1956 Ford F100 Panel Truck

Engine: 318 CID V8
Transmission: Three Speed Automatic
Mileage: 151 ( undocumented )

Ford Panel Truck for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. These trucks are known by those who grew up with them as the backbone of the post-war American economy and now a lot of them are living on as hot rods. Our Panel Truck has been with the same owner for the last 30 years and has a restoration story of its own behind it. It was found by the owner in the Phoenix, Arizona area and was married to a 1975 Dodge Aspen; the 318 CID V8 from the Dodge was resealed along with the 3-speed automatic transmission. The torsion bar suspension from the Dodge fits perfectly under the chassis on 1953-56 Panel Trucks so this otherwise bloated truck rides much more like a car now too! This Panel looks mean in its jet-black paintjob and the business look continues inside with black and gray vinyl seats and a black plastic center console with cupholders. This truck comes with all-important Vintage Air! The gauges are surrounded by tasteful chrome and really look the part in this retro-modern build while the steering wheel from a Ford commercial vehicle adds a thoughtful touch. The windows on this truck have been tinted and it also has all-new weather-stripping. Other options on this 1956 Ford Panel Truck for sale include Power Steering, Power Brakes, a Tilt Wheel, Power Windows, Power Seats, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires and Air Conditioning. 1971 Ford F100

1971 Ford F100

Engine: 351 Bored to 409 CID V8
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 2,810 ( undocumented )

In the market for a fully restored classic short bed pickup truck? You definitely need to take a closer look at this very well done 1971 Ford F-100! Starting off its life here in Colorado this truck was loved and cared for over many years, and once the current owner got their hands on it, this truck received a complete frame-off restoration. The concept was to build a truck that would be able to do both long cruises while not becoming a boring daily driver. The drivetrain chosen for this truck was a stroked 351 Windsor that dyno’d around 450 horsepower and 500 ft/lbs. of torque! This powerhouse of an engine would surely be plenty to get this truck going in a hurry so to not lose the drivability that was desired, it was backed up by a Keisler 5-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch giving you an overdrive gear and keeping the fun factor at an all time high. What good is all of this power though if the rear end of the truck cannot handle it? To make sure this wouldn’t be an issue the strong Ford 9” rear end was equipped with Moser 31-spline axles and a true track locking differential. This drivetrain overall will hold up well to the power that is being put out by the engine without sacrificing any reliability. Helping the truck to handle as well as they’d hope, the front end had a Rod & Custom Mustang II front suspension put underneath and the rear of the truck was lowered to give it that great rake. Power rack and pinion steering and power brakes allow excellent control of the truck and make it simple to take on long cruises. Also adding to the comfort is a set of modern F-150 bucket seats and a center council that not only fit great, but also are extraordinarily comfortable to ride in. The aftermarket AM/FM radio in the truck will allow you to listen to your favorite tunes throughout your drive. The body and paint on this truck are also very well done with a gorgeous blue paint that was laid over the top of the cleaned up body. All of the side moldings removed, seams welded and flushed, and the locking tailgate flushed really add to the clean look of this F-100. If you are looking for a truck that is going to be a great mix of performance and drivability, this is an excellent option!

Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 7,285 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in the beautiful Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this awesome 1956 Ford F-100. The truck is powered by a strong and very fresh 351 CID V8 Windsor engine and a 3-speed FMX transmission. Both the engine and transmission have been rebuilt within 5,000 miles and the truck was finished in a gorgeous R-M Diamond base coat and clear coat in Guards Red. It features an 8.8 Mustang rear end with a really nice and well balanced 3.73 gear ratio. The actual miles are unknown, but the odometer shows only 7,285 and it was rebuilt less than 5,000 miles ago. Inside the cabin you will find a finely put together leather interior and features like ice cold A/C, AM/FM radio, CD player, tilt wheel and seat belts. Outside you will like the alloy rally wheels with radial tires. Power brakes and power steering have been added also to make this truck even easier to drive. The Ford F-series has been massively successful for the company. Since 1981 it has been the best-selling vehicle in America and the best-selling truck since 1977! We have been on the thirteenth generation of F-Series since 2015 but this is the second generation of the trucks. The second-generation F-Series made its debut in 1953. It featured increased dimensions, improved engines and an updated chassis. This was also the start of a new naming scheme that paved the way for the trucks. The F-1 was changed to F-100, F-2 and F-3 was combined to become F-250 and the F4- was named the F350. The F-100 was significantly changed in the 1957 and lost some of it’s beautiful lines and curves present on this one. This was the final year of the second generation and therefore it is a very desirable year. Some of these trucks fetch close to $100,000 so it isn’t hard to see that this one is a fantastic deal. Engine: 351 CID V8 2V
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 74,686 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a one of a kind 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1. Sold new on August 28th 1973 in Niagara Falls, New York; this Mach 1 has been lovingly maintained and cared for since. Right off the bat, the car as taken to Armor Guard to be Rust Guard treated. The sticker still remains on the window, and clearly the product did its job as the car is incredibly solid. From then on, the stewards whom owned the vehicle were fanatical about keeping maintenance records, and documentation throughout the car’s life. From oil change invoices, to original Dealership paperwork, almost all of it has remained with the car. With this paper trail, we know the car made it’s way from New York to South Carolina, and then eventually to Illinois. The car is a Mach 1 with it’s original 351 Cleveland under the hood, and a C6 transmission and 9” rear end. It is a well optioned car with bucket seats, factory stripes, factory tachometer, factory AM radio, and even a period style aftermarket FM converter. For the music buff, it also has a factory 8 track player, so you can jam REO Speedwagon’s Ridin the Storm out, or Elton John’s Crocodile rock on 8 track! Other options include: power steering, power brakes, 3 speed wipers, and cigarette lighter. With a recent visit to the Ford dealership, perished suspension and brake components have been replaced, and the car has been given a clean bill of health. As it sits, it is a wonderful highway cruiser and a joy to display at shows. Whether you’re an experienced Mustang collector, or wishing to enter the collector car hobby, this Mach 1 would be a great choice.
