Gateway Classic Cars is proud to announce this outstanding 1948 Ford Deluxe Convertible for sale in our Scottsdale Showroom. This high-end, complete rebuild has had some very respectable hands involved in its restoration, utilizing an array of top-notch components and it shows! This build began with a 1948 Ford Deluxe V-8 Convertible beautifully restored to its original condition with burgundy paint and a tan top. A photo album details the build step-by-step, highlighting each stage. Kugel Komponents provided their expertise by customizing the chassis to handle the torque of a supercharged engine and fabricating a state-of-the-art independent suspension with calibrated coil-over shocks front and rear. Mitech Racing Engines bored and stroked a Ford Windsor engine out to 393 Cubic inches. Topped by a BDS Supercharger and dual Holley carbs, this engine produced 520 HP and 468 ft./lbs. of torque when dyno’d. A Ford C4 transmission has been called upon to put this immense power to the pavement. The removable Carson top and windshield chop are the work of Gene Winfield. The fenders were sculpted to the body, the final preparations made and “Candy Brandywine” paint was applied by Hot Rods by Boyd Coddington. This was one of the very last cars to come out of his shop in La Habra, CA. Bills Auto Upholstery in Brea, CA provided the luxurious all-leather camel interior with heated power seats. Many modifications were performed, some of which include: Installation of a 3.90:1 Posi Independent Rear End, 20-gallon Rock Valley stainless steel fuel tank, rack and pinion power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes w/electric vacuum pump, power windows, A/C, custom-made “Dougs Headers”, Blaupunkt Satellite Stereo System, “Appleton” spotlights on drivers & Passenger sides and the list is almost endless! For sale in our Nashville showroom is one smoking hot 1946 Ford Coupe. When this car hit the market in 1946 it was the best of both worlds, a little sporty, but could seat the whole family, however it wasn’t going to outrun the law. Up until the late 1990’s the original owner had this car which over time turned into any moonshiner’s dream. The car was hopped up with a strong V8 small block Chevrolet backed by a turbo-350 transmission this is a peppy little car that would have had an easy time out running Johnny law in the early 1950’s. The suspension has been beefed up with aftermarket shocks, and the interior was swapped out with something a little newer. Wearing hot rod red, there wouldn’t be much blending in so fast was the way they’d get the job done. Slide behind the steering wheel and you can see for yourself a view not too dissimilar than that of the moonshiners that participated in the very first NASCAR races in 1948. Now… did this car ever make a shine run? Maybe, maybe not… but who’s to say? Options include:AM/FM, Cassette, wire wheels, Power steering, Power Brakes, Cloth custom interior, and Radial Tires. For more information on this 1946 Ford Coupe for sale please feel free to call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or you can check us out on the web at email@example.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/759/1946-Ford-Coupe

Engine: 302 CID V8Transmission: C6 AutomaticMileage: 18,560 ( since rebuilt )
This custom 1946 Ford pickup is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1946 was a great year for the auto industry in general. The war was won, and the factories had returned to what they do best, manufacturing automobiles. With 46 being the first year for post war cars they are extremely popular with collectors and enthusiast in general. This one-off custom-built red rocket is sure to garner attention where ever it goes. The bright red paint is slick and shows extremely well. The soft tonneau covers the bed giving it a sportier look. The front end looks menacing as it is coming down the road with the chrome grill almost looking like teeth as they pronounce the front end. Under the hood is where this 46 is sure to get your blood pumping. The 302 small block looks right at home and is one of the very few street rods to stay true to its roots. The high-rise intake is not only impressive looking but increases horsepower output as well. The Mallory ignition setup gives the small block just the right amount of spark while the edelbrock carb feeds it all the gas it can handle. Start it up and that little small block has a pretty radical grow. The C6 transmission is putting power to a Ford 9-inch rear end which is one of the most reliable set ups. The interior of the truck is clean and simple with the white auto meter gauges really giving a huge contrast to the red. The Hurst shifter has been raised up making it much easier to use. The black door inserts are clean and really finish the interior off nicely. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a street rod that has stayed true to its namesake this all Ford 46 custom pickup is one of the few.Options on this 1946 Ford Pickup for sale include; Seat Belts, Tilt Steering Wheel, Cloth Interior, Polished Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. 1946 Ford Pickup for sale is in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Tamps is proud to offer this sharp 1946 Ford Deluxe. This Lavender street rod fires right up and turns heads everywhere it goes. The custom body work doesn’t stop there, it also has 50’s Buick portholes. The door handles have been shaved and suicide doors have been added to top off the appeal of this Lead Sled. It rides on vintage hubcaps with wide white wall tires. When you hop in your will instantly notice the plush white 80’s Buick Bucket seats with separate arm rests and a console. The rear seats match and are complimented nicely by the lilac painted dash. Engine: 351 Windsor V8Transmission: 3 Speed AutomaticMileage: 80,875 ( undocumented )
A great deal of time, money, and effort has gone into making this old Ford Woody the perfect cruiser! After the second (current) owner purchased the car back in February of 1988 it was driven for a few years before it underwent a restoration of the wood panels on the car in 1994. Taking over a year to complete by a professional, the woodwork has held up nicely and, to this day it still looks great! Under the hood sits a 351 cubic inch Windsor V8 with only 2,500 miles put on since the professional rebuild by a reputable racing shop. The front suspension was replaced with Mustang II components providing a much nicer ride and premium control. As you slide into the interior that was reupholstered back in 2005, you will feel as if you were transported to a different era. A time in history where it was deemed “okay” to make most of the panels out of wood! Fire up that big V8, drop the transmission into drive, and start to cruise! You can almost hear the “Endless Summer” album by The Beach Boys, playing from the aftermarket stereo. The ride quality is very comfortable and feels safe even at higher speeds. The rack and pinion steering is smooth and much more precise than stock, and the disc brakes will stop you quickly. Everywhere you go, this old Ford is sure to turn heads and be a crowd pleaser! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1950 Ford Woody in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale is this beautiful 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible is in our Louisville showroom. This ’70 Convertible Stang has a few upgrades. The original engine has been replaced with 5.0 Liter engine from a 1995 Mustang GT. The engine is what is known as a roller block, because the lifters have small wheels that contact the cam. This reduces the amount of friction, which reduces wear to increase longevity. Less friction also leads to more horsepower. The 1995 GT also gave up it 4-speed automatic transmission, which leads to quicker take offs, while 4th gear allows for lower RPM while cruising the highway. The rear end is a Ford 9-inch piece which makes this drive train rock solid. The black vinyl interior looks to be in excellent shape with no rip or tears. The black top looks to be in great shape. At the flip of a button, the top will go up or down. The current owner has owned this drop top pony for 3 years.
