Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to offer to our customers this really cool, well-built 1957 Chevrolet 150 Handyman two door wagon for sale. The classic styling of the iconic '57 Chevy takes on a cool vibe when it's seen as a two-door base model wagon. Many people prefer the trim seen on a 150 Handyman model. A complimentary shade of turquoise was liberally sprayed over the nice, straight California body. All the glass is nice, and all new weather-stripping makes sure everything is sealed up good and tight. The trim is also very nice and the overall look of the car, with it's killer hot rod stance, makes everyone take notice. This beauty is built to cruise long distances, keeping the passengers comfortable with amenities like Vintage Air A/C and heat, AM-FM radio (with MP3 jack), tilt wheel, power windows, cruise control (currently inoperable), power steering with a "605" box, front disc brakes, and full instrumentation; even the clock works! The front seat has been set back 3" so that a taller driver would be comfortable behind the wheel. Under the car is where it was really built for reliability - a 350 engine and a 700R4 trans into a stock rear axle means you can cruise all day at 80 MPH at about 2100 RPM's. It runs cool, never overheating. Hedmann headers sent the spent fuel gases out the back. All this rolls down the road on 15" Torque-Thrust wheels on radial tires. This sweet '57 Chev is sure to please its next owner. Classic looks and great reliability ensures fun for many years to come. Don't miss this one - it won't last long! Remember yesterday’s thinkers are todays buyers so act now. To see 100-plus pictures and a video of this cool 1957 Chevy 150 Handyman wagon, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: 3-Speed Manual
Mileage: 5,272 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this beautiful 1957 Chevrolet 210. It is powered by a 350 CID V8 Chevrolet engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. It is a top quality 350 with new pistons, rings, bearings, cam, lifters, oil pump, main bearings, timing chain and gears and bored 30 over. It has had the head clearance done, new guides, valve seats, new locks, retainers and springs. The flywheel was faced, and it had a new clutch disc put in. The exterior is finished in a beautiful blue color and the interior is done in a blue and black cloth which matches very well. You will be comfortable and have peace of mind riding around in this one with its air conditioning, AM/FM radio, seat belts, spare tire, jack cloth interior, radial tires, raised white wall tires and rally wheels. This car belongs to a collection of cars from Chevrolet called the Tri-Fives. This refers to the Bel Air, 150, 210 and Nomad produced for 1955, 1956 and 1967. They all featured a front engine rear drive layout and remain some of the most popular years for collectors and hot rodders to this day. The last of the Tri-Five Chevrolets introduced several changes, including the large tailfins, "twin rocket" hood design, even more chrome, tri-color paint and a choice from no less than seven different V8 engines.[14] While in 1957, Ford outsold Chevrolet for the first time in a great while, years later the used 1957 Chevrolets would sell for hundreds more than their Ford counterparts. As the horsepower race continued, Chevrolet introduced a new version of their small block, with 283 cubic inches of displacement and 245 horsepower. They also introduced a limited number of Rochester fuel injected 283 engines that produced 283 horsepower, the first production engine to achieve 1 horsepower per cubic inch. For all intent and purposes, this made the 1957 Bel Air a "hot rod", right off the production line. It was available with manual transmission only. The base 265cid engine saw an increase from 170 to 185 horsepower as well. While not as popular as the previous year's offering, Chevrolet still managed to sell 1.5 million cars in 1957. Even now, the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is one of the most sought-after collector cars ever produced. Don’t miss this chance to own this one. 1957 Chevrolet 210

1957 Chevrolet 210

Engine: 327 V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual
Mileage: 73,010 ( undocumented )

