Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this stunning Grabber Orange 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible. If you’re looking for a sweet resto-mod Mustang where all the hard work and expense has already been done, then look no further. This Rockin’ Horse pays tribute with muscular look of the ’70 Boss 302, but it is a much more driver friendly car. For starters, under the hood the old carbureted engine has moved over for a Ford Racing GT-40 crate engine. The new engine is equipped with Mass Flow Injection, so starts are just a matter of turning the key. The Aluminum heads GT-40 V8 has been dressed out in polished/brushed aluminum or colored matched to gorgeous exterior of Grabber Orange. The suspension has been greatly improved. It now consists of a Ron Morris Performance Street Force tubular coil over front suspension, Flaming River power rack & pinion steering rack, Heavy Duty front/rear sway bars, and KYB Gas-A-Just shock. The unibody has been tied together with subframe connectors and a Total Control Adjustable Aluminum shock tower system has been installed. This Pony is ready for the twisty roads. How bout a trip down the Dragon? Wilwood vented disc brakes are on all four corners, this Mustang will stop as well as it handles! The interior of this muscular pony car consists of custom black leather Corbeau Sport Gt Seats with Orange to make the Black pop and to match the Grabber Orange paint. Affectionately called the Rockin’ Horse by the owner, the logo is embroidered in the head rests and the door panels. To give this Mustang a racier look a JME gauge cluster has been installed and it is filled with Autometer gauges. A Flaming River tilt steering wheel has been added to make it a bit easier to get out of sleek horse. The list for the 1970 convertible Mustang goes on and on. It is available upon request for the interested buyer. What really sets this car apart is the paint! The Grabber Orange is the same as used on the 2007 Mustangs. The brand used is BASF Glasurit base with Clearcoat. The hood has been painted in a deep Gloss black which just brings out the Grabber Orange. Custom Air brushed Rockin’ Graphics just add to the overall look of this beauty. Aluminum Raceline Polished/Painted Custom forged wheels finish out the look of the Grabber Orange. 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1

Engine: 351 Cleveland V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 1,500 ( since rebuilt )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando Florida is proud to offer this 1971 Ford Mach 1 for sale in our Orlando Showroom. This Green 351 Cleveland 4 Barrel with Automatic transmission and posi rear with 3:25 gearing is ready to go. This car has been completely restored and comes with a Marti report showing its original status. In 1971, the Mach 1 started with a base engine of the 302ci based Windsor motor, with a 2-barrel carburetor, followed by four optional 351 Cleveland engines. One of the most recognizable features of the '71-'73 Mustangs is the optional, standard on Boss, 351 NACA hood design with dual scoops. Though available as a visual, non-functional item, they could be made fully functional on models ordered with the Ram Air option, which included vacuum controlled 'flaps' inside each scoop, and a fiberglass under-hood 'plenum' that directed cool, outside air through a modified, rubber-ringed air filter housing and into the carburetor. The ram-air option included a two-tone hood paint treatment in either 'matte black' or 'argent' (matte silver), coordinated to the base color of the Mach 1 and its decals and striping. In addition, all Ram Air-equipped Mustangs of this generation came equipped with twist-style, chrome-plated hood locking pins. Options include: Rally Wheels, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Green Vinyl interior, AM/FM radio 8 Track player, raised white letter radial tires. 1972 Ford Thunderbird

1972 Ford Thunderbird

Engine: 460 V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 11,218 ( undocumented )

This beautiful 1972 Ford Thunderbird is now available for sale in our Milwaukee showroom. You’ll love the 460 cubic inch big block engine coupled to the 3-speed automatic transmission, the white exterior and black leather interior. This T-Bird comes with cruise control, power brakes, power steering, and radial tires. Aside from the redesign itself, the 1972 Thunderbird represented a simplification of body styles. Instead of the three body styles (landau, two-door and four-door hardtops) offered for the 1971 model year, Thunderbird was pared down to a single two-door hardtop model line. Externally, many components were common with the Continental Mark IV, the primary differences being the front and rear body panels. The prominent “beak” of 1971 was toned down while the sequential turn signals seen since 1965 were deleted for cost reasons. Aside from the dashboard, the interior was also shared with the Mark IV. Instead of the square gauges used by the Mark IV, Thunderbirds used round dials for the speedometer, fuel gauge, and clock. To the driver’s left were the climate control controls and the light controls; to the right were the radio controls, wiper controls, and information center. This dash layout would remain through the 1979 model year.
