HIGH VALUE VEHICLES

1970 Plymouth Cuda

1970 Plymouth Cuda

Engine: 440 CID V8 Six Pack
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 14,950 ( actual )

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1970 Plymouth ‘Cuda 440 6 pack and by 6 pack I don’t mean Budlight®. This 70 ‘Cuda for sale has everything going for it, it is a numbers matching car, it is the right color, has a 440 CID V8 and a 4 speed manual transmission which is controlled by a Hurst® pistol grip shifter, it has just under gone a rotisserie restoration and it has less than 15,000 miles on it total only about 300 since complete rebuild. Ok that is the summation, now let’s get to the specifics. Covered in Hemi Orange this 1970 Barracuda for sale looks better than it did sitting on the lot before the first car salesman had a chance to dust off the tires. Looking through the open door and the high-backed bucket seat and Hurst® pistol grip shifter are a dead giveaway to the power lurking under the hood. Once you open the hood the secret is out for anyone who glances as the oval air cleaner is indicative of the 3 two-barrel Holley® carburetors that can’t hide underneath as it is clearly labeled 440 SIX PK. Backing all this muscle is a Dana® 60 rear axle that is more than up to the task of planting all this potential power to the pavement. This ’70 Cuda for sale was purchased by the current owner with less than 15,000 original miles on it. If I had been the original buyer, I would have put that many miles on it on the way home and most if not all of those miles would have been in front of Mustangs and Camaros! If you are looking for a car that will bring the “oooh’s “and “AAAAAhhh’s” at your local car shows, is fun to drive and almost certainly be worth more in 5 years than it is today then stop looking and start dialing. Options for this 1970 Cuda SIX pack for sale include: AM radio, Seat belts, Vinyl interior, Posi traction, Rally rims and Bias ply tires. 1938 Chevrolet Coupe

1938 Chevrolet Coupe

Engine: 6.2 L LS3 V8
Transmission: 6-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 1,192 ( since rebuilt )

Freshly-minted and now for sale in our Houston showroom is this spectacular all-steel 1938 Chevrolet Coupe. Cloaked in a pristine Porsche Guards Red PPG finish, this is one for all ages. The restoration started with the steel body shell, and a Superior Glass Works Chassis, with fully boxed steel frame rails. Everything was taken to bare metal before any finish work was begun. A new LS3 crate motor was installed, with a FAST intake and FAST fuel rails. A set of coated shorty headers and a full stainless 2.5” exhaust setup, complete with stainless X-pipe, scavenges the spent fuel to the rear with a throaty burble. To the aft of the beefy powerplant, a new 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a 3200RPM stall torque converter to aid in providing excellent launches. The 6-speed auto provides excellent highway cruising capabilities, with surprisingly efficient operation. There are two dual finned-aluminum transmission coolers for the tranny to help it keep it at optimum temperature during spirited driving. Controlling the 6L80E’s shifts is a Corvette-style shifter, complete with electronic paddle-shift control capabilities on the gear knob. You’ll feel comfortable knowing that you can drive this thing like its sportscar powertrain wants you to, with handling and ride to match. The front end is a complete Heidts SupeRide II independent front suspension, with tubular upper and lower control arms, sway bar, QA1 adjustable coil-over shocks, 12” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers, and a power rack and pinion steering setup. Out back are QA1’s, a triangulated 4-bar link setup, torsion-style sway bar, an all-new quick-change Currie Ford 9” rear end and third member with 2.75:1 gears and a True-Track limited slip differential, and 11” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers complete with E-brake. The power-assisted braking setup is also equipped with a proportioning valve, allowing for fine-tuning the front/rear braking balance. A set of Nitto performance radials (215/50-17 front, 235/65-17 rear) wrapped around American Racing Salt Flat Special 5-hole wheels help keep this retro-rod stuck to the pavement. Inside this modernized classic, you’ll find that all the chrome trim shines like it’s brand new, and it is abundant. From the chrome window surrounds, windshield and rear window trim, to the door and window levers, everything glistens. There are a few hidden secret gems, too: the chrome window cranks don’t move – a light touch upward will raise the power windows, and a similar light touch will lower them. Equipped with what seems to be power everything, this car has plenty of creature comforts that one wouldn’t expect in a vintage auto. Power windows, power locks, a trick Painless “Phantom Key” Keyless Ignition with a proximity-sensing key fob (which provides a very cool pushbutton start and is part of the security system), custom Vintage Air system with billet nozzles, and power seats with 8-way adjustability and lumbar support cover most of the features, but not all. In addition, there is a Bluetooth compatible audio system that has near audiophile sound, USB ports on the console, cupholders, LED interior (and exterior) lighting, and tilt steering wheel all add up to providing a supremely comfortable, modern-feeling ride. The tinted glass all around help the Vintage Air system keep things cold in the summer, and toasty in those colder months (for when you can’t wait to drive this beauty until Spring). And, you’ll want to drive this car year-round, because when you’re in the cabin, the smell of the custom furniture-grade leather is intoxicating. This superb leather covers nearly everything including the headliner, and it provides such a pleasant aroma that it will make Bentley and Rolls owners jealous. If you do get caught in the rain, the 2-speed electric windshield wipers will keep your forward vision clear, and the powerful LED head- and tail-lights will keep the road lit (and keep you visible). 1958 Chevrolet Truck

