1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street

1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street

Engine: 605 CID Hemi Big Block
Transmission: Automatc
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1968 Dodge Dart Pro Street “Indy Cylinder Head built the Dart”. It has a Hemi -- 605 cubic inches monster engine! That was reflected on the dyno sheets that Indy supplied with the engine: 836.8 horsepower and 752 lb.-ft of torque. The Hemi was teamed with an equally stout J.W. Performance Transmission–built 727 with a 4,200-stall converter and a narrowed rear end equipped with Strange axles and a Detroit Locker that are up to the task of taming all that Hemi power. Outside, what was left of the original Dart’s body structure was plenty enough to build from, once the floors and quarters were replaced with new steel. AAR Fiberglass’ bolt-on hood, bumper, front fender, doors, and decklid reproductions -- plus a ’68 Super Stock–style hood scoop -- were fitted and installed before the two-stage Sikkens Viper Red enamel went on. Inside, it’s a combination of race-car safety hardware and high-end cruiser, with leather covering the SCAT racing seats, dash and door panels, and custom carpets on the floors. As for a sound system, the Hemi’s custom exhaust system is for that purpose. Engine: There’s big, there’s huge—and then there’s this Indy Cylinder Head–built Street Legend Hemi. Displacing 605 inches, it features Indy’s aluminum 41/2-inch bore block, with a forged Callies crankshaft and Eagle H-beam rods, forged 10.75:1 compression Wiseco pistons, and a Comp Cams solid-roller camshaft. A pair of Indy’s 426-1RA heads, ported Indy intake with a 1050-cfm Holley Dominator, MSD ignition, and a custom-built exhaust system finalize the overgrown air pump. Transmission: J.W. Performance Transmission-built 727 with a reverse–manual valve body, 9-inch/4,200 stall convertor with a trans brake, B&M shifter, and a Gear Vendors overdrive. Rear: Narrowed 9-inch is filled with a 4.56-geared Detroit Locker differential and Strange axles. Suspension: (Front) Art Morrison’s Super Strut, (Rear) X-link with Strange coil overs and ladder bars. Brakes: Four-wheel discs with Wilwoods in front and Strange Engineering rotors and calipers in the rear. Wheels/Tires: Welds and Mickey Thompsons (Front) 15x4½-inch wheels on 26x7.50x15 M/T Sportsman tires, (Rear) 15x14-inch Double Bead lock wheels on M/T’s 32x17.50x15 ET Streets. Paint/Body: Original unibody had its floors and trunk replaced before it was fitted to the round-tube frame. AAR Fiberglass provided the hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and bumpers, and Rick Perry (aided by Don Reese and Ron Sheed) got it all ready for the Sikkens two-stage Viper Red enamel. Interior: Fernando Torres custom-stitched the SCAT Sportsman race bucket seats, door panels, and dash pad in tan leather with matching suede inserts. Steering wheel is a repro Tuff one on a Flaming River tilter, and tan/brown carpets cover the floors. This is one serious bad boy, gas sucking, tire evaporating machine! She will really get up and go! This car is truly one of a kind. This is the one you want to own. Make it yours today. 1966 Oldsmobile 442

1966 Oldsmobile 442

Engine: 400 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 300 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars Philadelphia offers this exquisite this striking 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 at our showroom located in West Deptford, NJ! With competition coming from all directions, Oldsmobile came out strong with the introduction of the 4-4-2! While it was a worthy competitor, the 4-4-2 fell short of cubic inches and the straight-line performance seen in cars like the GTO and Chevelle. To answer the call, Oldsmobile prepared a new 400 engine in 1965 and revamped the 4-4-2 package with simulated rear fender scoops and colorful 4-4-2 badges. Thanks to these changes, Oldsmobile saw significant success in their sales and were looking forward to the 1966 model year. This superb 4-4-2 is perhaps one of the nicest examples of the treasured muscle car from 1966 and appears just as it did from the showroom! This beauty received the full treatment with a frame off restoration including the glass being replaced and coded, black interior totally redone and all suspension components rebuilt! Painted in stunning silver metallic, the car has a beautiful finish and it is heavily emphasized with the mirror-finish chrome and brightwork that was all restored! Powering this incredible machine is the numbers matching 400 CID V8, rebuilt 300 miles ago, equipped with the legendary Track Pac, an over-the-counter Tri-Carb conversion kit that boosted power from 350 to 360 horsepower! Perhaps the coolest part of the engine bay is the Outside Air Induction package (OAI). The OAI features dual air scoops that are incorporated in the front bumpers which interestingly forced the relocation of the front turn-signals. To make room for the scoops, the factory moved the turn signals in about a foot! You won’t see this on your average Olds! This car really moves and you can feel the power as you shift through all four gears! From the handsome black bench seats to the clean trunk, this 4-4-2 means business and is ready for its next adventure. Call us today to learn more information and make this beauty yours! Additional features include rebuilt side-tachometer, brand new brake and fuel lines, seat belts, battery kill switch and Posi-rear with 4:11 gears. To view this 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

Engine: LS7 (427)
Transmission: 4L60E
Mileage: 126 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this unbelievably custom 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air. The 55 Chevy Bel-Air is arguably one of the best-looking cars ever built. There clean lines and finless design make them great candidates for full on custom builds. Art Morrison started out building frames for tubbed out drag cars in the 70’s and 80’s but the company really took off when he began building his line of pro-touring chassis’. This 55 is sitting on one of his custom-built frames which not only looks good but increases the handling of the car dramatically. Finished off in the same Erica red paint as the body making the transition from floor pan to frame almost seamless. With touches of chrome here and there to break it up you can tell this was a well thought out build. The stance of the car was also dramatically changed due to the chassis as well with it sitting much lower than a stock 55. The wheels will be the next thing you notice with the set consisting of 18’s in the front and 20’s in the back giving the car that aggressive look. Behind those wheels are a set of chrome plated calipers that blend nicely while the cross-drilled and slotted rotors show people you mean business. Under that silky-smooth hood is was most consider the Mecca of LS powerplants. This LS7 has been built with a mild cam giving it a nice lope at idle but the real work is in the details. The intake has been painted to match with the custom firewall being cleaned up which flows into the custom inner fender wells. A custom piece of metal was formed to cover up the radiator as well making this engine bay look seamless like the rest of the car. Putting power to the road is a built 4l60 transmission giving you the capability to drive this beauty down the freeway comfortably at highway speeds. Inside the custom touches are extensive with the dash being made from one piece of metal as well. The gauges and AC vents are molded into that custom dash as well keeping with that flowing design. The leather wrapped seats are extremely comfortable while the Lokar shifter sits perfectly in the custom-made console. With this car being a fresh build and never shown to the public this beauty is guaranteed to collect a whole room of trophies or do what this car was intended to do Drive It! Options on this 1955 Custom Chevrolet Bel Air include, AC, AM/FM, Power Windows, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Seat Belts, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires.
