For sale in our Nashville Tennessee showroom is a custom built, one of a kind , 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS . This beast of a Monte Carlo SS for sale is a car you'd see as the lead car in a Fast and Furious movie, driven by a bald A+ lister celebrity, and this build had no expense spared! With sharp edges and a protruding air scoop with a definitive Weiand whine, you may be mistaken for Mad Max as you pull into the show and step out to all of the snapped heads. As a kid, did you always desire to have your own fire breathing dragon? If so, this is your ticket to fulfill those dreams! Fresh off of a full restoration, this '85 Monte Carlo for sale is simply a sight to see. Powering this mammoth muscle bowtie is one monster motor, blueprint and balanced 434 cubic inch small block V8 engine. The list goes on for days with the time, thought, and parts that went into this build. Just a few of the parts used, include: KRH 400 block bored and stroked, KRH ported and polished 210cc heads, Eagle 434 rotating assembly, Mahle forged pistons, custom ground performance cam, Crower Cams hydraulic roller lifters, Scorpion 1.5 roller rockers, custom one piece pushrods, 830CFM Holley double pumper carburetor, Weiand intake and supercharger, Amsoil racing oil, Fel-Pro gaskets, custom serpentine belt set-up, NGK spark plugs, MSD 8.5MM wires, MSD 6AL ignition box, and Milodon performance oil pan. Dyno tested and tuned, this supercharged Monte Carlo for sale runs like a top and drives with the ease of a modern car when you need it and the rowdiness of a drag car when you want it! With supporting modifications like a Be Cool performance radiator and Aeromotive A1000 complete fuel system, this boosted muscle car has been taken care of from every angle. The whine from the supercharger can be heard under acceleration, while the header breathes into a free flowing dual exhaust system with ceramic coated tailpipes. Open the QTP electric cutouts and you have yourself a piece of GM muscle that will shake the windows and bake the tires on command! The power is shifted through a Hughes performance built 700r4 overdrive transmission with B&M transmission cooler. Mated with a 3,000 stall converter and SFI flywheel, this transmission gives you solid launches and shifting, while still offering you efficiency and lower RPMs when cruising thanks to its extra overdrive gear. As the power is transferred through a custom built driveshaft, it then gets placed to the pavement via a Currie Ford 9" rear end with a limited slip, 3.73 geared, nodular third member. With all of this power, one would assume that this car is harder to tame than most. But, this isn't the case, thanks to various suspension modifications done to allow for a fun and comfortable ride. A Hotchkis fully adjustable suspension gives this car a low and menacing stance, while also enhancing this Monte Carlo SS for sales ability to plant all of the power within to the ground! With power steering, this car handles with ease. The car stops on a dime, thanks to SSBC front and rear power disc brakes. The Mickey Thompson drag radials look right at home out back, especially when wrapped around the custom forged 17" Weld Racing rims. Both for form and function, the wheels look just as good as they perform. The exterior looks both smooth, sharp, and sinister thanks to a satin white paint scheme. It appears nostalgic with the original style SS striping, while the custom steel 2" cowl hood with black stripe and red pinstriping lets you know that this 1985 Monte Carlo SS for sale is more than subtle. The black front and rear spoilers add that extra bit of flare that give you an 80s NASCAR throwback vibe. The black sir scoop is dark and mysterious, protruding menacingly from beneath the hood. With all of the custom and built parts both in the drivetrain and exterior, it's refreshing to find a vintage and almost purely stock interior. The only thing that really hints that it isn't factory from the cab, is the custom carbon fiber designed VHX gauges and dash cluster that lights up after the key is pleasantly flicked forward. With dynamat added during the restomod overhaul, this car is cool, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet when wanted, while still allowing for a more than beastly appeal and sound when the cut-outs are opened, the windows are down, and the throttle is hit! The cloth and vinyl sport buckets are straight from the 80s and look right and home in this 85 Chevy Monte Carlo SS for sale. Options on this 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS restomod for sale, include: A/C, AM/FM radio with cassette, T-tops, cruise control, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, tilt wheel, seat belts, cloth/vinyl interior, and racing wheels wrapped in performance radial tires. If you've ever wanted a vehicle that was considered classic, restomodded, restored, vintage, and just plain awesome, this is the car for you! Are you looking for a show vehicle, Saturday night special, or strictly an awesome strip racer? This car is more than willing to fit the bill! Simply put, watch the HD video and you'll see that you're going to be hard pressed to find a nicer Chevy Monte Carlo for sale than this one. A $212.15 document fee will be added to the sales price.