1958 Chevrolet Truck

Engine: 383 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 970 ( since rebuilt )

In 1958 Chevrolet built the Apache Pickup, in 2012 the design was re-imagined with styling cues from the Cameo pickups and this truck was born. For sale in our Nashville, TN show room is this show stopping custom that has graced the floor of car shows from coast to coast. There isn’t a piece of sheet metal on this truck that hasn’t been tweaked, massaged, or cut to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Based off of ideas from the notes of and conversations with GM’s Chuck Jordan. To say that this truck is one of a kind is an understatement, this truck is more accurately described as irreplaceable. The subtle touches like custom interior and consoles are to be appreciated, but it’s the major touches that grabbed your attention and don’t let go. Custom wood work completed with exotic African hardwoods, shaved nosed, and decked, completely fabricated and redesigned bed sides, and a beautiful candy burgundy paint job. This truck is beautiful, well thought out, and expertly executed. Under the hood is a crate 383 stroker, with all the high polish and chrome you’d expect for a truck of this caliber. Behind that is a stout turbo 350 and a this is connected to a locking ford 9 inch rear end. Inside the truck you have a full digital dash, fully adjustable power seats wrapped in leather, and a brand new stereo system. With over 3000 man hours into this build, it is truly a work of art and craftsmanship with a final fit and finish that would make Bill Hines proud. 1988 BMW M6

1988 BMW M6

Engine: 3.5L I6 F DOHC
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual w/ OD
Mileage: 45,782 ( actual )

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is this classic 1988 BMW M6. It is powered by a 3.5L/256hp inline-six engine that is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. This is a beautiful example of a rare BMW M6. Values on M6’s are constantly increasing from year to year. Currently they are still affordable but who knows how long before they become a six-figure collectible car. Engine sizes gradually increased to 3.2-liters then 3.5-liters, but the 6-Series really hit a bullseye with the M635CSi, which appeared at Frankfurt in 1983. Apart from the 282-bhp M1 engine, it had a limited-slip differential and the “track link” suspension from the big 7-Series sedans, which was designed to reduce oversteer. ABS brakes arrived at the same time, along with a five-speed manual gearbox or a four-speed ZF automatic. Badged simply as the BMW M6, the 635CSi finally reach the U.S. in 1987, lavishly equipped with twin air-conditioners (and a beverage chiller in the rear), hand-stitched Napa leather interior with eight-way power front seats, and an eight-speaker sound system. Distinctive M6 details included M badges front and rear, a larger front air dam and rear spoiler, and matching color side mirrors. The cars were fitted with new ellipsoid headlights, which directed a more precise beam onto the road. The M6 could manage 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds, a quarter mile in 14.7 seconds and cruised easily at 140 mph. It retailed for $55,950. BMW electronically limited even its sportiest models to 155 mph in the U.S., but Rug Cunninham BMW ran a de-limited M6 in the 1989 La Carrera Pan American race in Mexico and reported a top speed of 176 mph. In all 5,859 M 635 CSi cars were built between 1983 and 1989, with 1,787 of those being the slightly detuned U.S. model BMW M6. The Original Wheels and Exhaust are available with this vehicle.
