For sale in our Nashville Tennessee showroom is a sexy 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible. This Prowler for sale is one that will catch the attention of any motorhead or auto enthusiast worldwide. Picture yourself back in the 30’s when the roadster’s where becoming popular and seeing this roll by, at that point in American history this would be like seeing a DeLorean roll across your eyes with Mr. Fox trying to get home! This is the new age Roaster now called the Prowler, with its sexy snout, open front suspension assembly, and two different style tops to run with. Powering this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale is a 3.5L V6 SOHC, this is a lot of engine in such a light car and with that said you will be able to keep up with the heavy V8 muscle cars! If you are wondering what the SOHC stands for its “single overhead Cam” this is a great design as there are less moving parts and less maintenance giving you many years of dependability and entertainment. With that said this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale only has 6,089 miles on it and that in the automotive world means this sexy ride is not even tasted the road yet. Backing this powerplant is a rear mounted 4 speed Autostick automatic transmission, this is in the rear of the car to give it an even weight distribution that is like the Porsche design and the Alfa Romeo’s. This 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale will handle and run with the best of them. The exterior of this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale is one of my favorite colors, the Copperhead edition! This is the color that makes any onlooker snap their head to look at and drool with envy. The interior of this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible is a soft and plush grey leather dual bucket seat combo, this will give you not only the comfort of a luxury car but also the feel of a sports car. As you stand back and look at this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale you will notice two very distinctive things. 1. A Black automatic soft top and 2. A Copperhead painted manual hard top, this is giving you multiple options when you take your prowler out for a ride. Options in this 2001 Chrysler Prowler Convertible for sale include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM/CD Player, Auto Convertible soft top and a optional manual hard top, Cruise control, Power brakes, Power locks, Power windows, tilt and telescopic wheel, Traction control, Keyless entry, Power mirrors, Seatbelts, Driver and Passenger airbags, Leather Seating and polished aluminum alloy wheels that are wrapped in performance radial tires.. Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this incredible custom 1969 Pontiac GTO Restomod. This is not your average Restomod by any means. There was no expense spared in the making of this top notch GTO. The first thing you notice on this GOAT is the Inferno Orange paint finish. Done on rotisserie, this shows beautifully on the custom body work. It sits on a frame that was completely reinforced (boxed in) and painted black after being sand blasted. The black tinted windows help tie the colors in together perfectly. This car has a very serious suspension setup that has all the right parts. It has a complete performance suspension package by UMI that includes tubular control arms, and big sway bars with polyurethane bushings on the front and rear. On all four corners are QA1 fully adjustable coilovers. Steering is impressive on this with the addition of a rack and pinion steering system by Flaming River. It has a new tilt steering column with a new wheel. Braking on this beauty is supplied by a big brake package with crossed drilled and slotted rotors by Master Power Brakes. One of the most impressive parts of the car is the power plant. Inside the engine bay you will find an extremely clean, fully rebuilt LS6 engine with Performance Dart cylinder heads. This motor is force fed by a Magnuson TVS 2300 Supercharger. The engine has a complete, custom accessory drive kit finished in black ice and billet aluminum by Wegner Performance. This engine is cooled thanks to a performance radiator with dual electric fans by Dewitts. It's putting out a mind blowing 500hp and 485 ft lbs of torque on the Dyno, and it is mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, with performace clutch kit and hydraulic controls by American Powertrain. The rear end on this Inferno Orange performance car is a 12-bolt chevy rear end with limited slip differential and 3:42 gears. All of the power is kept in check via performance gauges by Auto Meter. The creature comforts and options in this car consist of everything you could possibly want. The cabin is kept cool by a Vintage Air, air conditioning kit. The interior is completely custom. This modern beast has an Android 2 Din stereo head unit with back up camera. The interior is black leather with orange stitching throughout, matching the orange exterior. This GTO has power windows, power locks, and power seats. There is a custom built center console with custom built door panels. The new carpets have dynamat insulation to keep the inside nice and quiet. The color scheme continues with orange LED illumination inside the vehicle. Outside this monster, all the lights are LED’s and the HID headlights have orange halo rings giving the GTO a mean look. When you aren’t listening to the roar of the engine, you can hear the two 6x9 Pioneer speakers on a package tray. This coupled with the 10” subwoofer box in the trunk makes for an excellent sound system. This ’69 sits on custom American Racing wheels wrapped in Continental performance tires. The wheels are 20” in the rear and 18” in the front, giving this Restomod the perfect staggered stance. You cannot reproduce the work on this car as it has so many custom touches. Take this to any show, track, street, or venue and prepare to be asked about this powerful piece of art.
