1932 Ford Roadster

Engine: 350 CID V8 SBC
Transmission: Four Speed Automatic
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale has a pro-built 1932 Ford Hi-Boy Roadster for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. The Dearborn Deuce steel body is renowned for its high quality. The title on this Dearborn is branded "RECONSTRUCTED" as this beauty was built from the ground up. A unique feature of this repro body is that the top stashes away into the area near the trunk when it's down. Painted a stunning combination of deep blue and light silver with ghost flames, the blue interior and top complement everything that envelops this build. Powered by a healthy 350-290 HP small block Chevy crate engine, this reliable mill gets this iconic hi-boy down the road quickly, not to mention the style and comfort you'll enjoy. The tilt steering column has the shifter that selects all of the gears on the 700R4 overdrive automatic. This roadster has an independent front suspension, unusual for a fenderless build. The more you look at this high-dollar roadster, the more you'll like it. It even has power windows, so you're not exposed to the elements in inclement weather with the top up. The American Racing polished five spoke wheels really look great. It is rare to see this many options on a '32 Ford and this has to be one of the best '32s I have seen in a long time. Don't miss this sweet little roadster - just in time for fun in the sun and the summer show season. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com.

1932 Ford Boydster II

1932 Ford Boydster II

Engine: LS1
Transmission: 4 Speed Auto
Mileage: 404 ( undocumented )

For sale in our Atlanta showroom is one spectacular 1932 Boydster II roadster featuring a top of the line Boyd Coddington design. This hot '32 Ford began life in the famous shop of Boyd Coddington when the previous owner purchased it as a rolling chassis equipped with the fiberglass Boydster 2 body. It was then shot in a brilliant silver, cobalt blue and then had vibrant green flames and pin striping applied to the car just in time to showcase at the 2010 SEMA show. Striking an excellent balance of old and new, this well executed Ford mixes the unique appeal of pre-war design with the monochromatic style of modern hot rod building. At the front of the car, bright headlights flank a slick billet grille that's capped by a body-matched frame. The massive silver fenders that cover the front tires are the main separation from the standard Boydster bodies. On the back of this 32 Ford a smooth trunk lid rides above a body width flush fitting LED tail lights and large single exhaust tip. Under the hood of this 32 Ford roadster you'll find a fresh LS-1 small block V8 crate engine from Street and Performance that's been designed for both performance and reliability. After tuning the small block V-8 crate motor she creates an estimated 400hp. At the front of that smooth engine, a reusable filter element shoots air into a multi-port fuel injection system through a reliable GM throttle body. Aesthetically, the engine continues the silver and green theme as the fuel rail covers feature the vibrant green flames. In front of the engine an aluminum radiator is responsible for cooling the powerful small block with the help of an electric puller fan. Underneath this incredible street rod is simply breathtaking. Put it on a lift and you'll find a complete Coddington chassis that's been fully boxed and decked in silver. Behind the car's sweet Chevy engine, a pushbutton 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission sends power to a Boyd's Custom Jaguar style rear-end with 3.73 gears. Holding that stellar drivetrain off the ground is an impressive custom suspension which features 2024 billet aluminum spindles and chrome coil-over shocks. Turns are a cinch thanks to modern rack and pinion steering system that provides a tight radius and great wheel feel and stops come courtesy of the four-wheel disc brake system. Exhaust is polished stainless pipes which rumble through Magnaflow mufflers and funnel into a single exhaust tip. Finally, this 32 roadster sits on a nice set of 15" and 17" Boyd Coddington wheels which are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle tires. Simply put, not a detail was missed on the bottom of this fully sorted roadster, from the chrome driveshaft to the braided fuel and oil lines; everything serves a purpose and looks fantastic doing so. Inside this awesome 32 Ford you'll find a fully custom leather interior that was designed and installed by Bob Lyons of Brookville. There's modern, silver contoured seats which are firm, provide good support and look fantastic. At the sides of those seats, sculpted silver door panels feature large speakers that are as functional as they are stylish. In front of those seats, a body-matched dash continues the green flames seen throughout the rest of the car and it's here you'll see a small Classic Instruments instrument panel branded with the letters "Boyds". In between the two silver bucket seats, a classy console runs the length of the interior and seamlessly flows up the back scats. Centered in the console is the controls for the push button automatic transmission, and flip CD player. In front of the driver, a three-spoke steering wheel spins a color-keyed rim around a polished tilt steering column simply making this a one of a kind top end build!! Options on this one of a kind 32 Ford Roadster were: power steering, power brakes, leather, cd/radio, custom wheels, radial tires, and a kill switch. If you are in the market for a reliable custom roadster that is capable winning local car show awards but can still be taken out on the weekends for shear enjoyment, look no further than this gorgeous '32. Mileage: 2,247 ( since rebuilt )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1932 Ford 3 window Deuce Coupe. This hot rod was very carefully built to be as accurate as possible to a hot rod from back int he good ole days, 1957 specifically. The frame is an original 1932 as is the metal gas tank and radiator shell. The body is from Outlaw and features an original firewall appearance. Topping the 283 is an original 1947 Cadillac air cleaner. The exhaust has been Jet Coated in black from the manifolds all the way back to the exhaust tips.
