Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom this award winning 1961 Chevrolet Impala Bubble Top. This has been a full body off restoration that was completed in 2017. The original X member frame was boxed and powder coated. All four wheels are hydro boost disc brakes. The rear end is a 4:11 posi-traction, hooked up to tubular control arms with 1 ½” sway bar. The front is coil over shocks with tubular control arms and 1 ½” sway bar. The motor is a 348, completely rebuilt and balanced by the premier engine builder, Dave Pluebell. This is hooked up to a Tremac 5-speed with hydraulic clutch. It has six two-barrel manifold for a very striking effect, but it runs only on the two center carbs for smooth drivability. All the exhaust is handmade with mandrel bends and black ceramic coat. The body is painted PPG 2-stage, which really shows off the laser-straight body. All the aluminum trim, and the grill have been anodized. Both front and rear bumpers are California one piece. Overall, the powertrain is in very good condition. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver will notice the clean white leather interior. The red carpet laying beneath is also in relatively good condition. In the summer months this car is an absolute winner! This baby has both a powered drop top, and A/C that blows ice cold. Engine: 327 CID V8
Transmission: 2 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 65,651 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this classic 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS. For 1964, the Impala was slightly restyled, reverting to a more rounded, softer look. The signature taillight assembly had an "upside-down U" shaped aluminum trim strip above the taillights, but the individual lights were surrounded by a body-colored panel. This American, steel machine is powered by a 327-cubic inch small block Chevy V8 engine. With a dual exhaust that will take you back in time, you rumble down the road with a rhythmic rap and burble. Backing the epic bowtie engine is a 2-speed Power glide automatic transmission. 1964 was the first year for the third generation Impala. This car is solid and in lovely driver quality condition. The Black exterior is complimented by polished factory style trim. The interior is in very good condition and is correct with black vinyl bucket seats and an original center console. The sport buckets up front beg to be sat in and hug the center console and shifter nicely. Needless to say, this is a very well maintained/restored classic that gives you a reason to go cruising on Friday night. Let the stresses of the work week dissolve away, hearing the exhaust purr, we assure you, it won't take long. Options on this 1964 Chevy Impala SS for sale include: AM/FM radio, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tires, tilt wheel, white walls and rally wheels. 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS

1965 Chevrolet Impala SS

Engine: 409 CID 400 HP V8
Transmission: Four Speed Manual
Mileage: 37,051 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer one of the rarest muscle cars we've ever had in our inventory - a 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS 409 convertible for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This beautiful red Super Sport has a white top and interior, so you just can't get a prettier car in this body style. The 409 engine is a 400 HP version built in Ontario, and it's fully documented by GM of Canada. How's this for rare? A mere 742 400 HP cars (both hardtops and convertibles) as opposed to 2,828 340 HP models were sold between the US and Canada. Of those 742 cars, only 25 were the high horsepower version built in Ontario. This drop top Impala has a tinted windshield, front retractable seat belts, padded dash, electric wipers, 409/400 engine, wide ratio manual 4 spd transmission, an AM radio (now has a correct factory AM-FM in its place), and 8.25 X 14 tires. The owner has had this beautiful Super Sport since 1991, and he's completely disassembled the car and restored it as correctly as possible. The engine block and accessories are correct for the year and have been fully rebuilt 3,000 miles ago or so. however, the transmission and rear axle are the ones this iconic Chevy were born with. Besides the 1961 409 cars, the 1965 models are the rarest, because by mid-year the 409 was replaced by the 396 CID big block. These cars are the end of a legendary run of GM muscle car engines that were only built for five model years and are arguably what started the muscle car era at Chevrolet for the non-Corvette models.Don't miss your chance to buy a car that rarely comes up for sale and when they do, few are as nice as this example. This 1965 Chevy Impala SS 409 convertible is for sale right now in our facility. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com.

The power is delivered to the wheels via a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The distributor, coil, cap and rotor have recently been changed. 1966 represented the second model year for the fourth generation Impala. Redesigned in 1965, the Impala set an all-time industry annual sales record of more than 1 million units in the United States. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the "X" frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body that featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension. The Impala would be the #2-selling convertible in the US in 1966, with 38,000 sold; it was beaten only by the Mustang. It was the final generation of Impala before they started being robbed of power from the new emissions control systems brought in in the early 70’s. 1959 Chevrolet Corvette

1959 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 283 CID V8 270HP 2x4BL
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Mileage: 60,200 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is this gorgeous tuxedo black 1959 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. This stunning 2 top Vette has a beautiful red interior, a 270 hp 2x4 solid lift 283 with a 4-speed transmission and wide whitewalls with knockoff hubcaps. To the credit of all involved, the 1959 Corvette was “cleaned up” considerably. For one, the chrome “suspenders” were removed from the design, providing Corvette with a more swept back look that was synonymous with speed. For another, it was decided that the faux hood louvers would be eliminated, returning the Corvette to a semblance of its former self. While these features were key identifiers of the 1958 Corvette, there was no question that the elimination of the excessive chrome would reduce weight and help increase performance. Much like the exterior of the Corvette, the interior received minor, but significant updates as well. Both the door handles and the armrests were repositioned and a small-item storage compartment was added beneath the passenger side grab bar. In addition, both the driver and passenger seats were redesigned to offer increased lateral support of their occupants. All tachometers now indicated up to 7,000 rpm and offered redline and safe limit indicators. Sun visors were introduced to the 1959 Corvette as a new option and concave instrument lenses replaced the flat covers of the 1958 Corvette, thereby reducing sun glare (and other reflections) that might cause a driver to become distracted.
