Engine: LS3 525 HPTransmission: 6 Speed ManualMileage: 1,500 ( since rebuilt )
Now for sale in our Houston showroom is one awesome 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Restomod. Before this radical transformation, the car was stored in a warehouse for over 30 years. Luckily, the car was recovered from what has been the end of many great cars, and the decision was made to make it into the amazing machine you see before you. Performed by the Duntov Motor Company in Dallas, Texas, no expense was spared on this restoration/modification. Specializing in building, racing, and restoring vintage Corvettes, Duntov’s expertise shines through brilliantly on this build. The frame was stripped completely down, dipped in an alkaline vat, and primed to a level higher than you would have seen on the line in St. Louis. Pop the forward tilting hood and you will find a brand new GM Performance LS3 engine. This particular LS is pumping out 525 hp, making this little black C2 a force to be reckoned with. All of that force is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec 5 speed manual and spinning a Duntov differential housing 3.73 gears. Keeping this little beast planted is a complete Duntov front and rear suspension set up. The entire undercarriage, engine compartment, and inside of the body was sprayed with Lizard Skin to keep heat and unwanted sounds out of the cabin. Fans of Fast & Loud may recognize Sue’s handy work, as ASM performed all of the interior work, including the Corbeau leather reclining seats with 4 point harnesses. Adding to the interior comforts is a custom Bluetooth sound system, power windows, power steering, and a Flaming River tilt steering column. This car was a factory air car, and it has been upgraded with a Vintage Air A/C system. Naturally, you top off a build like this with phenomenal paint. 10 coats of primer were applied with sanding between each coat, then 3 coats of black base and 3 coats of clear coat. Throw in the smoked chrome Coy’s wheels and the brutal side pipes, and this car has the presence to match the build. This is one unique C2 Corvette that will not disappoint. Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this numbers-matching 1962 Chevrolet C-1 Corvette. The final year of the first generation Corvette, this car is adorned with options that would be found on the last of a decade-long body style, including: a wraparound windshield, solid rear axle, and convertible-only body style. The exposed headlamps and trunk lid did not re-appear for many decades. The Corvette line was born in 1953 as a concept entry into the New York Auto Show, known as the Motorama. The response was so great it prompted General Motors to begin limited production for the 1953 model year which launched a legend. This '62 Corvette for sale comes from the same pedigree, and is ready to show and go! Moving this beauty down the road is a classic 327 CID small-block Chevy V8 engine that had a rebuild roughly 500 miles ago. This car runs like a champ and is great for weekend cruises. Rated at 300 horsepower, this Corvette was built for even the most eager thrill seekers. The power plant is coupled with an optional four-speed manual transmission, which offers you the maximum adrenaline rush. Simply put, there is nothing quite like the feeling of motoring along the highways and byways of America in a true American legend. Top down, radio on, exhaust rumbling, and passersby giving you a double-take as you’re hustling her through the twisties. Nestled into a cockpit-inspired cabin with aviation-style instrumentation and wrap around bucket seats, one can truly feel why this car has become the living legend it is. The beige vinyl sport buckets straddle the shifter snugly, begging you to slip in and run through the gears! With an exterior that’s just as sharp as the interior, it’s hard to go wrong with this 1962 Corvette convertible for sale. The classic styling of this C-1 Corvette was a perfect example of the new trend in American styling. The Wineberry Red paint on this C-1 'Vette hugs every sexy curve of this old school cruiser. The raised front and rear fenders makes for a very muscular stance, low to the ground, and very aggressive. The quad headlights and the blacked-out anodized grill completed the concept that had, at that time, taken America by storm. Options on this 1962 Chevy Corvette for sale, include: AM radio, manual convertible top, hard top, seat belts, vinyl interior, and steel wheels with hub caps wrapped in whitewall radial tires. This 1962 C-1 Corvette for sale at our Houston location is an amazing opportunity to own and enjoy one of the true great American sports cars of all time. This car will get up and go. We’re very excited to present this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette in our Milwaukee showroom! This two-owner vehicle underwent a full body-off and complete disassembly restoration to the highest standard. The car easily met NCRS Top Flight/Duntov specifications and was judged accordingly. The original owner was a member of the Titusville Corvette Club and a friend of the Eckler brothers (Ecklers Corvette of Titusville). He was offered the paint job for free in return for letting Eckler use this car as the “mold car” for all of the mid-year body pieces in the mid-seventies. This car is complete, authentic and numbers matching down to the FI unit # tag, chassis and engine. The hardtop comes with the car but has not been restored. This beauty has been driven approximately 600 miles since restoration, kept in climate controlled garage, and has won every show it has been entered in. This 1963 Corvette is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at email@example.com for additional information.

