Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to offer this very unusual 1956 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery for sale in our Arizona showroom. It's painted an attractive two-tone green of original colors for that year. The darker shade is known as Sherwood Green and the lighter shade is called Pinecrest Green. The interior color is gray, with a combo of cloth and vinyl. The car was originally a six cylinder with a three speed manual transmission, but that won't do if you're a hot rodder! The current owner transplanted the excellent-performing 283 engine equipped with tube headers and dual exhaust in addition to a manual four speed tranny. This delivery has only the bare essentials for options and is sporting a non-power front disc brake conversion, electric wipers, power driver's seat, and AM-FM-CD. Accessory gauges keep tabs on the vintage small block engine. The car steers surprisingly easy when in motion without power assist. This baby is one of only 9,445 units sold that model year and are all based on the 150 series. If you love Tri-Fives but still want something unusual, this is your car! Don't miss this 1956 Chevy delivery for sale right now in our facility. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com.

1957 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 283 CID V8 Dual Quad
Transmission: Borg Warner 4-speed
Mileage: 2,946 ( undocumented )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1957 Chevrolet Corvette. This '57 is painted in a traditional Venetian Red with an Creme cove and a Beige soft top and matching hard top. 1957 was a big year for the Corvette. Fuel Injection and an optional 4 speed were introduced. Engine options were becoming more popular and ranged from a standard 220 horse single carburetor all the up to a Fuel Injected 283 pumping out 283 horse power. In 1957, this was a staggering number. To be able to produce one horsepower per cubic inch was almost unheard of. This fine example was built in early December of 1956. Original stamp pad on original engine was F1026FG. This decodes Flint Michigan, October 26th of 1956, Dual Quad Power Glide. Accompanied with the sale are copies of the original paperwork from dealer in Troy, NC to prove original stamp pad #s on original block. Present engine has correct early 1957 dual quad carburetors, correct intake manifold 3739653 and correct 997 dual quad heads which are cast dated J-24-6. Replacement rebuilt engine block 3731548, 5,000 - 10,000 miles since rebuild is cast dated J-18-6 and has been stamped F1026FG. Original paperwork from original dealer who first sold the Vette on 7-31-57 to original owner that proves car was originally Venetian Red. It also has correct rebuilt 1110891 dual point distributor, correct rebuilt wiper motor 5047984, correct rebuilt generator 1102043. It has a reproduction coil 1115091. Power is sent through a rebuilt 1962 Borg Warner T 10 4 speed transmission with a Hurst shifter. Out back is a set of 3.55"1 gears with posi-traction. The hardtop has plexiglass dated January 1959. All gauges work and has a rebuilt speedometer, Quartz clock and an aftermarket electronic tachometer. Rubber is near new with 500 miles and are Coker radials. Hubcaps are correct non-vented. The Corvette is with its 4th owner with history going back to the original purchase and has been with the same owner since 1990. 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air

Engine: 283 V8
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 55,234 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this Hunter Blue 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. This sharp ’57 Chevy is ready to fill your garage with show trophies or even be cruised down the highway. This 1957 Bel Air is complete and will fire right up with a simple turn of the key. Hunter blue with two tone blue and black cloth interior is styled to be period correct. The blue exterior stands out with golden accents on the front fenders and the grille. This ’57 is powered by a 283 V8 engine and a turbo-glide 3 speed manual transmission. This car comes with a period correct 3 on the tree shifting system. Brand new about 60 years ago this car had a sale price of $3,116.63 after tax! Upgrades from the factory included the transmission, Deluxe Heater, White wall tires, manual radio, back-up lights, bumper guards for the front and rear, electric covers, wheel spinners, door edge guard, and even body still molding. This car has been upgraded with power steering for a more enjoyable drive. The last owner of this car had it for almost 30 years and the quality shows. In 1957, Chevrolet started to add safety features such as "crash proof door locks "(first added in 1956), padded dash boards, safety-styled steering wheel with a recessed hub (though not as much as Ford's), seat belts(also first in 1956) and shoulder harnesses. However, unlike Ford, Chevrolet did not promote these safety features heavily. 1957 was also Chevrolet's first offering of a turbine transmission, known as the Turboglide. It was a design concept that Buick had developed with their Dynaflow transmission. However, due to a reliability reputation caused by its complexity, most automatic transmission buyers shunned the Turboglide in favor of the two-speed Powerglide that had been offered since 1950. At the time the Turboglide casing was the largest cast aluminum component ever put into mass production, but it never recovered from the reputation in 1957 and the option was discontinued in 1961. Manual transmissions were limited to three-speed, column shifted units (with synchromesh in second and third gear only). The Powerglide's shifter went P N D L R while the Turboglide's was P R N D Hr (although the 'Hr' was changed early in the production series to 'Gr'-Grade Retarder because of drivers' mistaken belief that 'Hr' meant High Range instead of the correct Hill Retarder.) An overdrive unit was available as an option on the three speed manually shifted transmission cars. Starting at the end of May 1957, a four speed manual transmission was also offered at an over-the-counter price of $188.00 but no installation kit (shifter and linkage) was ever offered by Chevrolet and, while an owner may have jury-rigged an installation in their own car, there is no evidence that any dealer ever actually installed the transmission in any car in 1957. A '57 equipped with this transmission mated to the 270 horsepower engine and limited slip differential was the one to beat on the drag strip and street into the early 1960s. This Hunter blue ’57 Bel Air is a piece of Chevrolet history and would be a great addition to any collection. This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is up for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information, please call our knowledgeable staff at (813)645-6200 or email us at Tampa@GatewayClassicCars.com. 1957 Chevrolet 210

