Gateway Classic Cars would like to ask you to take a minute and reflect on this 1999 Chevrolet Corvette which has been made into a tribute to the events of September 11th, 2001. This car is powered by the original 350 and 6 speed manual transmission. The first thing that you notice on this car is the airbrush work. The artist used the factory paint as his base and created this tribute to the American Eagle, America, and the Flag. It appears to be blowing in the wind going down both sides of the car. Other styling modifications include side panels on the rear window. They give the car a fastback look, and unique license plate holders that add a distinctive look to both the front and back. Open the hood and the tribute continues. Silhouettes of the twin towers are airbrushed on the underside of the hood and old glory is blazing on the engine covers. All the surfaces are either airbrushed or covered in chrome under the hood. It looks like a show car. The interior is also highlighted with custom Red and white leather shifter and e brake boots. There is a custom convertible type “Waterfall” panel behind the seats. The interior still has the original seat covers and carpet. With 31,000 original miles the car runs and drives as you would expect. It shifts with ease and is equipped with a HEADS UP display to keep you focused on the road. This car is a pleasure to drive and you can’t ignore the feeling that you get driving it. National Pride can be a very strong emotion. Engine: 5.7L V8 F OHVTransmission: 4-Speed AutomaticMileage: 25,080 ( actual )
Now for sale in Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this beautiful, ultra-low mileage 2002 Chevrolet Corvette. This is the coupe version of the LS1 5.7l powered Corvette featuring an excellent 4L60-E automatic transmission and 3:15 gears. The engine and transmission are original to the car, as you would expect from a car that has only done 25,080 since it left the factory over 15 years ago. The car is finished in the factory Light Pewter with a black leather interior. Options include air conditioning, AM/FM Bose stereo with 12 disc CD player, active handling, heated mirrors, fog lamps, heads up display, performance handling package, glass Targa 1 pc top, cruise control, power seats with lumbar, power brakes, steering, locks, windows and mirrors, anti-lock brakes, traction control, tilt and telescopic wheel, keyless entry, seat belts, driver and passenger airbag, run-flat radial tires, LSD and aluminum alloy wheels. The original window sticker has been preserved that shows the full options for the car, including the original $47,425 window sticker. This is a member of the C5 Corvette family that ran from 1997-2004. This was the first car to feature the all-new and legendary LS1 power plant from Chevrolet, which made 345hp in the beginning but was subsequently increased in 2001 to 350hp. It was the perfect blend of reliability, fuel-mileage and drivability, while simultaneously allowing for big power and a great aftermarket scene with a massive amount of performance upgrade options. The C5 is competitive in regards to 0–60 mph acceleration times with almost all premium sports cars of its era, including the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, and the Ferrari 355. A composite of published performance numbers for the base-model coupé and convertible gives a 0–60 mph time of around 4.5 seconds, and a standing quarter-mile time of around 13.3 seconds at 108 mph (both times for a vehicle equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission). The C5 was a turning point for the Corvette. Undoubtably a future collectors item. This would make a fantastic example to hold on to. Don’t miss your chance to get behind the wheel of this one. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more information. Financing and shipping options are available. Office hours are Monday through Saturday 9-5pm central time. For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a very low mile, black over tan 2000 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Referred to as the C5 generation, this Vette has everything you'd expect from a sports car. The Vette features the bullet proof LS1 5.7 Liter V8 which churns out 350 horsepower. In this example the LS1 is backed by a 6-speed manual transmission with the power delivered to the rear wheels. Corsa dual exhaust exits in the center of the rear through 4 exhaust outlets and provides a nice throaty sound to otherwise stock LS1. Engine: 5.7L V8 F OHVTransmission: 4-Speed AutomaticMileage: 58,701 ( actual )
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this unique 2002 Chevrolet corvette. This car was built to show support for the fight the end breast cancer and has a very colorful paint scheme, but also has some serious power to it. Under the hood of this beauty is a 5.7-liter V8. The engine has been set up with twin turbos in a sort of sleeper style. The turbos are in the rear where the mufflers would normally be. This allows for a very clean and factory look under the hood other than a large aluminum intercooler. All the engine work was performed by Gulf Coast Performance and the car was tuned by England green Corp. to 445whp/445wtq. Sending all of that boosted power to the rear is a four-speed automatic transmission that shifts firmly through the gears. Upon opening the door, the driver will immediately notice this car is meant to be over the top. The doors are fitted with parts to allow them to open out and up in a Lamborghini style. Both seats are done in a custom lamb skin pink to match the exterior paint. Aiding in driver comfort, this sweet ride comes loaded with items including a radio/12-disc CD player, power seats, tilt/telescopic wheel, keyless entry, and power mirrors. All these features add up to be one comfortable sportscar. Moving outward, the exterior of the car is probably one of the most eye catching C5s you will ever see. The base paint is a pewter metallic that has pink flames sprayed on top. The flames show good depth and really highlight the fact that this was a high-quality paint job. The car sits atop chrome alloy wheels that are wrapped in performance low profile tires with good tread life left in them. Overall this car is an award-winning eye catcher with loads of power! For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a mint 1996 Chevrolet Corvette. This isn’t just any C4 Corvette though. This is the limited production Grand Sport. As a last hurrah for the Fourth Generation Corvette, Chevrolet released 1,000 Corvette Grand Sports. There is no mistaking a C4 Grand Sport for any other car. The recipe is simple: lay down the eye catching Admiral Blue Metallic, set a fat white stripe down the center, lay down two red hash marks on the driver’s fender, and wrap the fat Goodyear rubber from the ZR-1 around the black five-spoke wheels and you have the look complete. Of course, anything bearing the name of a legendary racecar can’t be all show. The Grand Sport received reworked LT1, renamed the LT4, that has an upgraded camshaft, aluminum high-flow heads, larger valves, higher compression pistons, high flow fuel injectors, and roller rocker arms. All of these factory upgraded parts were good for an extra 30 horse-power and 500 rpms tacked on to the redline. All in all this was a very fitting farewell for the longest production generation Corvette, and with the limited production of just 1,000 units this is sure to be a collectible item in the future. This Grand Sport is one of only 190 convertibles made, and with only 4,391 actual miles it is a must have for the serious Corvette collector. The 96 GS has seen positive increases in their value over the past few years, and have no reason to do anything other than continue to climb. With the incredibly low mileage, this car is a sure bet in the world of Grand Sports. This is a Corvette you don’t want to miss! To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information on this 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport, email us at email@example.com or call 817-310-9400.

