer is extraordinary, then you have chosen the right “Hot Rod.” When you think of a “Hot Rod” or “Muscle Car”, the first cars that come to mind are Camaro’s, Mustang’s, Cuda’s, etc. This is none of the above and yet, it’s still one super cool “Hot Rod.” It is a tie for first place when it comes to what catches your attention initially, but one thing is for certain and two things are for sure, your answer will either be the bright yellow paint, or the sound of the mean 383 stroker motor. Whichever one you choose, you won’t be wrong. The yellow paint is bright enough to make you feel like your looking at the sun, which is offset by a beautiful strategically placed flat back hood and black capped roof. The real show stopper of the exterior is the exposed chromed-out engine displaying chrome long tube headers. Just when you thought you thought you had the color combination figured out, another twist appears. Take a look inside and you will find burgundy bucket seats. Talk about extraordinary! Don’t worry about being squished in this coupe either, there’s plenty of room to fit four comfortably. Three’s company, four is a crowd, so load up your friends and family and enjoy cruising this “Sweet” ride. The 350 turbo automatic transmission will allow you to keep a hand free at all times to wave at the onlookers as they acknowledge your ‘29 Ford Coupe. Options include AM/FM Radio, Hub Caps, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, and Radial Tires. It’s nice to be part of the in-crowd, but it is even better when you are the cause of the crowd. This 1929 Ford Coupe is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to present this Kustom 1939 Ford Coupe. Yes… that’s custom with a K, and I’ll tell you why. In the 1960’s car customizers were going to greater lengths than ever before to differentiate their builds from those of their contemporaries. One person that became a household name was know for his over the top builds, and that man was George Barris. Barris was pioneer in custom car design and fabrication along with other greats like Norm Grabowski, Bill Hinds, and Gene Winfield. George Barris and his brother started the “Kustoms Car Club of LA” in the mid 50’s, some suspect Von Dutch’s misspelling on a sign, likely intentional, to be the reason for the K in the club name. Kustoms of this era can be broken down into two categories Mild and Full Kustom. This 1939 Ford Coupe for sale is a great example of a modern Mild Kustom. The original beauty of the car’s lines has been retained however custom headlight and tail light treatments have been used, the interior is covered in leather like pleat and roll vinyl as are the running boards on the exterior, the floors covered in a gold medium pile carpet, and gold flake zodiac vinyl piping has been added to tie the interior to the stunning gold flake paint job on the outside. This gold flaked kustom has won the best flake award the Billetproof car show and it is no wonder why… it’s a flake lovers dream and looks like something straight from a 1960’s Autorama winner’s circle. Powering this 1939 Ford Coupe is a small block chevy that has Cal Custom’s valve covers to continue the theme of a 1960’s build. There are obviously a few departures from the old school here, the major two for most people being the installation of air conditioning and a modern sound system. Safety belts have also been added along with power steering and brakes to make this Kustom as safe as it is kool. If you’re ready to go back to the 60s or just want a little more information, please give us a call in the Nashville Showroom at 615.213.1800 or you can visit us online at www.GatewayClassicCars.com

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this cool 1940 Ford Coupe for sale. Between the attention-grabbing paint job and the relatively modern powertrain, this car is sure to be a fun toy for the new owner. Under the hood of this beauty is a Chevrolet 350 CID V8 engine that has been rebuilt roughly 1,900 miles ago. When driving the car, one can tell that this engine is fresh thanks to the abundance of power and a strong, smooth pull all throughout the rev range. The engine is kept cool thanks to a Walker radiator. Also, the car is equipped with Sanderson headers to provide a mean sound. Sending the power to the rear end is a turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. The rear end in this sweet ride is a curry 9" that is geared just right to provide the car with a good balance of acceleration and top end. The handling of this beauty is greatly enhanced by the front end sourced from a Mustang II. Helping bring the car to a brisk stop are power disc brakes at all four corners. Overall, this car drives like a relatively modern car and is very fun. Upon entering the cabin of the vehicle, the driver will notice the completely redone tan leather interior. The seats are very comfortable and provide much more support than the original style seats would have. This car also is equipped with comfort features such as power windows, heat, air conditioning, heated seats, and a custom radio and sound system. The trunk of the car has also been done in the tan leather theme of the interior and looks great. Adding to the cool features of this car is the fact that the trunk lid is power and comes up with the push of a button! Overal, the interior of this beauty was very well thought out and is comfortable. Moving outward, the exterior features a bright yellow basecoat with flames painted running from front to rear. The paint is in pretty good shape and would really come alive with a proper detailing and waxing. supporting each corner of the vehicle are american racing rally wheels wrapped in