1957 Chevrolet 210

Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Manual
Mileage: 5,272 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this beautiful 1957 Chevrolet 210. It is powered by a 350 CID V8 Chevrolet engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. It is a top quality 350 with new pistons, rings, bearings, cam, lifters, oil pump, main bearings, timing chain and gears and bored 30 over. It has had the head clearance done, new guides, valve seats, new locks, retainers and springs. The flywheel was faced, and it had a new clutch disc put in. The exterior is finished in a beautiful blue color and the interior is done in a blue and black cloth which matches very well. You will be comfortable and have peace of mind riding around in this one with its air conditioning, AM/FM radio, seat belts, spare tire, jack cloth interior, radial tires, raised white wall tires and rally wheels. This car belongs to a collection of cars from Chevrolet called the Tri-Fives. This refers to the Bel Air, 150, 210 and Nomad produced for 1955, 1956 and 1967. They all featured a front engine rear drive layout and remain some of the most popular years for collectors and hot rodders to this day. The last of the Tri-Five Chevrolets introduced several changes, including the large tailfins, "twin rocket" hood design, even more chrome, tri-color paint and a choice from no less than seven different V8 engines.[14] While in 1957, Ford outsold Chevrolet for the first time in a great while, years later the used 1957 Chevrolets would sell for hundreds more than their Ford counterparts. As the horsepower race continued, Chevrolet introduced a new version of their small block, with 283 cubic inches of displacement and 245 horsepower. They also introduced a limited number of Rochester fuel injected 283 engines that produced 283 horsepower, the first production engine to achieve 1 horsepower per cubic inch. For all intent and purposes, this made the 1957 Bel Air a "hot rod", right off the production line. It was available with manual transmission only. The base 265cid engine saw an increase from 170 to 185 horsepower as well. While not as popular as the previous year's offering, Chevrolet still managed to sell 1.5 million cars in 1957. Even now, the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is one of the most sought-after collector cars ever produced. Don’t miss this chance to own this one. 1955 Chevrolet 3100

1955 Chevrolet 3100

Engine: LS2
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 3,000 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this very clean 1955 Chevrolet 3100. These classic ’55 pickups are known as the Second Series and were the start of an all new body style that ran from 1955 to 1959. This one is far from original with a complete restoration and shows very well. This beautiful pickup is powered by a LS2 which was rebuilt about 3,000 miles ago. This LS2 has a LS-6 Cam Kit and was rebuilt by G&G Machine. There may be some confusion on the engine due to the 5.7L engine cover, but this was simply due to not being able to find a 6.0L engine cover for it. It’s estimated to be putting out over 400hp meaning this old truck will run against most cars on the street well. This powerhouse is mated to a T-56 6-speed manual transmission with a competition clutch and runs through the gears with ease. The power is driven to the back tires by the Ford 9” Posi rear end and has 3.70 gears for both leisure and performance. The front end is a Fatman Mustang II with stainless upper and lower control arms. To give the truck more flare an IDIDIT chrome steering column was added as well. To make this truck show quality the firewall has been smoothed giving a clean presentation of the engine. This truck also features an aluminum radiator, new doors, stainless 18-gallon fuel tank, new bumpers, new rear fenders and much more. This truck is painted in a mouth watering “Organic Green” which is a House of Kolor Paint. It also has subtle brown colored accents. This Organic Green color swarms the truck from the engine and through the interior as well. Walking around the truck, if you’re not drooling to much you will notice a fresh new Oak bed that has been stained and polyurethane, and a new chrome grille. The interior of this truck is just as clean as the outside. With brown ultra-leather interior, it keeps the color scheme flowing from the inside out. You can monitor the trucks performance through the classic instrument cluster. This truck is a solid mix of classic styling with modern amenities. This truck has been restored in detail and even has square weaved carpet as well. If your looking for a turn key show truck, this is the one for you. For even more information on this 1955 Chevrolet 3100 located in our Houston showroom come by and see us or contact the showroom at (832)243-6220 or email the showroom at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com

