Gateway Classic Cars welcomes this golden classic, a 1969 Pontiac Firebird! Introduced in 1967, the Firebird was designed alongside its cousin, the Camaro, to compete against the Ford Mustang. Fast forward two years later, the 1969 Firebird received its first major facelift which included the iconic small chrome beak surrounded by an Endura plastic. This ’69 Firebird boasts all the goodies enthusiasts have come to love and desire. Wearing sleek Antique Gold paint with a sharp black automatic convertible top, this is a great driver and boasts the best from Pontiac. While this classic was born with a 350, the current owner installed a period correct 400 CID V8 engine that sends this Firebird into flight! Linked with a Saginaw three-speed manual transmission, this car shifts extremely well and stops on a dime thanks to the installation of a power brake booster. Open the doors to this GM muscle car and you’ll be greeted by a nice black interior with new carpet and front bucket seats. 1970 Pontiac GTO

1970 Pontiac GTO

Engine: 400 CID
Transmission: 4-Speed Auto
Mileage: 54756 ( undocumented )

We have a beautiful Gold hued 1970 Pontiac GTO here in our Milwaukee showroom. This GTO features a Tan interior and is numbers matching. In 1970 the GTO retained the Endura urethane cover around the headlamps and grille. The suspension was upgraded with the addition of a rear anti-roll bar, essentially the same bar as used on the Oldsmobile 442 and Buick Gran Sport. The front anti-roll bar was slightly stiffer. The result was a useful reduction in body lean in turns and a modest reduction of understeer. The base engine was unchanged for 1970, but the low-compression economy engine was deleted and the Ram Air III and Ram Air IV remained available, although the latter was now a special-order option.A new option was Pontiac's 455 HO engine (different from the round-port offerings of the 1971–72 cars), available now that GM had rescinded its earlier ban on intermediates with engines larger than 400. The 455, a long-stroke engine also available in the full-size Pontiac line as well as the Grand Prix, was dubiously rated by Pontiac as only moderately stronger than the base 350 HP 400 CID and less powerful than the 366 hp (273 kW) Ram Air III. The Pontiac brochure indicated the same 455 installed in the Grand Prix model was rated at 370 horsepower (280 kW). The camshafts used in the Ram Air III and the GTO 455 HO were the same. For example, the manual transmission 455 HO's used the same 288/302 duration cam as the Ram Air III. The 455 was rated at 360 hp (270 kW) at 4,300 rpm. Its advantage was torque: 500 lb·ft (678 N·m) at 2,700 rpm. A functional Ram Air scoop was available. Car and Driver tested a heavily optioned 455, with a four-speed transmission and 3.31 axle and recorded a quarter mile time of 15.0 seconds with a trap speed of 96.5 mph (155.3 km/h) . Car Life test car had the Turbo-Hydramatic 455 with a 3.55 rear differential, clocked 14.76 seconds at 95.94 mph (154.40 km/h), with identical 6.6 second 0–60 mph acceleration. Both were about 3 mph (4.8 km/h) slower than a Ram Air III 400 four-speed, although considerably less temperamental: the Ram Air engine idled roughly and was difficult to drive at low speeds. The smaller displacement engine recorded less than 9 mpg US (26 L/100 km; 11 mpg imp) of gasoline, compared to 10 mpg US (24 L/100 km; 12 mpg imp)-11 mpg US (21 L/100 km; 13 mpg imp) for the 455 This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. Since its debut in 1964, Pontiac’s legendary muscle car has captured the minds and hearts of young and old. The Goat had a great run for ten years until 1974, but in many enthusiasts’ opinions, the second generation captured the raw spirit of the “Great One” through its impeccable styling and impressive performance. 1968 saw the GTO brought back to the forefront of the muscle car war that raged between manufacturers. The 1968 GTO garnered Motor Trend’s “Car of the Year” and saw an increase in sales that year! Now you have the unique opportunity to own a piece of automotive history with this great ride! Wearing slick Carousel Red, this GTO underwent a frame-on restoration seven years ago starting with the rebuild of the numbers-matching 400 CID V8 HO Engine rated at 360 horsepower! With just over 2,000 miles on the rebuild, this engine rumbles with authority and sounds beautiful when idling or wide open on the highway! Open the doors reveal a crisp black vinyl interior equipped with bucket seats, handsome woodgrain paneling and a sporty shifter linked to a four-speed manual transmission! What’s not to love about a Pontiac GTO!? This car is ready to go and take you on an adventure you’ll never forget! 1970 Pontiac GTO

1970 Pontiac GTO

Engine: 400ci
Transmission: 3 Speed Auto
Mileage: 83719 ( undocumented )