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1957 Chevrolet 210 Hardtop. This sweet little 210 is powered by a 327 small block Chevy and backed by a manual 4-speed transmission. Power is sent to a stock '57 rear end housing a set of 3.36:1 rear gears allowing for fun around town yet still very highway worthy. The paint is base coat clear coat Quasar Blue Metallic, is roughly 2-3 years old, is still looking great and right at home on this '57 210. Inside you'll find a stock appearing interior with correct 210 seats. Most restorations seem to lean towards Bel Air interiors regardless if they’re Bel Airs or not. The 210 looks just as good and is in an Ivory and Charcoal color scheme that goes quite well with the Quasar Blue Metallic. Miles are showing 73,010 and are believed to be original. Modern upgrades include an aluminum radiator to help dissipate heat and keep the engine running cool. Adding to the aluminum radiator is an electric cooling fan. These electric fans are very good to have during any summer parade or stuck in traffic where the clutch fan isn't spinning fast enough to keep things cool. Brakes are original style drums and are brand new. An Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold helps breath cool air into the heads and an Edelbrock carburetor supplies the fuel. Edelbrock has sure made a name for themselves over the years and this easy to use carburetor solidifies their great reputation. Other notable restoration items include a new windshield, new side glass and rubber gaskets for the doors, windshield and trunk. 1957 Chevy's are as American as Apple Pie and probably one of the most recognizable cars ever built. This one has the looks and that great V8 rumble. Don’t miss out on this classic ’57! For more information on this 1957 Chevrolet 210 Hardtop, call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000. 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad

Engine: 283 CID V-8
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 14,021 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a very cool 1957 Chevrolet Nomad. Tri-Fives have become a symbol of Americana. From four doors, to two doors, to wagons, and convertibles, they're are loveable and enjoyable in their own way. Perhaps the most sought after, is the two door wagon known as a Nomad. The Nomad has a sleeker and sportier look than most wagons with its tilted forward B-Pillars and dramatic sloping rear tailgate. There's no question this sporty wagon has a beautiful silhouette that a whole generation can relate to. This particular Nomad has been spruced up with some tasteful touches, and undergone a very extensive restoration. The exterior is finished in a deep, dark black, with gorgeous stainless bright work down the sides. You would never believe it was done in the early 90’s unless we told you, that’s how good this paint looks. It sits on 15” gold wire wheels, which really make the rest of the gold trim pop off the sides of this car. Pop the hood, you’ll find what is believed to be the original 283 that has been bored 0.060 over with a mild cam in it to give a little extra grunt. The interior is two-tone to match the exterior with a very unique upholstery pattern. They certainly don't make interiors like they used to. This Nomad was restored about 15 years ago and has held up well since. If you're looking for a tri-five that will draw a crowd wherever you go, it's gotta be a Nomad. This Chevy is the perfect mix of high end panache and classic 50’s gusto. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit: www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1978 Chevrolet Corvette

1978 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 355 V8 Supercharged
Transmission: 3-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 14,634 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is excited to welcome this Pro Street 1978 Chevrolet Corvette to our showroom. Pro street cars are not always built with drivability in mind. The owner of this car however built it so that it feels very comfortable on the highway. This Corvette started life as a 1978 Corvette Pace Car. There are very few traces of that car remaining today. The outside is finished in Meadow Green Metallic. The interior is Black and in excellent condition. The engine is a 355 CI V8 with a 671 BDS Blower and Hilbourne Fuel injection. The engine was built by Lorenzos Fast Flow Cylinders and was putting out over 600 HP before the fuel injection was added. A Turbo 400 automatic transmission with reverse manual valve body, trans brake and line lock transfers the power to a 9 in Ford rear with 4:33 gears and a nodular center section. A wildwood 4 wheel disc setup brings this beast to a stop and adjustable rear shocks and 90/10 racing shocks upfront keep the rubber on the road. The car is equipped with power steering and a tilt and telescopic steering wheel. The ignition is electronic MSD and everything is controlled by a Fast Systems computer. The rear wing is an aluminum custom fabrication that helps to keep the tires hooked to the asphalt. The wheelie bars look great, and they are not welded on, so they can be removed for a more discreet look. To view this 1978 Corvette in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video shot with the owner putting this car through it’s paces, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ.
