Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this ultra rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Club’s “Shelby Registry 1965-67,” the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours D’Elegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. “Super Ford” magazine named it “the best Shelby of the year” for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carb, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seatbelts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built. In 2014, this car underwent a fresh restoration by Orlando Mustang, which resulted in Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 “Mustang Times” and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. Owned by a prominent VW collector, this is one of three buses he has Having logged a trouble-free 10,000 miles since the engine was rebuilt, this 23W will reliably get you wherever you want to go. Throughout his long ownership, everything that's ever needed attention was attended to. It's been painted and a new interior was sewn up for it several years ago. Although the interior looks period-correct, it's not exactly as it left Wolfsburg in 1963. Only judges at a VW concours show would know the difference. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this incredible one-owner, 15,662-mile 1981 Chrysler Imperial for sale in their Indianapolis showroom. This must one of the lowest mileage ’81 Imperials we’ve ever seen! Originally used as a Chrysler executive car in Auburn Hills, Michigan, this Imperial was delivered to a Chrysler dealer in late 1981. It was there the Imperial found a home as part of the dealer’s personal collection of cars, and was only driven on rare occasions, and never in bad weather. In 2016 the dealer passed, and his collection, including this incredible car, was sold. The current owner has meticulously cared for this beauty ever since, logging fewer than 4,000 miles since acquiring the car. In May of 2016 a temperamental EFI system was replaced with a far more reliable Chrysler carburetor system. The conversion package was professionally installed with adherence to Chrysler’s detailed instructions. Included with the 207 individual parts affiliated with the EFI conversion was a new digital dash module. Because of that upgrade, the digital odometer was reset to “zero”, however, the current owner has the original components, and documentation, to validate the mileage. This Imperial has the appearance of a new car, inside and out. Except for the power antenna, all the factory equipment still works as it should. Cold A/C, AM/FM/Cassette, cruise control, full power options, and fully functioning digital dash. This is a remarkable car, and one you’ll be proud to call your own. Be sure to visit our main web site, www.gatewayclassiccars.com, to check out 100+ HD pictures, and a short video of this beautiful Imperial in action. Better yet, stop by our showroom in person and see this Chrysler first hand! Our Indianapolis showroom is located at 4400 West 96th Street, Indianapolis, In. 46268. Contact us directly at 317-688-1100. We look forward to seeing you on the showroom floor!

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1960 Chrysler Imperial Crown. The 1960 Imperial adopted wildly exaggerated styling, featuring front fascia with a swooping bumper, gaping mesh grille, giant chrome eagle, and hooded quad headlights, and tall rear fins. Soaring fins had bullet style tail lamps at the peak of the fin, with a chrome ring surrounding it. The grille and bumper on the front of the 1960 used large pieces of heavy chrome, and the 'furrowed brows' of the fenders over the double sets of headlights gave the car a ponderous look. In common with most other 1960 Chrysler products, the Imperial featured the new "High-Tower" seat with the driver-side back individually contoured and raised above of the rest of the front seat for increased driver comfort and shoulder support. This would last through the 1962 model year. Also, for 1960, Imperial changed back to 15-inch diameter wheels from the 14-inch diameter wheels that had been standard since the 1957 model. Imperial LeBarons now featured a distinctive smaller "formal rear window" for greater rear seat privacy. Sales increased to 17,719. Imperial again finished ahead of Lincoln, but never did so again. While the rest of Chrysler's lineup adopted unibody construction, Imperial retained its body on frame construction. This 3-owner example is very clean. The original 413 Cubic inch motor and original automatic transmission are clean and in good running order, as stated by the current owner. The Maroon exterior and white leather interior give this car that real nostalgic feel. The owner states the car could use a charge on the AC system, and the dash lights and gauges are faulty. Options for this 1960 Chrysler Imperial Crown are: AC, AM Radio, Cruise Control, Steel Wheels w/Hub Caps, Power brakes, Power Steering, Power Seats, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Leather interior, and Radial White Wall Tires. This 1960 Chrysler Imperial Crown is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Louisville Showroom located at 13576 Blue Lick Rd., Memphis, IN 47143.
