For sale is a 1974 Oldsmobile Omega located in our Indianapolis showroom. The Olds Omega shared the X-body platform with the Chevy Nova, but was a more dressed up version than the basic Chevy. The Omega featured a unique nose and tail design setting it apart from the Nova, as well as a classy wood grain dash in the interior. This particular Omega is not your run of the mill '74 Omega and might be the nicest one out there. This Omega has gone through a 4 year long frame off restoration with the addition of some nice upgrades. With the body of the frame the frame was powder coated along with the cross members giving it a nice clean show appearance underneath. The body was then treated with a fresh custom blue base coat/ clear coat paint job with painted silver stripes laid on before the clear coat was applied. This 1974 Oldsmobile Omega is powered by its original, rebuilt 350 CID "Olds Rocket" V8 engine, backed by a 200-4R 4-speed automatic transmission, and running to a True Track Locking Differential with 3.73 gears. During the engine rebuild an Oldsmobile performance cam and pistons (Modelo W300 Kit) were put in along with a Holley Carburetor on top with an HEI distributor and ceramic coated exhaust manifolds with around 10,000 miles on the rebuild. Along with that, the thermostats was just replaced. The interior is also nicely done with a custom two-tone black and gray vinyl seat covers and door panels with a custom "Omega" script package tray. A few other nice upgrades include: Original bumpers re-chromed, Aluminum Crossflow Radiator, Anti-theft Kill Switch, trunk mounted Optima battery, and new Polyurethane bushings throughout. Finishing off the build are a set of chrome 17" American Racing wheels on all four corners wrapped in 235/45ZR17 radials. Options on this 1974 Oldsmobile Omega for sale include: Air Conditioning, Power Brakes (Front Disc, Rear Drum), Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. This rare Olds Omega is a crowd pleaser and will sure to take home some trophies and is pure blast to drive. This 1974 Oldsmobile Omega for sale is in our Indianapolis Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 307 CID V8Transmission: Hurst Lightning Rod with 4 Speed AutomaticMileage: 60,697 ( actual )
For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds. The 83’ Hurst/Olds was the 15th anniversary of the first Hurst/Olds introduced by Oldsmobile in 1968. The 1983 Hurst/Olds featured a color scheme of black cherry, silver rocker panels with red and silver pinstriping, a new Hurst/Olds emblem, and the introduction of the Hurst Lightning Rod floor shifter in the Oldsmobile lineup. The Hurst Lightning Rod shifter allows you to get the most out of the 307 V8 when the mood hits you. Plus, on days when you want to take it easy, just simply let the four-speed overdrive automatic shift itself. Power comes from an Oldsmobile modified version of their 307 CID V8 engine, the Hurst Lightning Rod shifter transfers the power to the 10-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. The formal GM G-body shape works remarkably well with the aggressive Hurst upgrades (power bulge hood, rear spoiler, etc.) and removing all the chrome does wonders for the transformation from plush luxury cruiser to street brawler. Inside, the Hurst/Olds got bucket seats and a proper console, something few other Oldsmobile’s of the era can claim. The red cloth strikes a nice balance between premium and aggressive. Originally 2,500 of these Hurst/Olds were to be produced, that number was increased to 3,001 due to high demand from the public. The Hurst/Olds option was brought back in 1984 as well, likely because people just could not get enough of them. In 1984, 3,500 were built, and the color scheme was reversed (silver body and black rocker panels). The odometer on this 1983 Oldsmobile reads 60,697, which represents the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, T-Tops, Cloth Interior, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Power Windows, Power Driver’s Seat, Power Locks, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, and Rally Wheels. The G-Body Hurst/Olds (1983-1984) were not the quickest of the H/O family, going back to its beginning in 1968, but it certainly ranks highly against its fellow 1980’s era competitors in power, handling, and styling. To view this 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis Showroom. For Sale in our Detroit Showroom is a super clean 1986 Oldsmobile Toronado. This extremely low mileage Toronado will bring you back to the late 80’s in style. The final generation Toronado made its debut in 1985 for the 1986 model year. It was even smaller, lost its body-on-frame construction in favor of a unibody platform, and was the first Toronado since 1969 to feature hidden headlights. For the first time ever V8 engines were gone and replaced with the fuel-injected version of the Buick 231 cu in (3.8 L) V6 now the only powerplant available. This powerplant is capable of a long and reliable life and what many would call “bulletproof” powertrain. This Olds has just over 10,000 miles on it, yes that is not a typo, 10,170 miles on the odometer with plenty of life left for you to enjoy. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. It even still smells new! You can enjoy power options galore and the digital gauges work great. If you are looking for a super nice cruiser that you can enjoy for a while, this one is a great candidate. Now available at our Philadelphia showroom, Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer this all-original 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon! Oldsmobile’s bestselling model underwent a facelift in 1978 due to increasing pressure for safer and more fuel-efficient vehicles. Enter the A-body platform, the means by which GM would downsize the Cutlass. Both the Grand Prix and Malibu shared this platform and it proved to aid in GM’s strive for energy efficient compact vehicles. The radical restyling was met with mixed reactions, but nevertheless the Cutlass remained a cornerstone offering for GM and served the brand well until another redesign in 1979. This 1978 Olds Salon fastback coupe is a true survivor that retains the pure essence of the late 1970s. Owned by the same family since new, this car has had a loving home and is a time capsule! Wearing original beige paint with a matching interior, this Salon is powered by the numbers matching 260 CID V8 engine that purrs like a kitten! Hop inside the lovely interior that looks just like it did when it left the showroom! What you’ll find is handsome woodgrain and a spacious cabin that can comfortably fit the whole crew! There are not many of these unique vehicles left in the condition you see here, so you have to be sure to pounce on this beauty! Call us today to make it yours! Engine: V8 Small BlockTransmission: AutomaticMileage: 71,511 ( actual )
