Up for sale in our Indianapolis showroom is this stunning Polar White 1970 Pontiac GTO. Under the hood of this red beauty sits a 455 V8 Engine paired with a Tremec TKO-600. This car features power windows, cruise controls, a/c, power brakes, power steering, and rally wheels. This car has just over 15,000 miles since its restoration where it was able to retain many of its original body panels only receiving a few new pieces to complete its face lift which include. A new hood, fenders front valance and rear bumper. This GTO is a true 242 vin car, and was assembled in Arlington, Tx in September of 1969. This car’s block comes from a ’73 455 and the heads are from a ’71 #96 400 cylinder heads giving this car its 9:1 compression ratio. It runs well on 91 octane and gets a nice rumble from is Ram Air IV cam. This car has a 2 ½” stainless steel exhaust with x-pipes and electric cut-outs to really make this car roar. This GTO has been upgraded with a Fi-Tech electronic fuel injection kit. The radio has been upgraded to include an auxiliary port that works in conjunction with its factory stereo. The interior is new and in perfect condition free from any rips, tears, and stains. The factory air blows cool and has not been converted from its original R12 system. This car has been a participant in Hot Rod Power tour 3 separate times and The Bandit Run twice to prove its road worthiness.
