The second generation Chevy II Nova was produced by GM for the 1966-1967 model years and included 2 -door, 4-door and 4-door station wagon versions. Of the 106,500 total vehicles built in 1967, only 12,900 were wagons. The base power plant was an inline 6-cylinder, 194 cubic inch motor mated to a 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission with column mounted shifter. The top of the line for these models was the venerable 327 cubic inch V8 that turned the Nova into a proper muscle car! This tastefully customized 1967 Chevy II Nova Station Wagon is powered by a rebuilt 327 Chevrolet V8 with a mild cam added. This mill looks and sounds serious and features chrome detailing, new aluminum radiator, new headers and stainless steel Magnaflow exhaust system. On the exterior, the body was stripped to bare metal and bathed in 1967 Chevy Marina Blue. All the glass was replaced including new rubber, chrome trim, bumpers and molding pieces sourced via the OPG Company. Additional features include Four-Wheel CCCP Disc Brakes, power steering, AM/FM/CD Stereo and custom aluminum 17-inch wheels. The interior has been completely redone and features new seats, carpet, door panels and even the headliner! Enjoy this ride on your way to a show or football tailgate! 1969 Chevrolet Nova

Engine: 427 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 16,698 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to offer a bad to the bone 1969 Chevrolet Nova. This ’69 Nova is a bit of a sleeper. From the outside, all you’ll see is a slick coat of burgundy paint, with plain jane steel wheels and hub caps. As long as the car isn’t running, you might be able to convince someone it’s just a base model Nova. It’s not until you crank up this beast that you’ll hear the Merlin block 427 roar and realize this is not your grandpa’s Nova. This Big Block beast runs GM aluminum cylinder heads and manifold. It has a Crower crank, roller rockers, forged rods, and of course, a sweet sounding set of headers. This Nova may be hopped up, but the appearance makes it looks factory. Under the hood, you’ll find a mostly stock looking Chevy engine bay from the orange block paint, to the chrome valve covers and air cleaner lid. Without he headers, you’d think it came from the factory that way. Inside you’ll find a factory style interior which is in great shape and features bucket seats as well as a center console to house the 4-speed shifter. This is a nicely documented build with most invoices from the engine build. It is a street car and has not been raced, although it could probably handle a drag strip quite well. You can see this awesome 1969 Chevrolet Nova in our Chicago showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 708-444-4488 or chicago@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Mileage: 3,056 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer this hot little 1965 Chevy Nova wagon for sale in their Indianapolis showroom. This isn’t the little red wagon you pulled around as a kid…this is a beautifully restored, ready to cruise, head turner that will make you smile each time you turn the key! A four-year-old restoration that touched every part of the car, you’ll find bits of original, bits of new, and bits of personality at each corner. The interior was restored to mostly original, with red vinyl bench seats, new carpet, and door panels. The dash is a mix of old and new, with new gauges, a neatly hidden audio system tucked into the glovebox, and a chromed tilt steering wheel. The rear tailgate has the power operating rear window and hidden inside the sidewall you’ll find the adjustable air-ride system. Outside, the white top pops against the fire engine red paint job. The car is slightly lowered and sits on custom wheels and tires. Under the hood lurks a 350 V8 with fewer than 3,100 miles since its rebuild. Power is sent through a 700R 4-speed automatic driving a 3.73 posi-trac rear end. Power steering and brakes have been added to make the car more enjoyable to cruise. This is a great little wagon, and you’ll look long and hard to find another as nice as this little Nova. Engine: V8 Big Block

Jump in, sit back, strap yourself in, and take a deep breath as Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa presents this “Pro Street” 1967 Chevrolet Nova. This is a high-performance muscle car at its finest. Look at the aggressive stance this “Bad to the Bone” monster presents. With “skinnies” up front and monstrous tires in the back, it’s not hard to tell this Nova means business. If that’s not enough, peek into the outer-space-deep black paint and you will quickly realize that you’re not dreaming as you see your reflection in the mirror-like finish. Look at the chrome air cleaners peeking through the cowl hood. If you still think this car is all show, raise the hood; nothing says “GO” more than a big block V8 Chevy. This isn’t a stock big block. What you are looking at is a 496 with Edlebrock aluminum heads. This motor doesn’t just say “GO,” it says “I Go Blistering Fast,” and that is before you turn the key. Hop inside and you will find deluxe, black bucket vinyl interior in excellent condition. One turn of the key and this “BEAST” awakens. Your heart will start to pump, adrenaline start to race, and you may even feel butterflies in your stomach; however, you will feel more alive than you ever have. The best part of this “Pro Street” build is the back seat was retained, so you can take the entire family for a cruise. You have all the necessary gauges in sight to monitor the fuel, water temperature, volts, oil pressure, and of course, a monster tach to view your RPM’s. Options include Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, Fuel Cell, and Kill Switch. You can take this ‘67 Nova coupe to the track or cruise it around town, either way you will be the person everyone remembers in that “Nasty black 1967 Pro Street Nova”. The only thing quicker than this Nova is how fast it will sell. Don’t get left in the dust. Wake up tomorrow saying, “I’m the proud owner of this Monster,” rather than, “I should have called when I saw it.” This 1967 Chevrolet Nova is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1967 Chevrolet Nova SS

