Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is proud to present this super cool 1965 Plymouth Valiant Station Wagon. That’s right a station wagon! The precursor to the vaunted SUV is the station wagon, and the mid 60’s has suddenly regained some popularity. You will see them as support vehicles at your local dragstrip or showing up and being showed off at the local car cruise scene. Designed to haul the family around town and make the “family vacation” easier as only one vehicle was required, which is what our modern-day SUV’s and mini-vans do. This Plymouth Valiant SW looks to be in excellent shape. The interior is in very good shape, with the only noticeable wear being the rubber mat in the tail gate area. Under the hood is possibly the most reliable engine Mopar ever built, the 225 CID Slant 6 engine. While it not as impressive as a Hemi V8, these little engines almost never left one stranded. The engine is mated to an automatic transmission for ease of operation. The tan exterior paint is nicely augmented with the rear glass being tinted. Finishing off the exterior with a no nonsense look is a set of black steel wheels with dog dish style hub caps. This Plymouth would make a great shop vehicle for a small hot rod shop or maybe even a grass roots drag racing team. Heck maybe even a big racer like John Force may want to reminiscence. Options for this 1965 Plymouth Valiant Station Wagon include; Seat Belts, Vinyl interior, Steel Wheels with Hub Caps wrapped in radial tires. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This Camaro SS is truly a special car. It is powered by its original and freshly rebuilt 396CID V8 big block featuring the legendary “272” 4-bolt main engine block with forged crankshaft, dimple rods, hi-dome pistons, and GM camshaft. This incredible powerhouse is backed by its original and super smooth shifting Muncie M-20 4-speed manual transmission and its original 12-bolt posi-traction rear-end with 3:73 rear differential. That’s right, this Camaro is numbers matching all the way thru! This Camaro is a very rare find and has barely been broken in with only just over 100 miles on its nut and bolt restoration! The car comes in an eye catching and vibrant rallye green with appropriate and original white pin striping. The car has aggressive and classic 5-spoke Rally rims which are iconic on any older muscle car. The interior of the car seems as if it has been untouched by the hands of time. The vinyl and carpet are incredibly clean, and the rest of the interior matches the same cleanliness. This X-22 coded car was fully restored in February 2017 and was treated to a full rotisserie, frame-off restoration. The previous owner had the car inspected and verified by a Chevrolet Big Block appraiser/inspector that the stampings were original to the block and the front pad broach markings verified that it is original to the car. This car is much more than just a muscle car, it is a work of art and timeless American automotive history. Other options on this stunning 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for sale include: AM radio, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, vinyl interior, and bias ply tires. Gateway Classic Cars is privileged to offer for purchase in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom this stunning and highly desirable 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SE Cabriolet. The exterior is a beautiful, rich dark green with a thick cognac leather interior. The documentation for this vehicle includes a binder full of service records and the original owner’s manual. Features on this collector quality vehicle includes air conditioning, power windows, power steering, steering column automatic transmission, power disc brakes, and Becker Europa AM/FM radio with power antenna. Mercedes-Benz's elegant Paul Bracq-designed W111 made its debut in 1959 and was produced, in its many variations, through 1971. Among the most desirable variations were the two-door models—the 280 SE Cabriolet and Coupe—which were expensive, virtually hand-built automobiles hailing from the great tradition of German craftsmanship. The wood trim throughout the interior were all genuine solid hardwood. The leather upholstery is thick and comfortable; and both the ride quality and handling are superb. These cars rapidly became favorites of international socialites and celebrities, and they were frequently seen cruising in all of the world's most posh destinations. Just less than 1,400 280SE Cabriolets were assembled from 1968-1971. Their rarity, performance, handling, craftsmanship are all blended perfectly into a design that has become iconic. It is no wonder why the 280SE has become one of the most recognized classic Mercedes-Benz models sought after by collectors today. To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SE Cabriolet, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale in our Nashville Tn showroom is a spectacular 1964 Chevrolet Corvette! For 1964 Chevrolet made only evolutionary changes to the Corvette. A few suspension refinements were made. The front coil springs were changed from constant-rate to progressive or variable-rate and were more tightly wound at the top, while leaf thickness of the rear transverse spring was also altered thus providing a more comfortable ride with no sacrifice in handling. Although transmission options remained ostensibly the same for 1964, the two Borg-Warner T-10 four-speeds gave way to a similar pair of gearboxes built at GM's Muncie, Indiana, transmission facility. Originally a Chevy design, it had an aluminum case like the Borg-Warner box but came with stronger synchronizers and wider ratios for better durability and drivability. With a 327 professionally built and installed this engine has a healthy sound and very healthy performance. With no expense spared on the rebuild of this 1964 Chevy Corvette You will definitely turn heads wherever you go. Painted a beautiful light blue with a fresh black interior and all new chrome you’ll swear this 1964 Corvette just rolled off the assembly line. Options included: Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, hub caps, Seat belts, Radial tires, Posi traction, White walls and wire wheels. for more information, please call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or e-mail us at Nashville@GatewayClassicCars.com