Listed for sale in our Tampa showroom is this sharp 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass or Hurst/Olds. This original survivor with only 71,500 miles is in great shape and drives very smoothly. The car has tons of tread left on the tires, superb interior, and even the gold pin striping is in like-new condition. A lot of work has been done to this car to keep it properly maintained over the years. Now called simply the Hurst/Olds, appeared in 1979, based on the Cutlass Calais coupe. It still has the original L34, Oldsmobile's 5.7 L (350 in³) V8 engine. This car starts and drives great. The Hurst Dual Gate shifter that was built standard really sets this Olds apart from other Cutlass models on the market. The 1979 was the first H/O to be built entirely by Oldsmobile Division, it was also the first H/O that did not offer a 455 engine. It was, however, the only GM G-body to offer a 350 V8. It was also the first W-30 to come with the Olds 350 and not the Olds 455. The rarity of this car will surly make it a great add to any collection. White and black were the color choices available for the H/O in ‘79. This car has the White and Gold paint scheme with the Tan interior. Gold paint covers the hood, most of the top, and the very rear of the trunk. The aluminum wheels were also painted gold, along with the grille. This H/O was built by Oldsmobile at the Lansing plant. This car has almost perfect interior even down to the carpeted floor. The white paint still shines like it was freshly painted and gold accents really set off the paint on this unique car. This car will definitely be a great hit at the next car show! To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass (Hurst/Olds), please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 307 CID V8Transmission: AutomaticMileage: 19,065 ( actual )
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon. The 4th generation Cutlass was released in 1978 as a much slimmer, more luxurious model than its predecessor. The 4th generation Cutlass would go on for 10 more years but would meet its demise as the big three were going to front wheel drive making these G-body’s a hot commodity in todays classic market. This example is by far the cleanest I have seen with the black paint being original to the car and looks amazing. The red pinstripe breaks up that deep black paint with the bottom of the front bumper being chrome dipped to match the other trim. This 2-owner car has lived an extremely pampered life while being driven more of as a Sunny day car. The engine is original to the car and runs like a top with the simple turn of the key. The 3-speed automatic transmission shifts out nice and smooth as the car is a great cruiser. The custom Corvette wheels look great and give the car a totally distinctive look. Open the door and you will see one of the most comfortable interiors released in 87. Just like the exterior the interior has been well preserved being all original and free from any heavy wear. These low mile examples are becoming harder and harder to find as, so many people have cut them up and turned them into drag cars. If you have been looking for an unbelievably clean Cutlass this one is as clean as they come. Options on this Oldsmobile Cutlass include AC, Am/FM Radio, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Seat, Rear Defrost, Seat Belts and Aluminum Wheels wrapped with Radial Tires. This clean 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Engine: 350 V8 RocketTransmission: 3 Speed AutomaticMileage: 81,727 ( actual )
This 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass W31 tribute is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Cutlass was GM’s luxury performance car with the lines being similar to the Chevelle. This beauty has taken some ques from the W31 giving it a very similar appearance. The hood is probably the biggest difference with the two huge inductions on the fiberglass hood with the chrome hold downs giving it that true muscle car look. The trunk lid has a spoiler which were becoming very popular on these factory hotrods. Its sleek lines are as good as any factory Cutlass and should be since they are all original to the car. The body was in such good shape the owner decided it needed a fresh coat of the original Matador red paint which was only done 6 months ago. With those period correct stripes finishing off that classic look this iconic look it is probably the image that pops in your head when someone says 1970 Cutlass. Under the hood is the numbers matching 350 that runs extremely well. The mileage on the odometer is believed to be original making this Cutlass an even sweeter deal. The interior of the car is classic Cutlass with the black split bench upfront being extremely comfortable and great for cruising. Options on this 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass include; AC, AM/FM/Cassette, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires with Raised White Letters on a set of Rally Wheels. To view this 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass W31 tribute including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information call the showroom at (812) 294 1555 or email email@example.com.