The Cherry Red exterior paint looks amazing with all the beautiful Bel Air chrome trim and 17” chrome wheels. The vinyl interior features a red and ivory color combination that matches the theme of the build to a T. Keeping you cool on hot summer days is the Vintage Air air conditioning, which also provides heat in cool fall and early spring cruises. The power bench seat allows for easy adjustability making almost any driver comfortable behind the wheel with the touch of a button. A new 350 CID Crate V8 engine powers this 55’ Bel Air and features a chrome air cleaner, an Edelbrock aluminum intake and carburetor. A 700R4 automatic transmission transfers the power to the rear end. The odometer reads 986, which represents the actual mileage put on the build since its completion. Newest Chevrolet Arrivals

1963 Chevrolet Nova

1963 Chevrolet Nova

Engine: 350 CID V8 LS1
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
Mileage: 2,846 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in the Nashville Showroom is a 1963 Chevrolet Nova or Chevy II or little deuce coupe depending on where you grew up. This ’63 Chevy II for sale has the best of the old and the new working together to make something very special. A quick look and you would be certain that this is one clean, well painted sharp looking little deuce coupe but you would be somewhat wrong. The longer you look the more you will notice the latest technology. The big give away is the Dakota® digital dash and the 6-speed knob parked on top of the manual shift lever. Now once the hood is open all bets are off as the LS1 gleams and looks nothing like the little Chevy small block that would have been perched here. With less than 3,000 miles since Grimes twister engines performed their surgery on this LS1 giving it the rumble and stumble that makes me want to make it my ring tone. This LS is cranking out 451 Horses at the fly wheel, slightly more than the factory put under the hood in 1963 and by slightly, I mean about twice. Backing the LS1 is the Tremec® 6 speed manual transmission giving you total control of the RPM’s so you can explain to the Civic driver just what muscle is and then cruise down the highway at 70MPh getting about 25MPG’s. Connecting the transmission to the rear axle is an aluminum drive shaft and connecting the Ford 9 inch rear axle is a TCI 4 link suspension system. TCI also got the nod for the front suspension. Once again, the best of old and new such as the all new aluminum fuel tank. There is so much more to tell you about this incredible 1963 Chevy II for sale so give us a call. Options for this 1963 Chevrolet Deuce for sale include AM/FM CD player, Power steering and Brakes, Tilt steering wheel, Anti-theft system, Racing wheels, Posi traction, and aluminum alloy wheels. 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

Engine: 5.7 Liter V8
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 179 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia presents this 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z. The IROC Z model of the Chevrolet Camaro first made its public appearance in 1985 as an add on option to the 1985 Camaro Z28 model. But its origin began long before that. IROC stands for International Race of Champions which is an automobile racing series like what NASCAR is. Started in 1974 with race prepared Porsches the series switched to Camaros in 1975. The Camaro continued as the car of choice for the IROC series until 1991. In 1985 Chevrolet licensed the IROC nameplate to use on production Camaros. The result was one of the most popular Camaros that Chevrolet had made in years. This Camaro is Red on the outside and is complemented by a black leather interior. The exterior is as it was on day one except for a set of chrome wheels that simulate the factory alloys. The 5.7 ltr V8 with tuned port injection performs very well and looks great under the hood. Equipped with Air Conditioning, AM FM stereo with CD, power brakes and steering, and power windows and locks this Camaro is a pleasure to drive. The IROC Z was at the time of its release the ultimate Camaro. They were then and still are very popular with Camaro enthusiasts. To view this 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ.
