Gateway Classic Cars Philadelphia offers this exquisite this striking 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 at our showroom located in West Deptford, NJ! With competition coming from all directions, Oldsmobile came out strong with the introduction of the 4-4-2! While it was a worthy competitor, the 4-4-2 fell short of cubic inches and the straight-line performance seen in cars like the GTO and Chevelle. To answer the call, Oldsmobile prepared a new 400 engine in 1965 and revamped the 4-4-2 package with simulated rear fender scoops and colorful 4-4-2 badges. Thanks to these changes, Oldsmobile saw significant success in their sales and were looking forward to the 1966 model year. This superb 4-4-2 is perhaps one of the nicest examples of the treasured muscle car from 1966 and appears just as it did from the showroom! This beauty received the full treatment with a frame off restoration including the glass being replaced and coded, black interior totally redone and all suspension components rebuilt! Painted in stunning silver metallic, the car has a beautiful finish and it is heavily emphasized with the mirror-finish chrome and brightwork that was all restored! Powering this incredible machine is the numbers matching 400 CID V8, rebuilt 300 miles ago, equipped with the legendary Track Pac, an over-the-counter Tri-Carb conversion kit that boosted power from 350 to 360 horsepower! Perhaps the coolest part of the engine bay is the Outside Air Induction package (OAI). The OAI features dual air scoops that are incorporated in the front bumpers which interestingly forced the relocation of the front turn-signals. To make room for the scoops, the factory moved the turn signals in about a foot! You won’t see this on your average Olds! This car really moves and you can feel the power as you shift through all four gears! From the handsome black bench seats to the clean trunk, this 4-4-2 means business and is ready for its next adventure. Call us today to learn more information and make this beauty yours! Additional features include rebuilt side-tachometer, brand new brake and fuel lines, seat belts, battery kill switch and Posi-rear with 4:11 gears. For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1979 Lincoln MK V. Lincolns from this era were known for their smooth ride. Most people that have owned one or even ridden in one will say that they glide down the highway with ease. This fine example is painted White over a blue cloth interior and rides on a new set of 17 inch wheels and tires. The miles are showing 95,161 but the interior shows as if the car has only 30,000 miles. Obviously this one has been very well cared for over the years. Recent work consists of a new exhaust system, new brakes, new shocks, new fuel tank, wheels and tires. Equipment was plentiful and included Power windows, Power door locks, Power seats, Power mirrors, Power smokers window, Cruise control, AM/FM radio with 8-track player and a Power moonroof. Power comes from the smooth running 400 cubic inch V8. The 460 was optional and did offer a few more ponies but would also have trouble passing up a filling station. The 400 is the way to go! Power is sent through the stout C6 3 speed automatic transmission and back to the rear end that is housing a set of highway gears making highway travel a bit easier. This Collector Series is an eye catcher of a car and newly added to the car is a set of 17 inch wheels shod with new radial rubber. The 17 inch tires have a shorter sidewall and offer a more modern feel to the road thanks to less flex from the sidewalls. For more information on this 1979 Lincoln MK V, call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000. To view 100+ HD photos and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com.

For sale is this beautiful 1979 Lincoln Mark V is in our Louisville showroom. The owner’s Grandfather bought it new in 1979. The grandson has inherited this but has decided it is time to find it a new home. This great big ol’Mark V only has 60144 miles. There are still tons of miles to be enjoyed with this one. By the time the late 70’s rolled around there was a one thing cars had in common and that was size. Cars of that era were huge and this Mark V is a great example of a personal luxury car as the market was coined. Though you could get a Gran Prix, Cutlass or even a Thunderbird, none would come close to the Lincoln Mark V. The exterior is in good condition with no signs of rust and what appear to be the original panels. This 4600 LB piece of American art looks great sitting still or cruising down highway as these old boats love to do. With the Hide-away lights and chromed out front end it is easy to see why these are in such demand. Under the hood is where the gloves come off however as this Mark is not your average ride. With the tires, recently balanced and rotated the ride quality is everything you would expect. Open the door and the plush tan leather interior is inviting and is probably even more comfortable than it looks. The interior brings out the landau top and ties everything together nicely. The Personal Luxury Car market is seeing a surge in sales this Mark V should be a solid investment. Options on this 1979 Lincoln Mark V for sale include; Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD player, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Steel Wheels with Hub Caps and Radial Tires. This 1979 Lincoln Mark V for sale is in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