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. This Z06 for sale is looking sharp dress up in gleaming black paint with contrasting black and red leather interior, maybe sinister is a better word. This sinister Z06 for sale has the legendary LS6 5.7-liter Chevrolet small block under the hood which GM stated has 390 horsepower and 410 pound feet of torque! Backing this mighty mouse is the GM 6 speed manual transmission because after all this is a driver’s car, No automatics here. This combination when bolted to the remainder of the car weight in at a mere 3,116 pounds. The engineers at Chevrolet removed weight everywhere they could, they found 17 extra pounds in the standard exhaust and cut it out, used thinner glass in the windshield and rear window and used lighter rims and tire, making this a bullet that corners like an Indy car. This 2001 Corvette Z06 for sale has been driven like most Corvettes, not very often and only when the weather suits, with less than 52,500 miles on the odometer leaving you miles and miles full of smiles. Options for this 2001 Z06 for sale include, Black and red leather interior, Air conditioning, Traction control, Cruise control, windshield wipers that were probably never used, AM/FM CD player, Keyless entry and the following power items, Brakes, steering, windows, locks and seats. The Detroit Showroom is pleased to present this rare 1998 Chevrolet Corvette Indy Pace Car Convertible. This Corvette Pace Car is 1 of only 1,163 Pace Car Replicas produced in 1998 by Chevrolet to commemorate the 82nd running of America's Great Race and 1 of only 547 made with the manual transmission. The color combination selected by Chevrolet is like no other Pace Car in history, and really helps this future collectible stand out! This Pace Car Corvette is a great example of a head-turning car that can actually be driven! There are plenty of these cars out there with single-digit miles that can just sit in your garage while you look at it.... Or you can buy this one and actually not worry about adding miles on the clock! This car is completely stock and un-modified; just the way you want a collectible Corvette to be. This is a 1-owner car, and absolutely no accidents or paint-work in it's history. The 5.7 Liter LS1 V-8 provides excellent power while still retaining drivability for everyone. This baby purrs down the road while getting up to 28 mpg on the highway! Then when you want to get up and go... the 345 horsepower really wakes up and sets you back in the seat! The manual transmission is the perfect solution for those who like the fun and sport of a sports car without having to shift. The car shifts perfectly through the gears with no issues. The special Indy yellow and black leather interior of this car is in very good condition for the miles. Anyone that knows C5 Corvettes knows how the leather looks after just a couple thousand miles. It starts to break in nicely to make it even more comfortable than new; however it does show the graining heavier than new. It is extremely clear that this car has been well-taken care of throughout its life. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of history; while still being able to put some miles on it without feeling like you are decreasing the value of the car. These Pace Cars are becoming more and more popular, so don't wait! Call one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members at 313-982-3100 or email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com. We offer this 1996 Chevrolet Corvette for sale in our Atlanta Showroom. This is a clean car fax one owner corvette ready for a new owner to cruise the streets. The C4 Corvette was known for its evolved, sleek and modern look. In a departure from the fiberglass panels of its forbearers, the C4's rear bumpers and panels were made from molding plastics, a sheet molding compound. The C4 fastback coupe was the first general production Corvette to have a glass hatchback (the limited edition 1982 Collector Edition being the first Corvette equipped with this feature) for better storage access. The Corvette C4 came standard with an electronic dashboard with a digital liquid crystal display dash, with graphics for speed and RPM and digital displays for other important engine functions. The C4 represented a clean break from the previous generation of Corvette with a completely new chassis and modern, sleeker styling. Since emissions regulations were still changing and electronic engine management was in its infancy, horsepower was, compared to earlier generations, low. Therefore, the primary design emphasis, at least for the launch, was on handling and braking, with all-independent suspension with light-weight suspension and wheels, and all new brakes with aluminum calipers. The front suspension saw the C3's coil springs replaced by a transverse fiberglass mono-leaf spring, which was only 1/3 of the weight of the coil springs while also introducing an anti-roll bar-like effect on the front. The price of this no-holds-barred emphasis on handling was ride comfort, especially with the Z51 performance and handling package. The C4 did not use separate body-on-frame construction like its predecessors. Instead, it used what GM termed a "uniframe", which consisted of a traditional perimeter frame, with the door posts, windshield frame, halo, and the rear portion of the floor pan integrated into one welded assembly. This was not a unibody assembly, as none of the exterior body panels were structural members. Due to a styling decision to use a targa top instead of T-tops, there was no structural member tying the windshield frame to the halo as on the C3. This required extremely tall side rails on the frame to maintain chassis rigidity, and as a result, the door sills were quite deep, with entry and exit likened by contemporary auto journals to a "fall in and climb out" experience. The targa top bolted into place, becoming a structural component, rather than simply latching on like T-tops. Options include: AC, AM/FM radio, CD Player, Convertible top, cruise control, power brakes, power window, power steering, power locks, tilt wheel, seat belts, driver airbag, passenger airbag, leather interior, radial performance tires, alloy wheels. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