1967 Chevrolet Nova SS

Engine: 327 V8
Transmission: Muncie 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 91,757 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this 1967 Chevrolet Nova SS. Let’s answer the main question everyone is asking themselves. Is it a “REAL” SS? The answer is…Yes, this is absolutely a real ‘67 Nova SS car with a 118 VIN number Super Sport. This is one of the most sought after Nova’s made. The body style for this Nova was only a two-year run. 1967 marked the last year of the shoebox Nova style. In 1968, Chevrolet would turn to a more rounded slant back body style. This is the type of Muscle Car one dreams about. Does it get any better than a Marina Blue ‘67 SS car? No! The paint glistens even though it was restored back in 1987. The chrome gleams accenting the aggressive Nova look these cars are known for. Add in the fact that it has Crager S/S wheels all the way around the car, keeping it true to its lineage. When you look inside, you will notice how nice of condition the black deluxe interior is in. Sporting the bucket seats with the SS console your eyes are drawn to the 4-speed shifter. Yes, you read correctly, 4-speed. The Muncie 4-speed manual transmission is the staple of any “true” muscle car. Also, located on the inside of this “Deuce Coupe” is A/C for those hot summer days cruising the town. Now to the most important part of any muscle car. What’s under the hood? What else would be under the hood other than a nicely built 327. Again, the same theme keeps popping up here; This is an authentic-real-true muscle car. The 327 is dressed and displays high performance upgrades, such as the Edlebrock Hi-rise and Holley carburetor. The snappy V8 motor with an attitude has camel hump heads and breathes through Flowmaster Exhaust. Options include AM/FM Radio with USB, A/C, Spare Tire, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, Front Disc Brakes, Dual Mirrors, Tinted Glass, and a Cowl Hood. This 1967 Chevrolet Nova SS is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 350 V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 55,557 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer one of the most famous muscle cars – The 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS. One of the toughest little overachievers ever to harass traditional midsize muscle cars was the 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS. Never a style leader, this compact car was for the serious enthusiast who wanted to go fast on a budget and still have a lightweight cruiser. These Nova's are the guerrilla fighters of the muscle jungle. A low profile and a high power-to-weight ratio is the secret. This Super Sport edition for sale has extra chrome, blackout trim details, and small SS emblems. However, the Nova SS by no means shouts "hot car." Hooked to an automatic turbo 350 and a 350 Chevy motor, this little deuce coupe has no problem catching the big-cube glamour boys sleeping at the lights. The Chevy Nova for sale still retains a stout power plant. Options on the lean, mean SS Nova include AM/FM/Cassette/CD Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires. This 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1966 Chevrolet Nova II

1966 Chevrolet Nova II

Engine: 350 V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Auto
Mileage: 824 ( undocumented )