For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a Saddle Tan over Saddle Tan 1963 Chevrolet Corvette. The 63’ “Split Window” Corvette coupe is one of the most iconic, and sough after of all the Corvettes. This 3 owner Corvette sat for over ten years before the complete restoration took place in 1983. True it is an older restoration, but this 63’ Corvette is in very good condition. The Saddle Tan exterior paint, which is more like metallic gold, still shines beautifully. The Saddle Tan leather interior is also in good condition, free from any rips, tears, or signs of wear. Powering this split window Corvette is a 327 CID V8 engine that produces nearly 400 horsepower and has traveled a little over 500 miles since it was installed in 1983. A 4-speed manual transmission transfers the power to the IRS and to the pavement. This split-window Corvette for sale is a rare gem, with just over 10,000 produced in 1963. Built to compete with foreign sports cars, this Corvette shed some weight and gained some beautiful curves, adding much more excitement to the daily commute! Known as the "mid-year" Corvette, the C2 was produced from 1963 to 1967, a relatively short run when considering other generations of the Corvette. The odometer reads 32,694, which represents the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette include: AM/FM Radio, Leather Interior, Seat Belts, White Wall Bias Ply Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. If you're looking for a rare collector’s piece, an iconic piece of American sports car history, or simply a fun driving cruiser to take down to the local show that will drop jaws, this 63 Corvette split-window is more than eager to please! Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. We all dreamed about finding a “unicorn” car. A car so rare it sends the collector car world into a frenzy. There are very few cars that call mass hysteria. The ones that come to mind are the 1966 Shelby Cobra twin-turbocharged “Super Snake” (2 made 1 survivor) or a “Dodge Daytona”, another limited production car. If you can locate one of these cars, they bring six and seven figures in the collector car world. So, if these cars are bringing in that kind of money and are cars people know existed, then what value would you put on a car that never was supposed to exist? This brings me to the term “ghost”, or “phantom” car. These cars are vehicles that were never supposed to leave the manufacture for one reason or another. In this particular case, Chevrolet completely shut down the 1963 Corvette Grand Sport program deeming it against the corporate racing policy. There are five confirmed early Grand Sport’s, with talks of a sixth that has never been verified. In the early days of race car and muscle car production, manufactures were known to send parts and cars out the “backdoor.” What are we dealing with here when talking about this 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport? This car was purchased from the previous owner who owned it for 37 years. The current owner bought the car in pieces and is responsible for presenting it now as a finished car. The previous owner resided in Michigan and started collecting parts to return the car back to its glory days. Once health issues started settling in, he was forced to move on from the Vette. The previous owner stated the car had its tubular frame replaced, which I’m assuming was due to rot. Once the current owner acquired the car in pieces, he began a journey along with a GM specialist, to restore the “Grand Sport” back to its hay day. After a long, extensive restoration period, the car is done in white exterior and red interior. You can see right off there are some very telling signs that this Grand Sport Vette is not one of the 5 or 6 that were raced. It shows newer style seats and reproduction wheels. It does have the cross-ram racing intake with the Weber carburetors. It also has a 1963 casting number block, and a 200 mile per hour speedometer. You’re correct, that’s not enough to say this is possibly a “Real” Grand Sport 1963 Corvette. The absolute two most important attributes of this car are its VIN and the TITLE. The VIN number reads S0837X10008 and the TITLE matches. All of the experts are sure about what this car is until it comes to one question they can’t explain. How does this car have that VIN number and a matching title? The experts have said this is an authentic Chevrolet VIN plate. So… if it is a “real” 1963 Chevrolet Corvette displaying characteristics that only the Grand Sport Vette VIN plates had, then technically this would be a real 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport, right? The owner also states this is a Numbers Matching 327 engine, and 4-speed manual transmission. Is this a “unicorn”? A mythical car that somehow made its way out of the backdoor of the GM plant. That would explain why documentation is virtually non-existent. Options include Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Weber 42 Carb System. This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