almost new BFG radial tires. Overall, this car is in good shape and runs well. For sale in our Nashville showroom is one smoking hot 1946 Ford Coupe. When this car hit the market in 1946 it was the best of both worlds, a little sporty, but could seat the whole family, however it wasn’t going to outrun the law. Up until the late 1990’s the original owner had this car which over time turned into any moonshiner’s dream. The car was hopped up with a strong V8 small block Chevrolet backed by a turbo-350 transmission this is a peppy little car that would have had an easy time out running Johnny law in the early 1950’s. The suspension has been beefed up with aftermarket shocks, and the interior was swapped out with something a little newer. Wearing hot rod red, there wouldn’t be much blending in so fast was the way they’d get the job done. Slide behind the steering wheel and you can see for yourself a view not too dissimilar than that of the moonshiners that participated in the very first NASCAR races in 1948. Now… did this car ever make a shine run? Maybe, maybe not… but who’s to say? Options include:AM/FM, Cassette, wire wheels, Power steering, Power Brakes, Cloth custom interior, and Radial Tires. Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this awesome 1953 Ford F100. This ‘53 Ford F100 is the one you have been waiting for. Too often you see cars and trucks that have been personalized past the point of no return. Fortunately, that is not the case with this truck. Looking at this beautiful fire engine red truck is like an artist looking at an open idea. You can leave it the way it is and have loads of fun, or modify it to your liking. The overall stock look is very appealing with the bright red paint and black running boards. The simplistic chrome “dog dish” hub caps and painted steel wheels takes you down memory lane. There is just enough chrome displayed to add to the look, but not take away from the nostalgic feel. You don’t run into these 1953 Ford F100’s in this type of shape often. The simple basic feel carries right over into the light brown vinyl bench seat interior. This truck makes you want to hop in, drive to a huge open field, and sip a tall glass of lemonade. With only a few knobs and switches on the inside, the bright chrome gauge cluster captures your eyes showing speedometer, oil pressure, volts, water temp, and fuel. Powering this classic F100 is a Ford 289 “Y” block mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. Adding to the vintage package is the fact that it is “three on the tree.” It doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to a pure throwback classic. If it’s too tame for you, let your imagination run wild. The best thing about this 1953 Ford F100 is the fact you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Options include Spare Tire, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, and a Wood Slat truck bed. Don’t miss your opportunity to take a trip down memory lane. There is still plenty of country roads out there to explore and car shows to pull up to. Thank you for your interest in this unique 1927 Ford T-Bucket Roadster. This classic Ford is turn key and ready to fly down the street. This 1927 T-Bucket is very fun to drive and always turns heads. The Ford Model T was extremely popular and helped to put America on the road and the millions that were sold meant there was no shortage of small roadster bodies available for customization ever since the 1920’s. In the 1950’s the T-Bucket was named by Norm Grabowski and appeared in the show 77 Sunset Strip. An Icon was established that continues to live on amongst hot-rodders today. Titled as a 1927 Ford, this T-Bucket really stands out in the crowd with its black paint and hotrod blue flames. The brown vinyl interior and wood grain dash really add the finishing touch to this T-Bucket. This T-Bucket is a thrill to drive with a classic 350 Cubic Inch V8 that is fed by 2 Holley 4bbl carburetor and even has a new Holley Red fuel pump. Available now in our DFW Showroom is this impressive 1967 Ford Galaxie! Period advertisements boasted that the Ford Galaxie 500 was quieter than a Rolls-Royce, which was their way of boasting about how well the engineers had done in isolating the new frame from the new body. The reasons for this were practical enough, it was the first year since 1956 that the Ford and Mercury full-sized cars again shared their essential architecture, basic frame and basic body structures (with variations), in a bid to increase profitability. The 1967 version of the Galaxie was reskinned, which produced new two-door hardtop/fastback rooflines. The LTD variant now shared the two-door roofline, but the rear side glass shape was altered for a more formal appearance, and technically speaking, LTD became a series of its own this year. This Ford Galaxie underwent a full restoration in 2008, at this time the motor was rebuilt along with the transmission too. The black and red interior, including matching dash, really stands out. Especially with the word “Galaxie” stitched on both the passenger and driver side bench seat and “Ford” in the backseat. It is also equipped with a set of Boston-acoustic speakers. Which can really help you hear the tunes as you’re flying around in this vehicle, windows down and wind in your hair. What is it that’s creating that wind? No folks, that’s not just a 390 decal on the side, that’s what this bad boy comes with, a rebuilt 390CID-315HP 4BBL, with a 4-speed manual transmission. No question, it was made to get you where you’re going in a hurry. Finally, all this is riding around on a quality set of American Racing Wheels. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