We have a fantastic 1966 Chevy II Nova here in our Milwaukee location. It features a slick black paint with black interior with bucket seats and a center console automatic shifter. It features a 350ci small block Chevrolet boasting a little over 500hp. This is a rare car made for power, no air conditioning or power steering. Turn the key and feel it rumble, the sound it gives off is amazing. 1966 Chevy IIs introduced an extensive sharp-edged restyle based in part on the Super Nova concept car. In general, proportions were squared up but dimensions and features changed little. Highlights included a bold grille and semi-fastback roofline. "Humped" fenders in an angular rear end were reminiscent of larger 1966 Chevrolets, though the 1966 Chevy II and Nova had vertical taillights and single headlights. The lineup again started with Chevy II 100 and Chevy II Nova 400 models. For just $159 (equal to $1,199.27 today) more than a Nova 400, buyers could choose a Nova Super Sport. Available only in a Sport Coupe, the Nova SS was top of the line. The 194 cu in (3.18 L) inline-six was standard on the Super Sport, but any Chevy II (excluding four-cylinder) engine could be coupled with the SS. The Nova SS was visually distinguished by wide rocker panels and a bright aluminum deck lid cove. It had bright SS emblems on the grille and in the ribbed rear panel, and Super Sport script on the quarter panels. Wheel covers were inherited from the 1965 Malibu SS. Strato-bucket front seats were included, but a tachometer cost extra. The ’66 Chevy II sales brochure clearly promoted the Super Sport as the “Chevrolet Chevy II Nova Super Sport,” but the name "Nova" was not used anywhere on the body. Front and rear emblems displayed "Chevy II SS. In 1967, Chevy II was still the name of the vehicle, but the Nova SS option package replaced all Chevy II badging with Nova SS badging. This beautiful vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1966 Chevy II Nova in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Engine: V8 Small Block 350
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 117 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Ft. Lauderdale is proud to present this beautiful 1967 Chevrolet II. The Chevy II was one of the fastest new-car development programs in GM history. Just 18 months after the designers got the green light, the first production Chevy II rolled off the Willow Run, Michigan, assembly line in August of 1961. The 1962 Chevy II was never intended to be revolutionary in concept or execution, its mission was to give Chevrolet buyers a simple, back-to-the-basics compact car. There was a lot of debate within the Chevrolet organization over just what to call this car, and the decision to go with "Chevy II" was a late one. Among the finalists was Nova, which lost out because it didn't start with a "C,". Ultimately the Nova badge would replace Chevy II, but that wouldn't happen until 1969. This amazing 1967 Chevy II is definitely a step up from the rest. With a stunning pearlescent white paint job with a flat black stripe on the hood. With a mint black vinyl interior, she's bound to turn heads wherever it goes. Sitting on a church boys racing front suspension. Under the hood sits a 350 small block V8 with Roller Rocker Arms, Shorty headers, a Holley 670 Carb, and a Holley Aluminum Manifold. It also sports a MSD 6AL ignition, a Mallory Distributor, MSD wires, Tall Aluminum Valve Covers, a Flexalite Radiator, and a 3000 CFM Fan. The motor is mated to a TCI 350 Transmission with a BTM Pro Rachet Shifter, Global West Frame Connectors, 10 Bolt Rear, 373 Posi, and new Monroe Air Shocks. Rocking duel exhausts with H Pipe and FlowMaster Mufflers, this 1967 Chevy II sounds incredible! Looking at the immaculate dash, you will notice the blue Dakota Digital gauges giving this classic a modern feel. Equipped with a Kenwood stereo, Pandora Radio ready with USB ports and Aux cable capability. With push button ignition, and a custom short center console, and custom headrests, this car is truly one of a kind. This 1967 Chevy II will make the perfect daily driver or trophy winner for drivers both old and young. To see an HD video of this 1967 Chevrolet II visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com

It has A/C, cruise control, power windows and door locks. It also features a 3” lift with skid plates. There were eight different versions of the C/K line: Fleetside Single Cab, Fleetside Extended Cab, Fleetside Crew Cab, and Stepside Single Cab models, each in either 2WD (C) or 4WD (K) drive-lines. This extended cab was the first to be offered on a GM pickup. Another significant change was the addition of independent front suspension to all models. Three trim levels were available: Cheyenne, Scottsdale, and Silverado. Engines were a 160 hp (119 kW) 4.3 L V6, a 175 hp (130 kW) 5.0 L V8, a 210 hp (157 kW) 5.7 L V8 and a 6.2 L diesel V8. A 230 hp (172 kW) 7.4 L V8 was available in the 3/4-ton and one-ton trucks. Most of the powertrain were a carryover from the 1987 R/V with fuel injection. To enhance durability the trucks featured extensive use of galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and a fully welded frame with a boxed front section for strength and rigidity.[70] During the development of the GMT400 platform GM designers based their prototypes on the compact GMT325 S-series (S10 and S15/Sonoma) - upon the official release the GMT400 were the first GM vehicles to use an electronic speedometer, and a serpentine accessory drive. Some consider the GMT400 as a scaled up version of the S10/Sonoma with rounded off contours - later incorporated into the second generation S-series.
