If driving is for fun, this is your car - the car that the Porsche Club of America built.” If you’re a Porsche enthusiast, you might be thrilled to learn that this vehicle, 1 of 701, even has a copy of the Certificate of Authenticity signed by Schwab! Indeed, this Porsche truly embodies the spirit of adventure and performance through its sporty suspension and power plant to boot! 2008 Superformance GT 40

2008 Superformance GT 40

Engine: 351 W Stroked to 427 CID V8
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 13,852 ( undocumented )

With just over 2,000 miles on the freshly rebuilt 427 cubic inch and very few on the build overall, this replica of an extraordinary piece of automotive history is a sight to behold. The GT-40 was developed to compete with Ferrari at the 24 hours of Le Mans and was able to win four consecutive years from 1966-1969 including a 1-2-3 finish the very first year. Superformance replicates these cars nearly exactly the way you would have seen them racing all of those years ago. This GT-40 was built back in 2008 and features the same Gulf orange and blue paint scheme that was on the original race cars. Protecting the paint is a clear bra on the front and was ceramic coated just last year in 2016 which makes it easy to maintain and clean when you decide to show it. As you open the door and slide in over the seat, you feel as if you have just slide into the cockpit of a rocket ship rather than a classic car. 5-point seat belt harnesses, a line of switches along the dash, and plenty of gauges to monitor, you start to understand what it must have been like to race one for hours on end. This one however has a feature that those racers would have loved to have; air conditioning! With the engine just behind you and such a light weight car, there was not much for heat or sound dampening. The air conditioning makes the longer cruises much more bearable. The raw power this car puts out with little weight will throw you back harder in your seat than almost any other car out there. Complete your childhood dream, by owning the car you never thought possible for a fraction of the cost of the real deal! This GT-40 is ready to take to the track or shows and turn every head while doing it. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 2008 Superformance GT-40 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.

1990 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II

Engine: 6.8L V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 78,143 ( actual )

Gateway Classic cars of Tampa is proud to offer up for sale this beautiful 1990 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II. This car is in incredible condition inside and out. The Silver Spirit II and Silver Spur II were refinements of the original models, introduced at the 1989 Frankfurt Motor Show. Suspension design saw the most change in 1990, with "Automatic Ride Control" introduced, a fully automatic system that adjusted dampers at all four wheels in real time. Other updates included the adoption of ABS and fuel injection as standard for all models. Originally retaining the three-speed Turbo Hydramatic GM400 transmission from earlier Spirits/Spurs. The size of the petrol tank was also increased, up to 24 imp gallons to get over 310 miles per tank. Exterior and interior changes were minimal, with a considerably smaller steering wheel and two additional ventilation outlets added to the fascia mildly modernizing the look up front. The paint on this Silver Spur is still the original dark blue from Rolls Royce and is in great condition. The interior is a Walnut color dash woodgrain with tan leather has been keep show quality. From 1990-1993 Rolls Royce only built 1658 Silver Spur II models. This Silver Spur comes with the original owner’s manuals and window sticker which had a MSRP of $154,700.
