Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer this iconic 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. The iconic Chevrolet Chevelle was introduced in 1964 and was soon to become one of Chevrolet's most successful nameplates. In 1968, the Chevelle received newly sculpted sheet metal which included tapered front fenders and a rounded beltline. This Chevelle looks absolutely stunning with its long hood and high rear quarter panels. This specific Chevelle left the factory as a 396CID car so its badges are true to its roots. Under the hood of this Chevelle rests a 396CID Big Block V8 which is for the most part in its original format. This 396 is equipped with original heads and Intake, Edelbrock Carburetor and a set of headers. Translating all of this power to the pavement is a Turbo400 Transmission that does an amazing job of putting the power down. The whole engine compartment has been fully painted and dressed in chrome for that show quality look and feel. This Chevelle sports a very shiny coat of Gold Metallic that makes this beast stand out from the rest. This Chevelle also has an Onyx Black interior with a floor mounted "Staple Shifter" and the very cool Rolling Tachometer option that was available for the Chevelle. This menacing Chevelle rests comfortably on a set of chrome Cragar wheels which are wrapped in a set of BF Goodrich radial tires. Every aspect of this Chevelle is completely impressive. If you are in the market for one of America's most iconic muscle cars, look no further. A Muncie 4-Speed manual transmission throws the power to the 12-Bolt Posi-Trac rear end that houses 4.10 gears. The black interior has been redone and features cloth upholstery with black vinyl piping. The Phantom Blue paint was professionally applied and looks great. Engine: 396 V8 SuperchargedTransmission: TCI 700 R4Mileage: 7,805 ( undocumented )
Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this “Mean” 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport. This Chevelle SS is the perfect way to “blow the doors off” of the competition at the track, and then casually cruise away laughing as they trailer their cars home. This “monster” is packing a balanced and blueprinted 396 with aluminum Edelbrock Heads, Roller Rockers, MSD Ignition, MSD Ultimate HEI Billet Distributor, 750 Double Pumper Demon Carburetor, Hooker Super Competition 2 1/8 Ceramic Coated Headers, and the crown on top is a Race Vortech Supercharger. This amounts to ground-pounding 719 horsepower and 700 foot pounds of torque. There is more to winning than cubic inches and horsepower. You need to be able to put the horsepower to the pavement and control it. You are able to achieve this with Hotchkiss Rear Suspension and new rear springs. All new front and rear polyurethane suspension bushings, transmission mount, motor-mounts, including front and rear sway bar bushings. Once you get going, stopping is the most important part. However, push this Super Sport to the limit and the front and rear Wilwood 4-piston caliper brakes will bring this wild Chevelle to a halt quickly. Some of the other components to this “Beastly” Chevelle are a TCI 700R4 transmission, which tames the vehicle to be easily driven on the highway. In addition to the TCI trans is a TCI torque converter with a 3400 to 3800 stall. A B&M four speed ratchet shifter insures crisp shifts and fast shifting. All the power is put to the ground by the way of a 12 bolt rear-end, housing an Auburn posi-traction with 3.73 gears. Options include AM/FM Cassette/CD Player, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Radial Tires, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Posi Traction. The package is wrapped up in a true “138” code Chevelle which makes this a “Real” Super Sport. Add in the fact that this is a paint code black car and the value on this “Muscle Car” keeps rising. This ‘67 Chevelle is a worthy investment that can easily be returned to stock or kept as is. No matter which way you choose to enjoy this excellent car it will bring you priceless memories. Engine: 454Transmission: 4-Speed ManualMileage: 51,185 ( undocumented )
We have a stunning 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute here in our Milwaukee showroom. It is coated in a beautiful red paint with red interior. It features a 454ci Chevrolet V8 with a 4 speed transmission. It rumbles like a beast! It has power steering, power brakes, rally wheels and aluminum rims. 1966 saw a complete restyle of the Chevelle on the previous frame that included smooth contours, a broad new grille and bumper treatment, and curved side windows. Bulging rear fender lines and a "flying buttress" roofline (tunneled into the "C" pillar) were highlights of the '66 hardtops, shared with other GM "A" body models. The new body reflected the "Coke bottle" body shape that became the fad for American cars in the mid-1960s. A 4-door hardtop-styled Sport Sedan joined the Malibu series. It was an attractive car and was offered through 1972, but never achieved the high-production figures as the pillared sedan. Chevelles continued in 300, 300 Deluxe, and Malibu trim. Available engines were a 327-cubic-inch V8 instead of either of the sixes, or the mid-level option, a 220-horsepower 283-cubic-inch V8. Options included a tachometer, mag-style wheel covers, and sintered-metallic brakes, four-way power seats, a tissue dispenser, and cruise control. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS. The 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS is known to be one of the earliest muscle cars. This incredibly stunning muscle car features the specific standards that most people think of when they hear the words “Muscle Car.” It does not get any better than a deep black paint job to offset the bright and shining chrome this Malibu SS front-end displays. The chrome reflects every aspect of the firm demeanor a “Muscle Car” is supposed to have. The American Muscle theme carries from the exterior into the interior, showcasing black vinyl bucket seats. Housed underneath the original console is an M-20 4-speed transmission mated to the original 327 cubic inch engine. The 327 motor shows the same casting numbers as the elusive L-79 highest horsepower option for the 1965 model. This 327 bolsters a powerful 300 horsepower that will still plant you in the seat when it is “pedal to the metal” time. It is not all about how fast you can go in this Super Sport Malibu, with a high gear ratio in the rear, you can cruise at a comfortable 60 miles per hour without your engine revving on the redline. Engine: 450 small blockTransmission: TH-350Mileage: 9,268 ( undocumented )
For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1970 Chevrolet Nova. This Nova is way meaner than one may think. Power for this bad machine comes from 450 cubic inch small block using an aftermarket "Rocket" block. This special block allows for a bit more displacement without sacrificing the blocks integrity. The go fast goodies inside include a full solid roller valve train, Manley connecting rods, 10.5:1 JE Pistons, Quick Fuel carburetor and AFR aluminum high flow cylinder heads to name a few. Power is estimated in the 600 horsepower range. Firing up this amazing power plant will impress any gear head. Many would think that an engine with such power and menacing sound would be a difficult one to drive. Believe it or not, this one is very well mannered. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch and is equipped with 3.00:1 gear set for easy highway use. Since the drivetrain build, the car has covered a modest 1,000 miles and is ready for more use and enjoyment. Slowing down such a machine means that drums won't do the job anymore. In place is a new pair of Wilwood front disc brakes while drums remain out back, but still doing their job. Weld Racing wheels look right at home on this Nova as does the Green on Green paint scheme. Adding a little flair to the exterior in addition to the wheels is a set mild stripes that barley show themselves. You may even call them ghost stripes. Inside is stock Nova with exception of the aftermarket gauges. The original bench seat is quite comfy and looks really good. Someone could very easily swap them out for a pair of buckets if they so desired. For more information on this 1970 Chevrolet Nova, call 618-271-3000 or swing by our St. Louis showroom.