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1970 Pontiac GTO. I am sure you have a friend who is particular in everything they do. Well this is a car is been loved in that particular way. It is hard to find anything which has not been extremely well taken care or meticulously maintained. The current 13 year owner has made this car his passion and has many photos taken with Chip Foose with the car. The GTO sports all GM sheetmetal and the quarters have been replaced with vintage 70 GM metal by GraveRobbers. All body and paint has been completed Scott Blalock at Blalock Customs in Marietta Georgia. There are plenty of photos of the restoration and build. There is a PHS on this car ready for you to view. This rebuilt 400 with RAM Air III has the original rebuilt TH400 transmission with shift kit. There is no bones about it, this car hauls the mail. The $8,000 single stage plus clear coat cardinal red exterior and medium saddle interior makes this car a show stopper. If you are looking for a car that is top show ready, a bruiser on the street, and has a document build history this is the one you are looking for to put in your garage. How fast do you want to go is equivalent to how much money you have to spend. The GTO blends a little bit of both performance and comfort for the $$. Ask an automotive historian about the pinnacle year for muscle car performance, and 1970 is usually the answer. When GM lifted its cubic-inch limit for midsizes and compacts, Chevrolet, Buick, and Oldsmobile rushed out of the gates with a 454 and 455s that made the Class of 1970 the fastest ever. Pontiac, though, is the exception. While a 455 was introduced for the GTO, it wasn’t the fastest Goat. The 455 GTO was rated at 360 hp, competitive with similar engines in the industry, but Pontiac didn’t put much effort into making it the barnstormers that the LS6, Stage 1, and W-30 were. Two 400s—the Ram Air III and IV—made more horsepower. The 455 didn’t even receive the RA III/IV’s long-branch manifolds. This is an automotive Icon, own one today. Options include: AC, Performance tires, power steering, power brakes, rally wheels, radial tires, vinyl interior, tilt wheel, seat belts. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833!

Originally, this Judge was sold to Kottwitz Motor Co in Great Bend, Kansas and managed to find its way back to the Motor City capital of the world. The Judge was shipped out to the dealership on 02/21/1969 and carried a MSRP of $3,461.74. The Judge retains an original, period correct Pontiac 400cid Ram Air III car that was originally paired to an Automatic Transmission. This Judge is sitting on its original style rally wheels wrapped in poly-glas tires to give it its original 1969 appeal. Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this incredible custom 1969 Pontiac GTO Restomod. This is not your average Restomod by any means. There was no expense spared in the making of this top notch GTO. The first thing you notice on this GOAT is the Inferno Orange paint finish. The black tinted windows help tie the colors in together perfectly. This car has a very serious suspension setup that has all the right parts. It has a complete performance suspension package by UMI that includes tubular control arms, and big sway bars with polyurethane bushings on the front and rear. On all four corners are QA1 fully adjustable coilovers. Steering is impressive on this with the addition of a rack and pinion steering system by Flaming River. It has a new tilt steering column with a new wheel. Braking on this beauty is supplied by a big brake package with crossed drilled and slotted rotors by Master Power Brakes. One of the most impressive parts of the car is the power plant. Inside the engine bay you will find an extremely clean, fully rebuilt LS6 engine with Performance Dart cylinder heads. This motor is force fed by a Magnuson TVS 2300 Supercharger. The engine has a complete, custom accessory drive kit finished in black ice and billet aluminum by Wegner Performance. This engine is cooled thanks to a performance radiator with dual electric fans by Dewitts. It's putting out a mind blowing 500hp and 485 ft lbs of torque on the Dyno, and it is mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, with performace clutch kit and hydraulic controls by American Powertrain. The rear end on this Inferno Orange performance car is a 12-bolt chevy rear end with limited slip differential and 3:42 gears. All of the power is kept in check via performance gauges by Auto Meter. The creature comforts and options in this car consist of everything you could possibly want. The cabin is kept cool by a Vintage Air, air conditioning kit. The interior is completely custom. This modern beast has an Android 2 Din stereo head unit with back up camera. The interior is black leather with orange stitching throughout, matching the orange exterior. This GTO has power windows, power locks, and power seats. There is a custom built center console with custom built door panels. The new carpets have dynamat insulation to keep the inside nice and quiet. The color scheme continues with orange LED illumination inside the vehicle. Outside this monster, all the lights are LED’s and the HID headlights have orange halo rings giving the GTO a mean look. When you aren’t listening to the roar of the engine, you can hear the two 6x9 Pioneer speakers on a package tray. This coupled with the 10” subwoofer box in the trunk makes for an excellent sound system. This ’69 sits on custom American Racing wheels wrapped in Continental performance tires. The wheels are 20” in the rear and 18” in the front, giving this Restomod the perfect staggered stance. You cannot reproduce the work on this car as it has so many custom touches. Newest Pontiac Arrivals

1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am LSX

1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am LSX

Engine: 6.0L LQ4 V8
Transmission: 4 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 82688 ( actual )

If there is one thing most Trans Am admirers can agree upon, it is the disappointing output of the third generation’s 305 and 350 TBI/TPI motors. However, our newest arrival here at the Dallas Gateway Classic Car showroom has rectified this common complaint. This beautiful example of a 1987 Pontiac Trans Am GTA will not only have you floored in the visual department, but will exceed your performance expectations as well. A complete powertrain swap to a LQ4 6.0 V8 and 4L80E transmission from the boat-anchored 350 TPI she came with was performed by Larry’s Speed & Custom of Fort Worth approximately 3000 miles ago. No expense was spared in completing this build, and all necessary swap components were employed. Custom wiring harness, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, Walboro 255 LPH fuel pump, Holley EFI fuel rails paired with an LS1 intake, billet coil brackets, LSSimple alternator kit, BMR adjustable torque arm, and BRP headers with muffler delete. Hawks motor mounts and a Blackheart transmission crossmember keep the new powertrain properly supported while you dust Vette-after-Vette. New calipers hugging drilled and slotted rotors insure a positive and pulse-free stop. Additionally, the interior was upgraded to a custom, yet tastefully-upgraded upholstery. The body of this GTA has only 82,688 miles, so this bird’s skeleton was a great candidate for this impressive and popular swap. For more HD pictures and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
